I like location of the residence. It is very close to downtown, restaurants etc. To see the Old Town, Nowy Świat street you need to walk for 10-15 minutes. If you wanna see other interesting places, you need to take a bus. The apartment was quite large and clean. No complaints here. Stuff very friendly. The parking is pretty small. For some drivers with less experience, it might be tough to park a car. You gotta "squeeze" your car between other cars in.

I didn't like the noise from the yard. People are walking by and yell in the middle of the night (Friday). It woke me up a couple times. Also to find the residence its kinda hard. I followed google map and it led me to the narrow gate in the center of the building. This is the way. Don't get confused.

A fantastic hotel in a wonderful location. We got a very large apartment, with two sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lot of space. The room and the hotel were very clean with a modern design and everything you may need. The staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast was OK, nothing exceptional, but good. I was able to find a spot in the small garage, but I confirm the other reviews: entering the garage requires a skilled driver. ;-) All in all, we loved it, and we will probably come back here, at our next visit to Warsaw.

Perhaps breakfast could be enriched with some pastries, croissant, cakes...

Huge studio apartment. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioned, good wifi. Great central location - close to shops, central station, trams and tourist sites. Plenty of places to eat nearby , including in the hotel itself. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing significant. We were a couple of floors up above the courtyard with bar and restaurants below. It could be quite noisy up to midnight. Didn't really bother us, but might be worth asking for room on other side if you are sensitive to noise.

Great location: you walk out of the hotel and immediately get into the atmosphere of the Old Town. Everything is nearby: attractions, shops, restaurants. Very spacious and very clean well decorated room that has everything you need including electric stove, microwave, fridge, quality crockery. Plus 3 wardrobes! The only drawback of the large room is that there are places where the Internet is worse than in others, in the evening when everyone is using it. Sandra, who quickly and accurately fulfilled all our requests, is simply a miracle! Many thanks to her for everything! Thanks also to her colleague (unfortunately, we do not know his name), who helped us deal with the taxi at night. In short, we highly recommend this hotel.

The bathtub is too high and very slippery.

The one bedroom apartment was HUGE. What a great value - much better than airbnb options and it includes air conditioning (not common in Warsaw), washer/dryer, and kitchen, plus fully staffed hotel front desk that will book taxis, hold luggage, print boarding passes, etc. Lots of closet space if you want to unpack and settle in for a bit. Bathroom was modern, sunny, and with good water pressure.

The location is super central, but just know that the area can sometimes be a bit chaotic, and they are currently ripping up Chmielna street which disrupts pedestrian paths.

A nice place in the somehow center of Warsaw. Tram, MRT and public transport is really in walking distance. In the neighborhood plenty of choices for restaurants. Since we had really nice summer weather is was just the right timing for this appartment since it is fitted with a A/C system. Nice and customer focused staff at the main counter.

There is currently a lot road construction / upgrading of the area ongoing. As a result is the pedestrian zone near to the hotel and the way to the railway station a bit uncomfortable and dusty.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had an amazing experience. The spacious and comfortable studio came fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a functional workspace, and a large bathroom and bedroom. One of the standout features is the hotel's central location in Warsaw, making it convenient to explore the Old Town, museums, galleries, and other beautiful places, all within a 15-20 minute walking distance. I must highlight the fantastic front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, patient with all requests, and provided helpful information and tips. Overall, a delightful stay with top-notch service.

The location of the hotel was just perfect, it was easy to reach the old town and all important attractions walking or with bus or tram. The hotel was quiet and the apartment spacious w facilities we liked. Separate toilet and bathroom was nice surprise! The bus from airport brought us near the hotel. Breakfast was reasonable good, all what we needed. The restaurant staff was very helpful and even brought ordered pizza to our room!

Minor minus, coffee needed to ordered from the waiter and you couldn't just fill your cup by yourself when pleased.

The hotel is located in a center of Warsaw, there are many nice restaurants, bars and sightseeing spots around. We were lucky to get an access to hotel's private parking (for additional fee), because the streets were full of parked cars, many streets were closed that weekend. The room is very spacious and very bright, it looked really cozy. Two bathrooms is also a brilliant idea. The kitchen was well equipped, towels and sheets were very clean, air conditioning was working perfectly (and it was +34 during the day), so that really saved us.

Even though the room is looked after, you can see that it is pretty worn out. It looks much better in the pictures, but in reality you can see some mold around roof windows and in bath corners, shower hose was a bit broken, the water was splashing from were it connects to shower head, coffee machine was leaking, 3 chairs next to a table for 4, decorative cling peeling off the kitchen counter, etc. It didn't bother us much and wasn't a huge discomfort, but for a price like that you would expect a room to be a bit more updated.

The room was spacious, the kitchenette was equipped. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was good for me. I could also comfortably work from my room with the wifi working fine.

I would have liked to have some small bowls and bigger sized mugs in the kitchen, as the coffee cups were small. The insulation from the corridor noises was not the best.
