The location is excellent, great connections to public transport and tons of great restaurants, shopping and entertainment within easy walking distance. The breakfast is great with a lot of tasty options. The beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly.

We found the corridors to be incredibly warm, particularly on the 6th floor and the air-conditioning wasn't a tremendous help so the room was a bit stuffy. Also booking lists spa under the amenities however there's only massage services and treatments available. There's no sauna, steam rooms or onsen on site, this was a bit disappointing as this is part of the reason we chose this hotel. However these things are available nearby at a great price

Great hotel. Very central, very clean lovely staff. Everything was great. Food in restaurant was so nice. Looking at the menu thought it looked basic but the Salomon with the seaseme seeds and salad was probably the best I've eaten out nice and hot and super tasty. My daughter had the burger and chicken pasta she said they were lovely. Staff are so nice very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed.

Only one or two teeny tiny things the pillows are not great don't know there was only one and it hurt my neck s was too high. The other thing was there was a terrace and the weather was nice and thought I'd sit there to enjoy the sun but there was no furniture.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is professional, helpful, courteous, and kind. The rooms are well-equipped, furnished with taste, and neatly kept. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, I loved them. The parking is conveniently located, easy to reach. The hotel location is central, comfortable, lots of restaurants and most of the city center is within walking distance.

The waffle-machine visibly confused everyone who attempted to try it. :D The parking misbehaved a little bit for me, even though I had a valid ticket, it would not let me out, so I had to head back to reception, but I guess it's not really the hotel's responsibility.

The staff was pleasing and the only dinner we had was good. Breakfast was fine as well. We liked the fact that the lift was always waiting while approaching the lift area on ground floor. It location was obviously spot on - right in the middle of everything important.

The hotel could have been more lively. Typically other Accor group hotels are more dynamic. Probably it was the decorations on the ground floor or the overall carpeting which gave the place a bit worn down look.

Great hotel for a short stay in Wroclaw. Centrally located, spacious rooms overlooking the beautiful church. Comfy bad and pillows, strong internet. The breakfast had really nice selection of eggs, salads, pastry etc. and everything was super tasty. Additional recommendation - go for a massage at Hotel's Spa Centre - great service for a reasonable price.

I was missing disposable slippers, but other than that the hotel is a great option.

Very cool hotel, good location. For families with children, this is a wonderful hotel in which there is a children's room where you can play, draw. Breakfast is beyond praise, everything was very tasty, satisfying, varied and many, various snacks, salads, sausages and sweets. We have not met such a breakfast yet) We really liked it, the child said that next time we would only stay here.

The front desk receptionists. A nice welcome-voucher for a couple of drinks at the bar. 10/10 room (but 8/10 for the bed). A short walk distance from the center. The parking connects to the 4th floor of the hotel - convenient.

A great hotel, but booking at the arrival was a bit overpriced... I had booked (in advance) another place near this hotel for the same day, but they cancelled stating they couldn't charge my card. BS...

Breakfast is solid 10/10. Gym is new, very comfortable for trainings, I did really like the equipment. Location - you're in the center of the city, additionally very easy to get to the mall. Soundproof is good, no noise from the street at all. There is a sitting areas where you can make meetings with people.

Parking, it's the same area as the whole mall parking, 160zl/$40 per 2 days :-O Didn't check it before, for now it's the highest price which I paid in Poland.

Location is perfect for the centre, everything is in walking distance, the hotel lobby is beautiful, the breakfast was one of the best I've had - a huge array of choice from cereals, full English, waffles that you make yourself, pastries, to Continental with meats and cheeses as well as smoothies. The bedroom was spacious and clean and the bed very comfy. A great hotel!

Close to the city centre, you could easily reach most destinations. Breakfast (we tried it once- it was not included in our booking) was ok. We can't deny there was variety, however too many things do not always ensure quality food. Maybe personal opinion.

The toilet cleaning brush should not be that old and overused for a 4-star hotel
