We arrived and I had informed through Bookings.com that we had no internet so would reception be there. Luckily yes they were. Though her first words when we had to Buzz in was “Didn’t you get the message so you could do self check in” ! Rooms large everything clean, lovely kitchen, No Microwave, Dishwasher, two hot plate plug in stove top. Aircon in the lounge area, Bedroom has a petition dividing from the lounge area. Washing machine off the reception area. All in all a lovely stay very Central.

As there is a courtyard area in the middle of the residences which is lit up all night, would be good to have Blockout Curtains, as it’s very light all night in the bedroom.

Very convenient location for Central Train Station and Centrum Metro Station. Pleasant and flat 25m walk to Old Town. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and convenience stores nearby. No noise in room at night - overlooking a quiet central courtyard/storage area. Room was large and comfortable, and cool in summer. Some coffee capsules and tea provided, together with one dishwasher tablet. The check-in instructions were clear, and everything worked as expected. No surprises at checkout. We didn't try to cook, or use the dishwasher, so can't comment on those.

We didn't manage to get access the Terrace, but this was a minor thing.

Check in wss 3pm. We arrived at 1100 and left bags. Receptionist said he would text when room ready. He did this at 1pm with code for access and we were also given an upgrade. Bags were in the room. Excellent service. Apartment was large and well kitted out. We had no complaints. Close to lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc. The old town was a 15 min walk but frequent buses were close by if you didn't want to walk. We used the public transport a lit with no probs.

Excellent Apart-Hotel. I would like to note that the hotel exceeded our expectations. Centrally located, within walking distance of all attractions, And nightlife. At the same time in a quiet location, which is very important in this part of the city. Everything in the room is neat, everything is new, even the dishes. We were checked in 6 hours early. Staying at the Hotel left a wonderful aftertaste. Thanks to the staff for being attentive to guests.

The amazing system for late arrivals - the code is really convenient The location is perfect, also I would say that the room is really clean and kitchen is amazing (when I booked the place I didn't pay my attention that there is a kitchen, so for me it was a pleasant bonus), comfy bed - not too soft not too hard. So, I loved the design in general, everything is new and clean.

I expected slippers in the room, it might be 10 points if you will add slippers in the room facilities. The terrace is good but useless - there are no places to seat and drink coffee. But anyway it's good then you offer to the guests to go up and see the view.

The property was great, security at every door that you needed a code or card to get through which made us feel safe. There was a rooftop terrace which was lovely and you could open the windows in your room onto a little balcony which I loved. The room was very modern and spacious, the TV had the option of connecting your own phone to it and playing Netflix etc which was great for the evenings.

Wonderful apartment that is large, stylish and luxurously decorated. Good working airco that was a blessing during a week of tropical temperatures. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location of the residence is ideal as well, right in the middle of Warsaw’s center. Close to a major tram and bus hub, sightsee places, parks, restaurants and stores. At the same time, the apartment that we had -facing the inner courtyard- was very quiet and serene. Also staff is very helpful and service-oriented. Definitely recommended for a stay.

The kitchen is a bit under-equipped when you want to make hot meals during a longer stay. There is an oven, but the cooking plate has only ring, which is not really suited for making more demanding hot dishes. Furthermore, the smart tv doesn’t offer the opportunity to login to your Netflix or likewise account, neither is streaming content possible from a mobile device.

Self-check-in and no 24 hour-reception, but in return you get spacious and nicely furnished rooms/apartments right in the middle of everything, yet very quiet due to the location in a courtyard. The staff was helpful and friendly. Very good value for money, for me it was a perfect place to discover the city.

The building is within a central courtyard which means there is no view - the benefit being that it is an incredibly quiet spot in the middle of a bustling frenetic city. The location was ideal - midway between the Central Train Station and the Old Town. Tons of shops and cool restaurants in the area. I had everything I needed in the room.

Probably the best residence I have ever stayed in. Very modern and comfortable rooms! Fantastic kitchen, which is very well equipped. Great location for going out or exploring. The rooftop patio was also a great bonus!

The elevator was a bit creepy for me (afraid of heights), but just close your eyes because this property is worth it.
