Excellent all round. The location was fantastic for access to the bus and rail station - there’s also a small shop (zabka) opposite and budget about 3 minute walk away. The bed was super comfy and the apartment spotless. I really appreciated the range of equipment available - even a dishwasher and kitchen ware - and did my laundry there, which was very handy as I had limited time to visit a laundrette. The desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind and spoke excellent English. The apartment is beautiful and I’m so glad I could stay here for the night for such a reasonable price - not much more than a hostel!

Although all equipment is available, some items like the clothing rack is only okay to pick up from the front desk. This is perfectly understandable but as these are quite large they are a little cumbersome to bring up to the apartment - might be worth just storing one of each in the apartments. I also struggled a little with the key code to get to the stairwell as this had settings only in Polish and was not as simple as the instructions suggested - but I got the hang of it with some help!

Apartment was spacious and clean. Location is great. Friendly staff at the desk.

They could provide table fan or standing fan. Ventilation was limited so having a fan would help a lot during summer. Internet password didn’t work. I am one of those people who would rather live without WiFi internet instead of asking for the correct password by calling them.

We picked this city at random—I had never been to Poland and wanted to come up during a visit to Prague. This was the closest major city, so I selected it, knowing nothing about the city (I had never even heard of it). Because I knew nothing about the city, I was also guessing about a good location to stay. I selected this place because the price was VERY reasonable. About one-quarter to even one-tenth of what we had seen in Prague or Dresden. In Prague, I had to stay 25 minutes from the city centre to get a room for 1/3 of this price. All four of the front desk staff we met during our stay were local college students and spoke excellent English. That really helped us (English is our native language). They gave us great suggestions on what to see, how to get there, and even some local favorite foods. The room has a washing machine which was SO helpful at this point in our stay.

I cannot really think of anything! For the price we paid, my expectations were extremely low. But they FAR exceeded my expectations. We stayed two nights here and enjoyed it. I liked the covered parking too, which is rare among downtown hotels, and the price on the parking was as reasonable as the hotel... about 1/3 to 1/4 of what I have paid at other city-centre hotels.

I didn't expect that the apartment will be in a new build. I made the booking quickly, without making too much research, mainly because of the convenient location vs price. Two bathrooms in a two bed apartment were a bonus too - one with a tub and the other one with a shower.

We didn't have either coffee or tea that are normally provided, there was only a container with sugar. When I enquired at the reception desk about this, I was given an apology but nothing could have been done as we stayed only for one night and no jars with coffee and tea were physically available on site. The receptionist offered arranging for coffee and tea for us for the next day but since we were to leave, there was no point.

The location was a short walk from the train station. It was also close to the bus station, the town square, and the park. I liked the security door and felt safe there. That staff was very friendly and professional.

The furniture in the apartment. It was made from cheap material, and everything wobbled. Also, the refrigerator had a fish smell to it. It was very unpleasant to open.

The appartment includes full kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. Parkin (garage) beneath the hotel (however to drive in the garage you need to check in before on the reception. till that park your car somewhere on the street)

there was neither shampoos, nor washing powder (I brought it myself)

The venue is a few minutes' walk from the railway station. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean. Facilities are fairly sufficient. The reception office is open 24 hr.

Although an oven is provided in the kitchen, there is no microwave. Besides, there is no hair dryer.

Close to station. Big fridge. 2 of everything - cups plates cutlery etc. Loads of empty cupboards in Kitchen. Zabka very near.

WiFi very unreliable! Plug sockets loose in wall or falling out. Only 2 towels so floor gets wet & you slip over! Need more cups. Need more glasses. No microwave. When you sit on the sofa you can’t see the tv!

Location and cleanliness at its best. Very comfortable bed and power outlets exactly where they should be.

Dispenser with shampoo and soap would be a good idea as very few travellers are bringing them. In my case (late landing), I didn't have a chance to buy any of the above before checking in. I wasn't able to watch TV, as remote control didn't work.

This is a spacious apartments where we found everything we need for a cozy stay: enough rooms for a big family, new towels and bed linen, all required equipment in the kitchen. Location is close to a railway station, which is convenient for those who has a transit stay in Wroclaw.

It would be nice to have an umbrella from the sun on the balcony, so that having morning coffee there would be more pleasant
