Great location. Spacious. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment

Dated decor. Lumpy beds with not enough pillows.

Very close to all the city has to offer but the courtyard has that feeling that you are not near the city nice for when uve spent all day shopping or exploring and you want to relax. Very good security within the building with a gate to get in at night plus a gate to get inside the apartment block and then your own apartment.. towels dishwasher tablets and washing powder all provided so you don't have to buy any. Very spacious and clean

The door to the apartment got stuck one of the mornings we couldn't get it open from the inside. Could have done with more pillows on the beds one each is not enough. Could do with a refresh of paint and curtains

The location was wonderful and our apartment was both large and warm. The young girl who worked on reception when we checked in was very helpful.

The apartment was tired and could benefit from a refresh. There were also significant cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom ceiling. We stayed 5 nights. We had a cleaner attend to the apartment our first two mornings, she was excellent (Nadia) - we just asked for fresh towels on the second day, replenishing our laundry powder and emptied our rubbish bins. Despite requests we did not see a cleaner again. Not all reception staff understood / spoke English - not even minimal.

The location is great, at the center of Warsaw and plenty of shops (more specifically groceries) are at walking distance. The apartment we had was very spacious and convenient for 3 adults and 2 children. It was also very quiet as it was oriented towards an inner court. During our stay, we could park our 2 cars in the underground parking of the nearby Hotel Gromada (10 min walking distance) paying the same rate as the hotel customers.

The performance of the internet access was poor. Access to the residence by car was quite difficult as the street leading to the building was a huge construction site (Warsaw seems to be full of construction sites at the moment). On our arrival, we were lucky and could park our cars for a short moment in front of the residence in order to unload our luggage. When leaving, we were not so lucky: we had to park our cars 200 m away, as the street was blocked by a lorry working on the construction site, and we had to carry our luggage. This meant several return trips with partially heavy luggage.

Nice helpful staff, we were able to leave our bags at the reception after checkout. Quiet despite a very central location on a busy street. Lovely courtyard. Good standard of cleanliness.

You can tell that the property hasn't been updated for a good while - the accommodation shows noticeable signs of wear and tear and could do with a bit of refreshment. Some of the amenities (ironing board, iron etc) show as included on Booking, but need to be requested at reception. The reception hours are meant to be Mon-Fri only (based on the information available in the room), but it seems the reception is also open on the weekend at times. Complementary toiletries are minimal, 2in1 shampoo/soap sachets were provided but that's it.

The property was in a very good, central location. It was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was very large and comfortable.

The shower was over the bath, and the bath was quite high-sided, which made climbing in and out of the bath for a shower rather difficult. We stayed three nights and during that time there was no housekeeping service, so the bed wasn't made, towels weren't changed, bins not emptied, etc. There was work being done on the pavement area outside the property, not the fault of the property, but it made walking rather uncomfortable. Because the property is in a pedestrian area, taxis cannot take guests all the way to the door, and so they drop off a few hundred yards away.

The location is simply fab: very central, easy reach for many points of interest (walking or metro). Lots of really nice restaurants at a walking distance. The apartment was very cosy, clean, spacy, stylish, nice parquetted floors, good air, well isolated and airconditied if needed. The beds and cushions are really good. The kitchen had most utilities we used (dishwasher, fridge, cooker)

- The kitchen was a bit basic and oldish: in a kind of lightless, box-room-style room, not cosy to cook in. Sufficient, but minimalistic number of plates and cups. - Also the apartment does not provide such a basic thing as kitchen towels (we asked for them at the reception, and it was their final answer), you have to bring it along. We bought 2 blocks of paper ones (too much for shorter stays, and a big waist in these days). But these discomforts are easily forgotten given the fab plus points!

The property location was amazing, very close to the shopping street and close to the train station and buses! The only downside was the level of noise due to the construction work going on (property cannot be blamed for that)! Lovely, central location

WiFi was terrible, could not use for a single moment, apparently the wifi is shared by loads of people and staff at the restaurant next door (who i could see lazing outside and watching videos, so you have no change to receive any signal). I raised this issue, the lady has a surrendering look on her face, so obviously this was not something new. This needs to change. I had some urgent work and I was on a roaming plan, had to tether my phone connection to finish the work!

Very spacious apartment, needs an uplift but was fine for a short stay. Convenient location, close to the central station and walkable distance to the old town if you like to walk (about half an hour). Cute courtyard, has a cafe in the building.

There was no plates or bowls in the kitchen, only cups. We didn't use it much but if we wanted to have a meal, it would've been useless without plates. Internet/winfi wasn't working in the apartment. Apparently, there was an issue that was going to be fixed in a few days but reading the previous reviews, it seems like the issue has been ongoing and for long time.
