Staff where excellent. Friendly & helpful. Location is amazing, minutes from the Beach the strip & 30 min walk or a €4 euro Uber away from the old town. Great food places can be found everywhere. Overall great stay.

Unfortunately there is a building being renovated which was directly next to our bedroom and we were woke up by drilling at 8am most days. Literally sounded as though it was in our bedroom. The pool area is great, just needs more sun beds, tables & chairs. We had the same towels for duration of our stay.

You get what you pay for, the rooms are very basic but they have everything you may need for a long weekend in the sun. The balcony was big enough to sit 4, was in the sun most of the day, and had a sea view. The pool area also got the sun all day and was nice and clean, the sun beds could have maybe done with some new cushions but they were ok. Close to the beach and close to the strip but far enough away not to be woken by noise.

There were lots of steps up to our apartment which was fine for me with a backpack but one of the girls had a big suitcase so she struggled. They take a deposit off each person so it took us ages to check out because we had to wait around for our deposit back. Lots of stag/ hen groups which may be an issue if you have gone for a quiet break.

I went on vacation with friends last minute. they had booked in august of last year and we’re staying down the road. this property was excellent for the price I paid last minute. the room was a good size with a sofa bed which was quite comfy. it was nearby to everything I needed from the supermarket (5-10 minute walk) the beach (which was a 1 minute walk at most) it was very close to the strip which was suited for getting back. Many restaurants and shops nearby. I didn’t get to stay or explore the apartments as much as I would have loved to as I had ended up waking up and going straight to my friends and then coming back at the end of the day to sleep.

I had a shower the day I had arrived and was unfortunately not warm (this could have just been my apartment) so ended up having showers at my friends location, it didn’t bother me too much as it was warm outside and the coldness was nice but I’m a big fan for boiling hot showers so was slightly disappointed. the beds were comfy but only an over sheet was provided which again didn’t bother me too much as it was hot out but a duvet would’ve been nice (you can probably request these at reception but decided to leave it. there was also construction in a separate building across the road which started every early in the morning which woke me up most mornings but that’s not something you can control

Amazing views and great quieter location. Authentic building so cool stone for the summer months. Its my 2nd stay here. Though it had been 6 years since last stay. Everything was still amazing. Customer service is very good..Multi tasking at times but remaining professional Beatriz thank you

It's not a dislike on my part, but as it's a typical building there are stairs to most apartments/studio. No lifts. I suffer at times with my back, but I know the building so you can always Call them to arrange a lower level room. With few if any stairs.

I enjoyed my stay at Soldoiro the staff were friendly and helpful. I was there for a few weeks first I stayed in a one bedroom apartment it was small but comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable but the wifi wasn't great it was intermittent. I then moved to a studio apartment the best thing about this room was the wonderful sea view and the wifi reception was excellent. All in all I would stay here again.

I sprained my ankle when I tripped on the uneven paving outside the reception, despite that I still enjoyed my stay.

Staff here are very friendly, attentive and pleasant. They are clearly working on upgrading the premises as the bathroom is newly tiled. Location is excellent for access to beach, restaurants and nightlife, this comes with obvious noise late in the evening and during the night but other than the automatic lights in stairwells and banging doors it wasn't a huge issue. Pool was clean, reception area clean, rooms were serviced regularly and on check-in we were told not to hesitate to ask for any extra towels or toilet paper. There were adequate basics like soap, shower gel, toilet paper and dish soap. Plenty of hot water for showers and a hairdryer. Aircon in bedroom and living area. Lovely balcony with views of the nearby beach. Kitchen with double hob, microwave toaster and fridge. If i had to be picky i would say the tiles on stairs and living room should be replaced as they are grubby looking and past their best. Some chunks of tile missing on stairs. Beds were not the most comfortable but for the price paid I can get over that! I would stay here again without hesitation. Special mention for Beatriz who was very helpful with some requests prior to arrival.

The location is stunning, with views out to the sea. The beautiful beach is virtually on the doorstep. The room was spotless and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room that I was initially given wasn't to my liking as I'm claustrophobic, but there was no issue with changing once I spoke to the team there. Fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

I found the basement room a little too dark and enclosed for me, but as I mentioned, the staff were more than happy to accommodate a change of room.

It was near to the beautiful beach and although there was only one staff member as it was out of season she was very helpful and friendly. There were shops nearby and close to the strip for restaurants and bars

The sofa beds in the living room were not great as they were 2 singles and not comfortable, we had to put the mattresses on the floor to sleep, for a family the cooker was not the best as only 2 hobs and no oven. The outside of the apartment needed some attention as there was a lot of broken glass and cigarette butts

Perfect location. Short walk to both the beach and main strip. Despite its short distance from the strip, you cannot hear the nightlife once you’re door is closed. Great bathroom and cooking facilities, with regular towel changes. Good AC

Wifi is weaker in some apartments, but other than that, everything was great. You must pay extra for a safe but it’s only something small and you get the deposit back. Cash is definitely needed

After reading the bad reviews we were a bit concerned about the clientel this apartment would attract. We were a group of male friends in our early 40s. We needn't have been. The apartment was clean the beds were very comfortable and the location excellent. Near to the bottom of the strip and the beach. 20 minute walk from the old town. The Aircon was superb. Yeah there was a little noise in the early hours. Music from some but nothing major. You have to think of the location and the groups the strip attracts. Our toilet flush broke whilst we were there and this was fixed straight away. The staff we polite and happy to assist
