Hotel was lovely, we had two separate bookings and two separate rooms. Although they were both the same room type, one was far superior than the other. Possibly recently renovated. Location was perfect, right at the beach. Staff were super friendly and the place was spotless. Pool was very spacious and very bright and clean.

Hotel was extremely loud at night time, there were people roaming the corridors at all hours - slamming doors, shouting etc. I know the hotel is close to the strip but it was rather annoying night after night. Given we had 2 separate rooms, one room was very outdated and hopefully will be updated to the standard of the 2nd booked room. Also, ‘bar and restaurant’ in the hotel by reception is just a ‘bar’ and we were informed they don’t serve food there so wouldn’t depend on eating here if you arrived late.

Car park running right through the heart of the hotel. Balcony too high and solid to enjoy the view while sitting. Too much noise from other hotels etc at night, all the way through to 6am Too long a walk to the pool from the room No idea about the 12+ other restaurants supposedly part of the hotel as they were hard to book and in obscure off site locations

The property is a little hard to understand as it’s split over a few different sites within about 2-300m of each other. There are many restaurant and bar options but again, takes a few days to find out where they are and visit them all. Staff were great and rooms are made up every day if you wish.

It’s very big and whilst a map is provided the exact dining times and opening times of each bar and restaurant aren’t really made clear - almost by design I think as all inclusive is available.

We visited here for a week at the end of October 2021. We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, situated right on the beach with the hotels own entrance straight onto it. The pool was fantastic , very big in size. All staff were very friendly and helpful , would definitely recommend.

Due to us going at the end of October , we were really hoping that the indoor pool / spa area would be back open as the sunny weather was not going to be guaranteed at this time of the year. We were disappointed to find that the indoor pool and spa area remained closed during our time year due to covid reasons. It would be great to see these open again especially with the good weather disappearing which you rely on for use of the outdoor pool and it was important to us to choose a hotel with indoor facilities to use on rainy days. The slide at the outdoor pool also remained fully closed during our stay.

The location and hotel were beautiful. Accessible within minutes to a lovely picturesque beach, restaurants & shops. 2min to the pool & breakfast Aqua restaurant. Lovely clean large pool, with some fun slides. Good facilities on site. Large clean, comfortable apartment with a terrace and wonderful views. The town is 5mins walking distance away with lots of food & drink choices & entertainment. Friendly locals. Good access to taxi's & Tuk Tuk transport to Albufeira old town which was very large. Affordable restaurants. We'd definitely go back to Portugal again.

We didn't like that smoking was allowed by the pool area, plus felt the sunbeds & pool area needed a lot more daily cleaning.

this was my first time solo travelling and I felt extremely safe here. it’s location meant I didn’t need to get in taxis with strangers to go everywhere and I didn’t have to listen to all the drunk people running around on the strip. the beach was on my doorstep and the pool was amazing. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone going to this area of the algarve. I spent €30 to get here from the airport and I spent a day in old town which cost me €10. I’m excited to return here already.

that mattress killed my back.

On check in we booked a room with a view and got upgraded to a suite. Probably the best beach holiday apartment we have ever stayed in. The views were fabulous and the decor was modern with beautiful furniture and fixings. We would have stayed another week only it was booked. Bit close to the crazy strip where kids are drunk all times of the day. Beach is lovely and the marina is also far calmer and better for families. Breakfast is down by the pool which is a bit of a trek from the room. Staff are excellent food was good and done the job.

The location was fantastic and the sea view was great. The size of the apartment was excellent, as was the pool and surrounding area.

The noise at night from the bar tables outside right below my balcony and the clear noise from the rooms adjacent and above me from inside the apartment. Understandable that people are on holiday enjoying themselves, but no soundproofing for guests who are spending evenings in their apartment.

The property was so close to the beach, it was very clean and comfortable. the indoor and outdoor pools were lovely too. the staff was always helpful. Our main housekeeper was Maria Ingratiata and she couldn’t have been better. very pleasant, always kept things looking good.The lady at the reception desk, Oly (sorry but I think the spelling is wrong) was the most helpful and always smiled.She seems well suited to her job.

The bathroom could use a bit of attention.

Hotel needs to be updated, rooms looking tired, we stayed the week before Easter and while it was quiet the first few days there was rubbish around the pool every morning which is such a pity as the pool is fantastic, food in the bar not great.
