The location was amazing; it is literally in the heart of the town; the hotel is historic but renovated, so everything was clean and functional. The choice of food for breakfast was good. The staff at the reception was always super helpful; the recommended restaurant was absolutely amazing.

We had a room with the garden view, so it was relatively small - which is ok for us. However, the size of the washroom is even smaller than small, real claustrophobic. On top of it, everything in the washroom is designed /placed wrong, so using it was a challenge. It seems that the rooms with the city view are bigger and do not have design issue.

The location was excellent with canal view from our junior suite with balcony. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Well soundproofed. Easy walk to most places of interest and great choice of restaurants nearby. Good value for money, although we didn’t include the breakfast which we thought rather expensive. Otherwise great and we shall book again for next year as soon as prices are available.

just a very small thing! As British guests, we would have liked some milk for our tea/coffee making facilities. We did ask, but none was available for us. This would be a good addition for all guests.

We upgraded to a superior room with a balcony, so had a lounge area, which worked well for a 3 of us to socialise in when the weather was not so great. Although you would have struggled with any more than that. Breakfast selection was very good and bed comfortable. Location was excellent for exploring old parts of town

Charge of 10euros per day for motorbike parking was excessive given 2 bikes could have fitted in 1 spot. No milk for tea and coffee and room rates very expensive but your paying a premium for the location

Great location central to the city. It was great that they have an arrangement with the mall for parking - which was very convenient since we used a car during our stay to visit surrounding cities. Everything was within walking distance. Most of the staff was very helpful

We had some trouble with one of the cooling units not working correctly. Also, the sofa bed was not very comfortable (which we understand that sofa beds aren't usually great, but the teenager who slept on it said it was even less comfortable than most sofa beds).

This hotel is just a gem. It's right on the canal so our room had a view of the boats, we had a living room as well as a bedroom and bath. The bed was huge and comfortable, great wi-fi and the hotel has a parking pass for 8E a night at the garage just across the street. The staff was terrific and sent us to one of the best meals we've ever had for our anniversary, Sal Pointe.

The breakfast was 15E each and not worth it. I wouldn't do it again, but we're Americans and not used to cold cuts and things like that at breakfast. There are better and much cheaper choices just around the corner in the Plaza.

The hotel has a very good position in the city, right next to the old city center where there are many restaurants and nice places to see. It is close to public transport and easy to reach from the train station. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom are a bit small, but well organized. The breakfast was excellent, with many choices for food and deserts.

I would have liked to have more power sockets close to the bed and desk area.

The location is perfect. On the canal with many restaurants and shops close by. .Parking is a short walk away in a garage undercover for $9 per day. The mall (Forum) is above the garage with several good fast food options and a multitude of stores.The suite which we booked is two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a nice bath. The bed was comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and efficient.

Breakfast is overpriced for what it is. Not many people took it. Easier to walk around the corner and get something for less. They ran out of coffee pads the second morning which meant going out for it.

Excellent breakfast, and neat area to site see. Hotel staff was great, understood/communicated well.

Parking was an issue, it got figured out but a little stressful arriving and leaving. The parking is at a local shopping center, and they required us to return the parking pass. Which was a hassle, given the amount of construction and foot traffic in the area. This hotel needs a valet.

The location was excellent, as it is located exactly at city centre. Room sound isolation from the exterior and breakfast were excellent also. Good to rest at the end of a workday. General conditions and all personal were very nice and according or above expectations.

The only drawback I'm able to report is the room space. Room was a little tight with very low space around the bed.

The hotel is beautiful and tastefully furnished. Because it's centrally located, there are lots of great restaurants and shops including a very nice mall within easy walking distance. The rooms are a generous size and the beds and pillows comfortable. Staff are very warm and welcoming and were helpful directing us to the underground parking nearby. We had in/out privileges with the parking, which was convenient since one day we drove the to nearby beaches at Costa Nova.

Our only concern was that wifi wasn't consistent in the evenings.
