Very clean, helpful staff, only 63 rooms so not crowded. Good location for access to two beaches only 10 minutes walk away. 6 minutes walk to the main strip for bars and restaurants. Across the road from the hotel is a supermarket and restaurant (Cepa Velha) serving authentic Portuguese food and a great English Breakfast. (Frankie’s also do a great large English breakfast for €8, only a 4 minute walk). Food at the hotel bar is tasty and quick service, plus drinks reasonably priced. Also Uber pick up is convenient from the hotel. If more than 2 are travelling, cheapest way to get to the hotel from the airport is Uber. If you the get the hotel to book the taxi for you it is double the price.

The breakfast buffet is not great and def not worth it for €10 a person. Go across the road

Modern, clean, the staff were lovely especially Mohammed who turned over our room every day. Great poolside bar with branded drinks, ice creams and delicious food and snacks served from 9am-11pm. Mini markets situated just outside the property. Plenty of restaurants only 10 mins walk away to the strip. Tourist Train stop only 5 mins walk and takes you down to old town and Marina. Lovely 5 min walk to small cove / beach to watch the sunrise and pretty cliff path to main beaches. Staff organised private transfers online and provided great service. Great value breakfast with plenty of choice - full English, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice as well as usual continental pastries etc. The pool was quiet and there was a no reservation policy on Sun loungers so always managed to get sunbeds. Can highly recommend this lovely hotel and will definitely be returning.

Just back after 9 nights and all I can say is we absolutely loved it. Couple with a small child (aged 2) The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. We stayed at the front of the hotel and I requested this before our stay as it’s further away from the kiss nightclub. When it comes to noise I can be a very bad sleeper but during my stay I slept perfectly. The noise was very minimal. Every now and again you may hear people shouting out on the street but this is out of the hotels control. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect, unfortunately you can’t control all the guests behaviour however. One night some teenagers decided to have a party of their balcony, I called reception to complain and within minutes the noise was silenced. The hotel does not accept noisy neighbours so rest assured if you experience this it will be dealt with. I would stay in this property again, no question. The location however, I definitely prefer the old town. The new town is just full of little party teens so if you are on the mature side (30+) I’d suggest trying to stay towards the old town. Sorry to label 30+ with the mature label but we have to accept facts :) Hope this helps.

Loved the room, really didn't expect it to be as nice. Beautiful kitchen with coffee machine. Pool was clean with a lovely grass area to lie on deck chairs. Palm trees on the grounds were gorgeous. Location was ok, a 10 min walk down to beach. But defiantly an uber into the old town, not walking distance. Next time I would want to be closer to the old town as that has all the character and and is situated on a beautiful beach.

Staff very friendly and nice 5/5 stars, pool good size for small kids, hotel location ok, could have been closer to the beach, but only abt 10 min of walking away, there are actually 2 nearby beaches of which one is a small hidden beach - very nice. The nearby Kiss nightclub is a general issue for this hotel, but with a room on backside of hotel on 4th floor there is no issue, and then you also get the evening sun.

The refrigerator was noisy so we had to turn it off at night, some noises from neighboring rooms and the extractor hood in kitchen are transferring sounds from other rooms as well.

The staff where so friendly and helpful. They Let us store our bags and gave us space to change as we where too early for check in to our rooms. Walk to reception ask for taxi and its with you within 5 mins for all your days out away from hotel. The hotel was quiet at night and a lovely atmosphere in the day at pool and bar. Rooms are modern and clean. Kitchens are well stocked with appliances for all your cooking needs. Cleaners come around everyday. Balconys are huge with a table and 4 chairs and a clothes horse on each. Watch the sun rise from your balcony and have the sun until around 4pm / 5pm on your balcony. (we had pool facing balcony) Playground and a little mini golf and excerise area on grounds of hotel. Big pool for a good swim and also for all the kids on floatys, also a small pool for smaller kids. plenty of seating around pool also. Small supermarket for food and drinks and a shop beside supermarket for all the kids swimwear towels floatys suncream gifts etc and atm machine all right on the doorstep of hotel including a bar and restaurant. Walking distance to newtown(oldtown maybe need taxi)also walking distance to a beautiful beach😎 Bar food/drinks served from 12 pm to 7pm daily pool opens at 9am and closes at 8pm. We loved our stay

We were very impressed with the Areias Village Beach Suite Hotel. Check-in was efficient and professional. Our room was outstanding, both in size, comfort and utilities provided. It was really spacious with a full kitchen, dining table, coffee table and sofa/chairs in one room, separated only by an archway to the bedroom, really practical design/layout. like a home-from-home, we loved it. Air conditioning worked a treat, as did the wi-fi. Balcony was enormous, so one can enjoy a glass of wine and food. Swimming pool is an excellent size being 25 metres in length. Great service from the staff at the pool-side bar area. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as well. Would not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

Our 4th time there and it never disappoints. Excellent location near a hidden beach cove with a very cheap bar. Beach has lots of rock pools when tide is out and is so beautiful. Pool and bar lovely with the best cappuccino coffee with whipped cream made by the staff. room for bag storage before and after checkin with showers and changing rooms available so you can still use facilities. Big spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with utencils and coffee making machines and coffee pods, kettle, fridge. There is a shop for beach towels and pool accessories 1 min away and a spar 2 mins away facing apartments to the left on the way to the Strip which is 5 min walk. Recommed eating at Cepa Villa facing apartments as so lovely and also cheap, bar food is the best too. On the strip best eating places are Senhor Frogs and Fredis - try the salmon or the steak on a hot plate. Old town is 30 min walk from the top of the strip.

Nothing could be improved on

Very friendly welcoming and smooth check-in by the receptionist lady. Modern hotel with nice big pool and nice pool bar. Swimming pool and surroundings very well maintained. We stayed in a modern flat with 1 bedroom with 2 adults and 2 kids and a nice terrace at the front side of the hotel (not pool faced) which was calm and quiet. We went in the evenings to the old town by taxi or tuk tuk which is more for families with small kids instead of the new albufeira which is overcrowded by youngsters. Trip to old town is also doable by foot (approx 20 min walk).

Could be more glasses and pans in the room for 4 people. Refill of soap and coffee cups could be more welcoming. Couch to sleep for kids OK but not comfortable for adults, so keep this in mind when booking for 4 adults. Quite some noise in the mornings from moving tables, chairs and beds by other visitors and cleaning staff which can be disturbing. A bit more facilities for kids would be more recommended (only 1 pool table).

Spacious apartment with good balcony and good facilities in the room - fridge, hobs, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, microwave etc. Really good pools for all the family and plenty of sunbeds, so never a battle. Also nice manicured grounds, an outdoor exercise station, small playground, playroom for young kids and a pool table. Good position, five minutes walk from the strip and a ten minute taxi to the sold Town. Local shops nearby too. There’s a nightclub across the road open 1am-6am but there were honestly no noise issues, despite us having a balcony facing in the club’s direction

The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but then it’s an apartment hotel, so most people probably buy breakfast in.
