Good location right next to the ZOO and the park with the Centennial Hall, Japaneese Garden and Multimedia Fountain. Tram stop is very close to the hotel and there are direct trams to the city centre, which is just about 6 stops away. The room with a balcony was very nice, spacy and comfortable. I also liked having a mini fridge in the room- However, until we discovered it, we left a shopping bag with some crackers in it on the floor over the night and, surprise surprise, next morning there was a huge family of ants in it.

Mirror in the bathroom is quite high on the wall. I guess it is no problem for guys or tall ladies, but may be inconveniet for smaller ones. I also missed some towel hooks and would appreciate better ventilation in the bathroom as we could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom from the neigbouring room. TIP: If you are not willing to pay 40 PLN per day for parking and you stay in the hotel over the weekend, try find some free space on the streets near the hotel, as it is free. If you stay during the week, then the price of the hotel parking is quite reasonable.

This was not the first time to stay in that hotel. Rooms are big and quiet. Usually there is enough space to park. But this time parking area near the shop was empty but the hotel did not give parking ticket stating that all spaces were occupied. I noticed only few vehicles there parked with hotel tickets. The hotel is not located centrally. But the area near the zoo is nice for running/walking along the river.

Parking was an issue. But there was a parking area nearby. We were with a kid - three persons in the room. But the hotel never offered extra towel or extra pillow and blanket :-( Previous times the service was much better.

Excellent location for a zoo visit, not too far also from the main city attractions

Walls and sofa in the living room showed signs of small kids among the visitors. More durable furniture could be suggested.

The location is good, not the center, but there's biedronka in the same building, you can reach cafes by foot or scooter. The rooms are modern, good-looking, has enough lights for using laptop. Everything was clean upon arrival. The rooms have air conditioners, which can increase or decrease temperature.

They only placed 2 tea bags in the room and didn't add more the next day. Not a big deal at all since the shop is very close and you can buy any food there.

The apartment was big, really nice and convenient. Enjoyed the location as we came specifically to visit the zoo and a family member who lived nearby. The tram stop was near the hotel, so it was also easy to go to the center and railway station. What we loved the most was a small restaurant on the 1st floor! The dishes were delicious and relatively affordable

There was a constantly creaping door somewhere in the staircase or outside the apartment which had woken up us early in the morning. Hopefully, it will be checked and fixed

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The overall interior design was simple and tasteful. There is restaurant within the same building serving decent food, which was pretty handy as it was raining and stormy that day. The WiFi was good in the room. Relatively close to the city with good transport link and close to the Zoo.

There was no WiFi in the restaurant. The area looks a bit old, as did the hotel and some lights were broken in the restaurant and in our room, but overall isn't something that ruined the experience.

Exceptional cleanliness of the rooms and the entire premises, fancy design with animal patterns all around the hotel and inside of the rooms. Very nice location of the property - next to the park, zoo and big exhibition centre (Hala Stulecia), which itself is an interesting sightseeing object. Responsive and welcoming staff.

Very dangerous selection of plumbing in the bathroom - all valves and taps are with very sharp corners, unpleasant to touch and traumatic when you accidentally fall on them or hit them with hands. It is definitely should be changed before anything really bad happens. Internet in room is on only when TV is on. It is EXTREMELY annoying, especially because TV switches off automatically every 30 minutes.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Convenient parking, walking distance to the tram to get to the city. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Biedronka supermarket in the same building.

The room was too cold for me; the air-conditioning was set for a very low temperature and changing settings on the thermostat had absolutely no effect. Very limited food options in the evening.

Hotel exceeded my expectations, nice rooms that were big and had a modern/creative interior design. The restaurant within the hotel also had great food for a decent price. Location was right next to a convenience store, tram station and also the zoo which is one of the city’s main attractions.

Took a while to figure out how to work the wifi but the staff were helpful in that sense.

Hotel is clean, has it's own free parking (which we did not use) and has spacious rooms. Also the location is very close to the "Hala Stulecia" event hall, which was the main reason of our stay in this hotel. Also the proximity to the zoo (which we did not visit) could be interesting. City center is not to far, reachable in 20 Mins by tram

Rooms were modern and very new, but looked not really finished, e.g. walls were not painted. Also there have been some minor technical issues, for example not working light and a button for an intergrated sound system (radio?), which did not work at all. So all in all - good hotel for a reasonable price, but still with potential to improve.
