Radisson chain yes, blu maybe but however definitely NOT 5 stars. When in a 5 stars You expect perfection, not just high prices. They try to do their best, if it were a 4 stars hotel I would have given 10. Good breakfast, good location however a bit distant from public transport, green everywhere, many facilities.

Starting from electric appliances falling from the wall ( room 212), problems with the shower leaking outside the bath tub, the main sink bad situated and difficult to use for someone with back pain, paper on the wall deteriorated, nothing in the minibar ....and the price very high for the room and parking while outside the hotel the price was 2 thirds.

- big and spacious rooms, comfortable huge bed, the room is well equipped, has AC - perfect sound insulation, no noise at all - friendly and helpful staff - very good breakfast - excellent location, calm neighborhood, walking distance to old town

- car parking too expensive, but you can park your car near the hotel (street parking), cost way cheaper and is just around the corner

After some initial confusion at check-in (wrong room, parking access not working), the manager went out of her way to compensate us with a free room upgrade. This is, on balance, a first class hotel. The a-la-carte breakfast menu and extensive buffet options were particularly good. For the most part, all of the staff were extremely efficient and helpful. The room rate was also excellent value although Wroclaw is very subdued over Easter.

The initial confusion at check in. However, this was very swiftly sorted out by the manager. One small gripe: we missed out on the a-la-carted breakfast menu on our first morning as there were no menus on display in the overflow breakfast room. And I'd think twice about visiting Wroclaw over any future cold, wet, Easter weekends - all of the museums and many restaurants were closed for the duration.

We got a great premium room with a nice park view. The breakfast had lots of variety each morning and there was plenty. Hotel staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. We were a walk from all the best parts of the city and the panoramic art exhibition across the street was a very interesting journey into Polish history. They have a good idea little gift system in place. The bed, Duvet and pillows were very comfortable. We also opted to get a couples massage at the Vida spa. It was hugely relaxing and enjoyable. 🙂

Not a big deal but the casting function on the TV didn't work but it didn't take anything away from our stay. Just a little heads up

The bed was really comfortable and the tv was great, with a good selection as well as an option to plug our laptop in with an HDMI. Staff were also a highlight, as they were lovely and helpful. Nice and cosy bar and restaurant area, great location and lovely sauna! Premium rooms are very spacious and an ice machine is a nice, old fashioned touch! Oh and excellent bloody Mary’s at the bar.

The shower in the room was incredibly disappointing, with very low water pressure and jumpy temperature changes, to the point that we ended up using the showers by the sauna a few times. The most disappointing thing about the stay was however the food at the restaurant. We’ve given it a few tries and it’s always either arrived stone cold, was completely under seasoned or undercooked (pretty much raw fries and cold, tough steak are rather unacceptable for a five star hotel). Spa treatments seemed overpriced in comparison to the offers we’d seen on the town but haven’t used them so not sure about value for money here.

Great central location right opposite the Panorma in Wroclaw. We were able to walk to the old town area and along the river. For the hotel itself, it's what you would expect of a Radisson Blu. Check in was quick and efficient which was great as we arrived really late and were tired. Room was comfortable, good tv and decent wifi. We were offered a deal to add breakfast to our room rate. Breakfast had a good range of choices and plenty for vegans, including vegan yogurts which was nice. Parking is available underneath the hotel and there were plenty of spaces even though we arrived late.

Superb location. Hotel was located in a perfect area and easy to reach by car. Book a parking place if coming by car. The garage is located at the hotel and is closed and secure. We arrived earlier than check-in and could leave the car and already walk around the beautiful city. Wroclaw is excellent, and the hotels location was perfect, right beside several museums. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the facilities great. The breakfast as great. Definitely worth it with a good selection of food.

clean, well located

The wedding party on 13th August disturbed our sleep especially when we had to be up at 3am to catch a flight.

Loved almost everything, always try choose Radisson, for high quality accommodation. Friendly service and this was conveniently located next to the best attractions. Comfortable clean room, excellent breakfast. great amenities. I think it is value for money and will definitely stay there again. An enjoyable stay.

not deal breakers, and did not spoil my experience but 1. Room temperature, too high and difficult to control or change (think the same in Kraków raddison) 2. Hair dryer, very difficult to use as cable was tight and not long enough

Spacious and clean hotel, professional friendly staff, great underground car parking, spacious room (premium room)

Hotel should consider using anti slip maths in bathrooms! When travelling with small children they easily slip and risk injury. Also when bath sink was very difficult to access for a tall 8 yr old child due to its design and hight. Consider sinks that are mounted at a lower height when accommodating children and supply anti-slippery matts in all rooms or at least in rooms that would be specifically designated for child+adult accommodation.
