The breakfasts were exceptional, fresh and lots of variety, the room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly and helpful - especially towards our dog :) she was welcomed everywhere without any issues The garden is absolutely stunning and so is the decor of all the buildings The restaurant next to the hotel is amazing, the food was delicious and served beautifully, dog friendly too

The beds are quite uncomfortable and the pillows weren't the comfiest, especially with back problems, so I'd suggest bringing your own pillow We had some bad smell coming from the shower's drainage hole and it easily flooded the bathroom, both from poor drainage and poor design of the shower itself The bathroom was clean and tidy, the only issue was this shower drain

Stuff was very sweet, wellcoming and spoke English well. Room was clean. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Bed was comfy. Location was okay, just had some hard shortcuts but that’s on us.

Water pressure in the shower was not strong enough but not that bad, just a little hard to wash hair fast.

it’s a hidden gem on the way to Krakow, totally relaxing manor house in green with huuuge garden and spacey hotel, fantastic food (both breakfast and restaurant for dinner). Totally recommend for escape away from city although easily accessible to Krakow for some more attractions

The only thing I didn’t like was - sorry to say - many loud small children literally everywhere so you cannot escape from them unless in own room. But it’s not hotels fault, rather parents that they do not even try to calm them down or separate from others just feel like they “own the place”…

Really great hotel for what we needed. Had no intention of going to Krakow town centre, so this hotel offered a perfect location for easy trips out of town (to Jura Krakowsko Czestochowska). There is a good restaurant on site as well.

As the hotel is located away from town you really relay on the facilities within. Unfortunately after 10pm, when the restaurant closes, there is no place to have a drink and relax and the room has no mini bar, so you only have tea or coffee in the room option.

nice location - very quite. With a nearby restaurant, beautiful garden, not too far from Krakow airport, and not too far from Ojcow park. A perfect location for us in a nice village. Very good breakfast, nice staff, and a vey pleasant decoration of the room and the hotel in general.

Although the room was clean, our specific room had light un-pleasant smell, maybe something stuck in the carpet. Without it it was 10 for sure. It was minor and we didn't ask to replace the room.

This venue is so beautiful. The staff spoke fluent English and was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. The male staff member who was serving us breakfast as well as food in the restaurant was really professional and always smiling. We felt very comfortable and looked after during our stay. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

A nice modern hotel located in a park and quiet neighbourhood with many tourist attractions in the area. Good restaurant for dinner and a nice breakfast too.

The TV channels in both our rooms were not really properly connected and there were no international channels.

This was the third or the fourth time I come to this location and I definitly love it otherwise I wouldn't come back

No safety mesures to counter the spread of covid... No-one was wearing a mask, staff and the guests.. No désinfectant available in the place or in the rooms and they even didn't ask for a sanitary pass..our friends need to be aware the this virus is a national concern and the protection of all is a must

An excellent place to stay, very quiet, but 15 min taxi drive to center of Cracow. Great breakfast.

In the bathroom, there were no hangers for towels. The shower is a walk-in style, but the water was spreading around. A bit annoying, but nothing that really affected our trip.

Modern but with rustic style.

Was a little cold at night with no room temp control or extra blankets.
