Absolutely fantastic hotel..friendly staff always willing to help.. excellent spa gym and pool facilities.. superb choice at breakfast and excellent evening meals.. would I come back...absolutely..highly recommend

The staff was very friendly and polite; we arrived before our check-in time and they let us leave our lugagge in a safe space. We had mentioned it was our honeymoon and they decorated the room with rose petals. The room was very spacious and with views to the canals. They brought us some local delicacies to try. You can access for free their spa space (pool, sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi) provided that you bring a cap and flipflops (if you don’t have, they have them available to buy in their shop). The brekfast is very cmplete (includes options for people with allergies). Just in front of the hotel there is a free parking area. Location is very good (10’ max to the city center). The bathrooms have Rituals products (gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion…)

Decoration is a bit dated. The bathrooms have a bath tub with a screen but sometimes water falls outside (also not very comfortable to shower in). There isn’t much light in the bathroom. The bubbles in the jacuzzi did not work. The instructions to connect the phone to the smart tv were incorect, we were never able to do so.

very nice modern building with fantastic views of the canal. rooms are good sized, beds very comfortable. The restaurant and bar have a nice menu and tasty food. having a spa and underground parking was also nice. and it is dog friendly (for a fee)

my dog was only allowed in the room not in any common areas. the spa had a jacuzzi but it was just warm and required bathing caps which we had to purchase. we made a reservation expecting a small number of guests but it was packed.

the location is good, a bit out of the centre but still easily reachable. the design is modern and the room was large. the pool is nice

the room was quite dark, with a small window and dark furniture and wallpaper. the closets had no internal lighting and the single dim light in the ceiling was not enough to see anything, I constantly needed my phone torch to find any clothes.

- Breakfast was good. - Room was nice. I loved the big mirror in the bathroom and all the things were from Rituals! Amazing! - Location was good aswell. Not right next to everything, but it was calm and a little walk to the city does not hurt anybody :-) - Staff was welcoming and helpful

As a solo traveller it happened to me three times that they took everything from my breakfast table when I got up to get more food or a glas of juice... Maybe they need to coordinate that better.

Coffee quality for breakfast, breakfast/restaurant space very UNcosy, to bright and empty, No bath ropes provided for wellness space, still one has to wear bathing caps in pool, elevators too small for this hotel.

spa- very disappointing. water are pretty cold, so it's not so relaxing to go inside. also kids are allowed inside the spa so it's very noisy. also you must wear a swimming cap, as shower cap is not enough- you have to buy an expensive cap with the hotel logo... not cool (and you must do it even if you're bald... weird). massages were nice but no more than that.

Hotel is new and modern located very conveniently. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and overall facilities were well cared for. Breakfast buffet was perfect. I also really appreciated that the front desk helped with printing travel documents and finding us a location for COVID testing as travel now is so difficult. This was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Only negative was lighting in the room too dim. I had to put my suitcase near the window to see better. There was also no outlet near the bed for charging. I had to unplug the lamp to sue that outlet to charge my phone. Just these minor things would be nice to see

A good value for money in a few minutes walk from the city center. all the facilities are quite good. even the payment of 9€/day for the parking is acceptable and you could charge your car with no additional payment, that was pretty good. we had a buffet dinner and it was delicious.

the breakfast buffet space is too tiny for the amount of people. the breakfast choices could be improved, only 2 type of cheeses, for example.

Walking distance to the downtown, super nice Rituals toiletries. Very good breakfast. Daily beds done.

No charging socket at the bedside. The stupid registration for the pool - then you spend time there almost alone. And those pool caps - how many countries and how manų hotels - never was I made to buy a cap for 4.5€ and wear it...
