Nice property ,great location between old and new town

Clean, staff was very friendly. Close to the strip which turns out is not really my cup of tea. Would have preferred to be in the old town. Excellent price point in the off season.

Pool was closed during my visit which I was not aware of when booking. Shower is pointed directly at the entrance and sprays water all over the bathroom.

Room 205- big room with super king-size bed. Fresh continental breakfast. Central location between old and new towns

Have to pay extra for any breakfast items over and above basic continental.

great location, friendly staff. close enough to new town main strip to walk to 5-10 min. old town 20 mins away. quiet enough to sleep of an evening too.

minor gripes really. had a double bed which was two singles pushed together so because of the crack in the bed as a couple ya end up sleeping on separate sides. maybe a mattress topper for couples would solve this. also sunbeds. one or two selfish guests would put towels on beds first thing and then disappear to the day. maybe a sign by pool advising that if beds were unattended for 45-60 mins the towels may be removed would help. when this issue was mentioned to the staff they would always help and come and remove the towels and free the beds. staff were really very good

The room was big enough with a king size bed, it was really confortable with much light and a balcony where to sit in the morning. The bathroom was also a really big one. The pool is also nice to relax a bit. We bought a boat trip to Benagil caves and Paulo the owner booked it at the boat company. He was really friendly with his wife Maria. I mentioned him that it's the birthday of my boyfriend and he surprised even me when we were returning in the room one of the evenings and there was a bottle of wine in ice with 2 glasses. It was a really nice gesture from his side. Thank you Paulo once again for everything! We would for sure return to you if we come again in Portugal 😊

For a solo traveler it's ideal. It's fantastic value for money, somewhere to drop your bags and shower and sleep is all I want from a room. Ideally situated between the new and old town so you've got the best of both worlds. Room was clean and spacious, also if you're leaving late there's somewhere to store your luggage. When I come back to Albufeira I wouldn't look to stay anywhere else One final call out to Rita, a delightful young lady who has to be the most helpful member of staff I've ever come across

For the price you pay you cannot expect much more. It was ideal for what I wanted, and I would be looking to return

Good value for money, good location, comfy bed and good staff Originally booked elsewhere and the hotel I originally booked was apparently 4*. It was dirty, quite expensive, very dated and the staff were rude. So I looked for elsewhere, the KR was literally the opposite of all these things, staff even let my friends who stayed elsewhere come round and use the pool and facilites at this hotel. Would deffo stay again.

Nothing. Only thing I'd say which is a none issue is the pool is a little small but still deep enough to cool off on warm day.

I enjoyed the room, the bed and bathroom was a good size. And the bed was really comfortable. Room had a balcony.

Room had no kettle. The breakfast: No variety of food. Bread seemed like the main option as that was the first thing offered and provided on the table after sitting down. And they would decided if they want to offer you something extra, like a yoghurt midway. Otherwise it just the bread with either ham/cheese or spread. A menu or options should be offered in the beginning. Drinks was fine: Tea, juice or water. Was mostly disappointed with the lack of food choice.

We were given such a warm welcome by the receptionist who was helpful, friendly and was most pleasant throughout our stay. She also was very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us very useful information. Lovely, quiet pool and the room was spotlessly clean. Very good value for money.

It's very hard to find fault with this accommodation. The old town was slightly further to walk than we thought but it wasnt an issue as we spent most of our time in the new town. We missed not having a manned bar after staff left as it would have been nice to have a coffee/drink in the evening but again, this did not have a huge impact on our stay

hotel is spotlessly clean and cosy! rooms are pretty basic but exactly what I needed.. I would definitely go back there again! r the receptionist (I forgot her name 😣) was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely made the stay more enjoyable because of her kindness! I only ate there once but I got pancakes which in my opinion were the best I’ve ever had! pool is small but nice! overall very pleasent place.. would recommend!

the beds aren’t the comfiest but weren’t too bad.. towels on my first night wer like sand paper but wer super soft when the changed them up the second night!
