Another 2 superb nights in a gem of a hotel. This hotel is amazing. The spa is lovely, the breakfast tasty and the roof terrace bar is cool (just try not to laugh at the Botox and Collagen addicts). The staff are great and I’d especially like to thank Marcelina for being such an excellent host. It’s the staff that make all the difference and when they are as good as Marcelina that can make a stay even better.

Some of the guests have money but zero style. That’s sadly common in good hotels nowadays.

Room's Jacuzzi bath with lights didn't work Very good breakfast, but expected champagne or sparkling wine for the New Year breakfast We were stuck up in the check-out queue for 20 mins Bar was closed and only room service offered Terrace bar is closed for the winter

Great location, very clean. helpful staff.

only one lift which was also used as a service lift. It took ages going floor to floor and was predominantly used by staff.

Non-typical rooms, good design, comfort, high quality of rooms and service. I enjoyed the SPA area.

Dark bathrooms, impossible to do a good make up there, don't choose if you're a woman and plan an important evening meeting. I didn't like being charged full price at the booking although I chose the "pay at the property" option. They said it's a pre-authorization and will come back up to 5 days. When I was at the hotel, I still didn't get a refund yet, and I was asked to pay again (!). To sum up, I've paid double price, and then the half of it was sent back to me days after my stay.

We loved this hotel and its great location in the city centre. Staff was very helpful and we were able to get free parking spot in front of the hotel. Room was nice and spacious with beautiful view on the Opera.

Spa could be bigger for 5 star hotel. Small fitness area, not enough sunbeds by the pool or in the salt room. Also even though it was end of November, pool and whirlpool were quite cold. Sauna didn’t work. Last night there were very noisy guests in the room next to us so we couldn’t sleep which is not hotel’s fault but it means that rooms are not very sound proof. But we asked reception for help and they calmed them down so thank you for that!

The hotel has the charm of its own. I have been here many times and each time there are unexpected things that happen, all of them with happy ending. It makes the staying experience quite adventurous. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and Zabka convenience stores nearby. The parking lot is across the street and it is private; 75 PLN per day. I think the restaurant this year was not as good as it used to be but I know they will make it better next year. Monopol is not monotonous and is full of interesting people, both among the staff and the guests. There is always something going on and I love this experience.

For those who do not like too much light and heat coming from the sun I would not recommend rooms in front of the opera. The rooms on the side of the church are much cozier.

It was my girlfriends birthday and we decided to treat ourselves to a nice three night stay at a fancy hotel. We read reviews of many hotels throughout poland and decided to come here. One of our requirments was to find a place with a spa. This place exceeded all of our expectations. The spa is nice and clean, the service from the staff is very polite and professional. Out of some random chance our standard room was upgraded to a deluxe room. And my god, this room is awesome. The aestetic is modern minimalistic. Concrete walls matched with dark wood all around. The bathroom separates the toilet from the shower / bath room. And the shower is so nice, you feel like you are showering in warm rain with the perfect amount of pressure. The bath is sizable even for me, im 1.94m so it was well recieved. Everything spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and everything is well sound insolated. Im thankful for this experience and if i ever find myself in this area again i will return. Not to mention that the hotel is located down town very centrally. We spent most of our time in Wrocław in the hotel. I was in my bathrobe 90% of the time. Truly relaxing and comfortable.

Could have been more pillows, oh though i don't doubt that we could have requested it. The smart tv has some restrictions to it, and i couldnt get my netflix screen mirroring to work. However i could screen mirror youtube so thats what we ended up watching while chilling in bed.

This is easily the best hotel in Wrocław and great value for money too. The building and interiors exude old school charm and elegance. Our room was cavernous with lofty ceilings and tastefully decorated in dark wood and expensive marble. The L’occitane toiletries were a nice touch and they even brought little children’s soap and shampoos for our toddler. There were lots of neat designer touches. The buffet breakfast has a nice selection of local specialties and the standard breakfast fare. It wasn’t the biggest buffet but everything was of excellent quality. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We ordered room service and their chicken Caesar was excellent. They also have a very nice swimming pool, sauna and steam room which weren’t at all crowded although I did use them late in the evening. The location is perfect! Everything within walking distance.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was spacious, the bath exceptional: stone, woods, high ceilings, large full front windows, floor heating. Evening service to close the heavy curtains brought truffles as an evening greeting. Very kind and largely competent staff. Great view of the city from the rooftop. City center in walking distance. The breakfast offered a wide selection of quality food.

Considering the overall very positive impression, some (minor) annoyances: Due to the rainy weather and as we did not receive replacement towels, a facility in the room to hang to dry our cloths and the towels would have been nice. Luckily, the floor heating was efficient. An additional fixture for the showerhead at the bathtub would have been nice. Other high-class hotels include sparkling wine / champagne into the breakfast fee. Parking lots are close-by. Still, it would be nice if such a large hotel offered own reserved / restricted parking. The lighting of the wellness area was too dark.

Excellent breakfast (buffet) with superb bread and option with gluten free bread. There are few options on menu but each and everyone of them is very tasty. The service could not be any better; all stuff very nice, polite and attentive. Of all the rooms I have stayed in this hotel I prefer the one where the window can be open. Marvelous location. It is close to old market and there are plenty restaurants nearby. There is a parking lot across the street and you can actually see your car from the window.

Tiny little things like that the water in the shower is flowing out over the bathtub rim.
