The overall experience was nice. The room was small but comfortable, and it was spotless. The shower was excellent. And the location was perfect. I was going to work on the Aveiro Congress Center next day.

The breakfast was not perfect. For me, I missed several things. I like to have various cheeses and various peeled and cut fruit. I also thought the bread was not very varied. There was no table service, no cutlery, and no napkins on the table, so I had to look for everything. This may be the practice in three-star hotels (I've stayed in other three-star hotels and didn't experience these issues as much), but some details could be improved.

The room was super clean. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff in the fitness center were super!

The main desk customer service was terrible! When we arrived on a Monday in February around 1pm we approached the front desk. The older gentleman barely looked up, didn’t greet us and very rudely informed us we could not check in until 3. I understand that is standard, to give staff a chance to clean room. However, the hotel was empty and it is a Monday in February! When we returned after 4pm, we were given only one key. And finally, no where does it say that guests of the hotel had to pay to use the fitness center yet there was a charge to use the fitness center.

Has to be the best ‘3-star’ hotel I’ve stayed in for the price I paid! The staff couldn’t have been nicer especially at reception and at the spa. I wish I could remember the names of the two girls that really stood out! The spa facilities and gym were brilliant and I used both at night and in the morning and again both spotless and first class. (Best steam room I’ve been in!). Breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice, bean to cup coffee machine top quality. Bar lounge area was beautiful and bar prices very reasonable. The room itself was spotless, warm and bed very comfortable, also had a mini bar and room safe. Just top marks all in all!

The hotel is modern and well looked after and as nice as many 4* hotels we've visited. The staff were always friendly and helpful with any requests. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the staff provided some dairy free options when asked. We also spent some time at the spa which is well kept and has a huge jacuzzi! Although the hotel is not in the city centre it's only a 15 min walk which is ideal as it's quieter and you get to see everything by foot on your way.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed as it is very firm, however this is typical in Portugal so not unexpected. I've noticed newer hotels tend to offer memory foam toppers, I hope it becomes more common!

The only thing that I didn't like was the smell of the bedsheets. They smelled like they were used before we use them, and that was so unfortunate for that loving place. If you enjoy places with culture inspired decoration, this is a really good place: the name speaks for itself, that chair and table in the entrance were beautiful! Very nice hotel, nice location, the staff were very nice and helped us with anything we needed. The room was clean and very cozy, and overall it was a really nice stay.

- Breakfast: although it has everything essential, I think that maybe there could some other options, maybe some pies or similar? But this is just a mini-detail

For a 3 star hotel it was excellent, it was very comfortable and clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent. Also the staff were extremely helpful and it was a perfect location for a 2 day stay. It is approximately a 10 minute walk down to the river. We got a bolt from the train station which cost around 3.50€ but you can walk it in 15 minutes.

If I am being picky the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbouring guests.

The room is modern and good sized. Bed is comfortable and place is clean. There are plenty of free parking spaces outside and near hotel. The staff are helpful. There are a few cafes within short walk from the hotel.

No complimentary bottles of water and no kettle, nevertheless when we asked for hot water, staff is very helpful and filled our flasks with hot water. Told us we can get hot water from the lounge. There is some water leaking from the toilet wall. My wife pillow preferred a harder pillow hers is softer , mine seems to be harder .

It’s supposed to be a spa hotel, so I expected something more. The spa is not included in the price, but I knew that when booking. The location is good, and street parking is easy to find.

What surprised me was how basic the breakfast was for a spa hotel—no vegetables at all. Breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, but by 9:30, nothing was being replenished. If you want a proper meal, 9:00 AM is the latest you should come.

The rooms are a decent size for a couple of nights with an adequately sized bathroom and a decent shower. We enjoyed the breakfast and the room it is served in is particularly nice. Great to have a bar in the evening and there is a restaurant but we didn’t try it. Parking in the side streets was possible and free and the walk into the centre took about 10 to 15 minutes.
