Location is 10/10, it's right on the Rynek, which is a city center. Room is pretty much clean, beds are not bad, could be better blankets but was enough for me to stay over night. For price and money it's really great option.

There was no soap in the toilet, so consider buying one. Also windows are looking right on a very busy street and city center, so it will be always very noisy. At summer there was no option to sleep with closed window, so I'd recommend to take a earplugs if you want to sleep.

Property’s location is best. Everything is accessible on foot. A spacious Kitchen and a free refrigerator is provided which is pretty cool.

Shower room needs improvements. The shower nozzle should be hung on the wall, and it would be better if there are some hooks to hang clothes on. Smoking is not allowed at any area of the property, which is located at 5 floor. So technically you’ll have to go down on the main road each time for smoking, which is a bit of hassle.

The location is really great! You can walk to market square within 10 minutes. There are food nearby and the tram stop right in front of the hostel. At night, there are of course noise from the street. I would not recommend if you sensitive to noise. There is no towel or common wash gel given. So be prepared.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom but private. It looks a bit old and dirty.

The place was alright, except does not have a full kitchen. There is a one burner tabletop thing and a microwave. The lounge area upstairs is actually more comfortable than the bedroom. The location is close to the old town. Recommended more for a short stay of a night or so.

On the busy street, there are 2 shared bathrooms with a locking door for all hostel, behind the check-in desk. This is a budget friendly hostel.

I checked in quite late on a Tuesday, at about 11 pm, and I was a little nervous when I was told there had been a system error with my booking. There was an issue between Booking.com and their system, so my booking hadn't actually synced. The lady behind the counter though improvised and hosted me in one of the hostel's private rooms instead for the night, which was extremely kind as it was at no extra cost too (seriously, give that woman a pay-rise, she's earned it!) My booking was also completely respected and honoured for the whole week too in spite of the system error. I hope the staff enjoyed the bottle of vódka I gave as a token of thanks! ☺ Location is unbeatable, you are on the very edge of the Stare Miasto, the Old Town and within easy reach of all the major attractions within Wrocław.

location is great, facilities were all good, the hostel was cleaner than i had expected, by far. looked nice, was clean, good facilities, superb location. and for that price? i'm delighted. staff were exceptionally helpful and nice too!

there is no such thing actually. if i had to choose one, the curtains in the window weren't big enough to cover the whole window so there were slits of light falling through here and there, but that's severely minor.

The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the city center. There is a tram stop near it so you can easily go to Hydropolis and other things located far. Matrasses are very soft. Cleaning is done every day.

It would be great to have air conditioning: it`s noisy with open window and hot with closed. I woke up several times to drink a little water, because it`s was extremely hot in the room.

Great location 100 m from the market Square. There is a lift and receptionists are very helpful.

Instead of pillows, there were two small cushions on the bed which are uncomfortable for your head. No bowls in the kitchen and the reception lacks office tools. It's clear that the owner doesn't want to invest in their business.

Easy to find, the staff is so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the opportunity to leave the luggage after check out.

It’s not quite enough at night due to the location near road, pillows are really thin and the whole is a little bit tired and not cozy at all

Really nice and helpful staff. When I asked about free tea/coffee in the hostel the girl (M) shared with me her own one. Which is a minus for a hostel that they don't have but a huge plus for personality of the staff. They looked after my laptop when I was absent as well. Really good attitude. Very appreciated.

No tea, coffee, towels for free in the hostel.
