Super friendly staff. The room was well cleaned and the staff were very friendly. You can tell from the first contact with them that they pay attention to your needs and preferences. The hotel is very central in a quiet street which makes it easy to reach all of they key points of the city and still have that quiet moment when coming back "home". It was my first time travelling with a pet (my cat) and with my mom who has problems on her bones. They made this family trip 100x better and easier since they allow pets, the room was very spacious (which allowed my pet to have enough space to wonder around after a long trip) and they allowed us to leave our bags with them so my mom and I dont need to carry the heavy luggage until the check-in time. We recommended to all of our friends and family who are also exited to visit Aveiro. Will surely stay here again if I have the chance :)

Location in city centre. 2 lifts servicing all floors. Our room was on the northern side of level 5 and provided good views. Only a 4 minute walk to the canals (and boats). Only 3 minute walk to modern shopping centre next to canals. Able to park the car on a wide pedestrian driveway out the front of the hotel while loading and unloading. Reception particularly helpful upon our arrival. Parking was in a large underground car park only 2 minutes from hotel. Good Wi-Fi.

The carpets in our room were old and tired, but were clean.

The hotel location is excellent and all staff were helpful. The hotel restaurant has an incredible and valuable menu for all different tastes and I strong recommend it. Also you can enjoy a beautiful sunset at the Costa Nova beach using the local bus, the bus stop is just down the road from the hotel, next to the canal, single ticket €2.50 per way. I have been staying at this hotel each time I've needed to be in Aveiro for one reason or another for the past 6 years. This time it was because I needed to be close to the hospital where I had an early appointment as opposed to a weekend away. This time it also exceeded my expectations as far as the room, bathroom, cleanliness were concerned. The evening meal was delicious and the waiters were superb!

Perhaps the attitude of the man at reception who dealt with our booking-in could have been more friendly. The first time and only time he smiled was when the booking-in and paying was complete. A bit disappointing.

A practical and functional hotel. The building a bit old, but adequately maintained. Good breakfast and attention at reception. The quality/price ratio is really good and there are almost always rooms available, being a very large hotel.

Nothing special. The room is simple; the air conditioning is old and the blankets are not very warm, although everything is understandable in a very contained budget hotel.

The location is perfect. The room was big and clean. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious! The restaurant and the reception services were great!

There is a slight smell which may be due to the carpet. If indeed it is valid, with the change of carpet it will be a sought-after hotel for every visitor.

The hotel is in a great location in the city centre with good access to attractions and restaurants. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of hot and cold food, coffee, water, juices, etc. I would stay there again,

Excellent breakfast, with delicious fresh-made scrambled eggs and a choise of Portuguese pastries, among many other things. The room was big and luminous.

It's an old building; the access to the room, in my case, was not easy, and the bed could be more comfortable.
