1.I could order someting to drink to the Swimming pool and it's was open 24/24 2. Size of the room

1. Check in: I had to pay at front ( not even seen the room). 2.I think it's overpriced. For 1500/2300 for 2 night the breakfast should be included. 3. You have access only to your floor. We were located on different floor with friends so it's not possible to visit.

Mostly the special buffet at the 1. of January, excellent. Everything was very nice, the suite roomy the spa around the clock very fine except for some loud guests who behaved like monkeys. In the spa are towels hidden in the closet if you need extra ones. Would come again.

We loved everything about this hotel. The industrial chic design with cement, wood and copper. The history of the building, the excellent location walkable to old town and the river. The room was large and comfortable with a great bath and shower. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and a fruit/veg juicer. The spa area and warm pool were perfect for relaxing after sight-seeing. We ate in both restaurants to a high standard and enjoyed well made cocktails in the bar. Staff were friendly and proactive. A perfect city break hotel.

Maybe more comfortable loungers at the swimming pool and firmer pillows for the bed.

very nice room. spacious, good lighting. nice view. amazing swimming pool - would highly recommend it (although its more for instagram pictures rather than swimming)

i found the bed to be too soft, however this is just my preference. The bathtub never fills up, you have to keep the water running all the time (i am not sure if this has been done for safety reason tho?)

Absolutely gorgeous modern design !!! All through out the whole hotel is just beautiful inside - our friends had room at the top floor with an amazing views, We have stayed on the 4 floor - and our room and the bathroom !!! were just stunning. Swimming pool has also great atmospheric design with low moody lighting , and the bar.. all splendid. Great the stay in a historic building that was so carefully restored after the IIWW. And the city is beautiful. We had wonderful time.

Unfortunately rooms are NOT sound proof hear People passing in the corridor and also foot steps and water running from the upstairs....which is very unfortunate since the hotel is otherwise really wonderful Also Tissue and Shampoo was not restocked by house keeping on second day of stay.....which is not very common for a 5* Hotel

Fantastic breakfast. I could do it every day, especially home-baked bread was delicious. A lot o space, so our kid could play on the ground. Fantastic restaurants with the room service option, we tried almost all positions from the menu and everything was delicious. Services like hairdressing are available on-site, and my wife was super happy with the quality. Friendly and proactive staff. The central location is perfect to explore the city.

Some really minor things: - the number provided in the English version of the room service menu is probably incorrect, connected me a few times with some random folks. - guys at the bar didn't know how to prepare the hotel's signature cocktails.

Depending on a stuff, service was different. There was one day, they remove my used/wet bath mat, but did not replace a new one.

There is so much to love about this hotel. Gorgeous interior with no expense spared on the quality of materials used. The sense of space is amazing. Location is great and the pool a gorgeous bonus. We ate at the basement restaurant which was fantastic.

We only had one rather thin pillow each on the bed. But they quickly and happily provided another for us. There is a deep bass sound from a nightclub somewhere. If you’re a light sleeper it might bother you.

Such friendly service, lovely room. A wonderful 5 star hotel creating a new vibration bang in the middle of Warsaw.

We would have eaten in one of the restaurants but they were all booked out!...with some kind of convention for commerce -so it goes, but be warned, the advertised restaurants might not be available. Also, the wheelchair we ordered - I was so happy that hotel organised it -was useless - it didn't work, so that impeded our exploration of central Warsaw with my disabled son - but perhaps I should have pushed more and got it sorted - which I'm sure the hotel staff would have done had I protested more - no blame.
