Location of the hotel is very convenient. Room (superior) was appropriately spacious, cozy, clean, modern with a lot of amenities! Relax zone and fitness area are very nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay very much (despite few comments below).

I would expect better English skills for such a high rated and (by the look) business oriented hotel. I especially had some difficulties during check-in (check-out was all good). There were slight confusion, when we tried to buy breakfast at the morning (we did not buy them in advance) - receptionist told us to buy it at the reastaruant but waiters were surprised and confused why we did not buy it while we were checking in. Breakfast was good in general (we were lacking more vegetarian options). In my opinion, price for breakfast is a bit too expensive, especially when you are a vegeterian and can eat food only from buffet. Last thing, 100PLN parking fee for 24hrs!! for guests is way too much.

The location was perfect, - the hotel is beautifully situated in a historic part of the city. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful, involving the main cathedrals and intricately constructed religious buildings set alongside original cobbled pavements. The nearby botanic gardens were a joy to visit. We loved watching the lamplighter each evening! The old town is only a 20 minute walk away along scenic riverside paths. The hotel decor is unique and inspirational, the views across the rooftops from our 6th floor room were stunning! Breakfast each morning was exceptional, the quality and standard of the buffet was the best we've experienced anywhere.

The spa facilities were not always available, other than the weekends when the opening time was 10am, they were not accessible until 4pm.

Breakfast was great and the other service was also on a top level. Highly recommended.

Dinner was a bad choice in this hotel, took too long and quality was not on five stars level.

Amazing hotel in the centre, close to the Old Town. The hotel is very modern and has everything you need in the room. The staff were very helpful and polite. Make sure to check out the seating area on the top floor in good weather to see the city's sights and the relaxing loungers in the spa section. Highly recommend a lovely Ceres drink at the craft bar brought to you in a perfume bottle 🥰

The hotel had no faults whatsoever, but due to a lot of sightseeing in Wrocław, we didn't have a chance to relax in the summer bar, so if you get a chance, make sure to try it out! 😊

The hotel was lovely and a good value for money. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean with beautiful decor. The garden area was great too. The hotel is within 25 minutes walk from the main square.

No sun lounges or swimming pool. Breakfast wasn't as good as other reviews said, but not terrible. The choice of food was great but some foods seemed old, for instance, pancakes and gluten-free bread were rock-hard. The path to the river was closed off.

Amazing!!! The nicest hotel in Wroclaw! They’re in a league of their own. Beautiful big , romantic rooms with very comfortable beds and perfect location. The breakfast is gorgeous with lots and lots of options to choose from. The wellness area is perfect with gorgeous views of the city. Wonderful staff who were very helpful and kind during our stay. We were celebrating a special occasion and were warmly welcomed when we arrived. We will 100% be back very soon.

It would be nice to have a jacuzzi or swimming pool in the wellness area (there are 2 saunas and a steam room however which are lovely)

The breakfast, staff, and facilities are amazing! Everything was clean, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the room service is prompt. Bathroom is large and shower is amazing (water pressure, temperature). Every time I reached out to the front desk, the slightest of issues were handled promptly and with professionalism. The gym is really nice and has a variety of equipment/cardio machines. The bed (mattress) was firm and comfortable, allowing me to get great rest every night. Located less than 20 minute walk from the square and lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.

My only complaint is the WiFi lagged a bit on occasion, creating a few delays while participating on conference calls. But it may have been the network overall; everything else was so amazing at the hotel, this was only a small, rare inconvenience.

Our whole experience with The Bridge was amazing. The hotel is right in the middle of Cathedral Island and is only a short walk to the tram (which I would highly recommend for getting around!). The old town is about a 15 minute walk or 5 min tram ride, we went for the Christmas Market which was just mesmerising! The food in the hotels restaurant (Craft) was really high quality. Our steaks were some of the best we've ever had! The room itself was perfect, beds were comfy, shower was beautiful and overall had very high levels of cleanliness. We're extremely happy that we chose to stay here.

The only thing I disliked, was the choice of water in the room. The still water tasted like sparkling, which I really didn't like, so I ended up buying water in the local shops. This is such a minor thing though, just my own personal taste!

Fulfilled all our expectations. The hotel is new, very modern with a nice style. The room were clean, warm, with really good beds and big bathroom, shower is really big. The breakfast were one of the best we ever had. Staff was always friendly and helping.

The spa can facilitate a lot of people, but there was not enough loungers, only 6. There was enough place for at least double the amount. We ended skipping one day there, because we had nowhere to chill. We didn't figure out how to vent the bathroom properly, maybe it had passive venting, if yes then it was very weak.

Excellent location, super modern design, good breakfast with enough to choose from, very good restaurant on the premises, super organized and clean rooms and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Best ever climate control as it worked super fast and efficiently and also a big plus that the air conditioning was super silent.

The mattresses were for our liking too hard (gave us back pain and sleeping was therefore not really refreshing). All the rest was excellent.
