Booked a room for two adults and one child. should have been a room of 25 m2. At the reception they said that they give a higher level. gave a penthouse of 2 rooms. 14th floor. super view. were three days. near the embankment. the breakfasts are good. there are many cafes and restaurants around. two swimming pools, one inside the building, the second - outdoor. comfortable. The hotel staff helped with all our questions. the bed is wide and hard. how we love. In general, we liked our stay in Cascais

many wrote that the interior of the hotel is already outdated. This is true. but I understand that most likely such an update will make living more expensive. and so everything was fine.

I regularly work locally to the hotel and always choose to stay here. It might be a little dated but it is clean, comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good and it is 5 minutes walk from where I need to be for work. It is in a pleasant area with a nice little park with cafe, some good bistro type restaurants and some pleasant independent shops. The views from the 'sea view' rooms is breath taking and the rooms are spacious with kitchen area and sitting area. I love this hotel and it is a real shame that it is shutting for refurbishment for 2 years at the end of November. I don't know where I will now stay when I return for work in January 2024.

There is some road and rail noise - even on the 11 floor - but only from the balcony. The staff seem a bit fed up but this is understandable since they are all about to lose their living. I love this hotel and very little wrong with it other than it is closing down soon.

Convenient. A short walk from the Monte Estoril train stop which is also adjacent to the waterfront walk and several beaches. It is a short walk to Cascais, approximetly 10-15 minutes. The room had a kitchenette which was helpful. There was a large grocery on the edge of Cascais, also about a 10 minute walk. The cost was reasonable.

Everything was fine for the most part. The flushing of the toilet was somewhat troublesome. It wasted a lot of water by not shutting off after flushing. I had to remove the lid several times and push the stopper down to get it to fill.

Despite de position of our room, it had a bit of seaview, which is very nice always. The hotel in general is fine, although a bit old, we had a very old-fashioned hair drier which actually took me time to realise what was it. In general, the facilites are nice, two nice pools and VERY good breakfast. Located in a very nice area walking distance to the beach. The staff is very friendly.

The main negative point is the fact that they indicate they have parking, which is not entirely true. They have 5 spots in a nearby street, but they get full so you cannot have them for granted. The toilets are fine, but with no ventilation, which is a something they should improve

Great location with spacious room, amazing view and friendly and helpful team. Great location with access to all the sights and sites! And so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The team at the hotel were really helpful from the moment we walked through the door.  Checking in was easy and the room was brilliant.  Plenty of space for us and all of our stuff - room to spread and room to move!  The room had everything you would need for a long stay - not something that you get in the UK!  I would recommend booking a sea view, it may be more expensive but so worth it! The room was serviced every day to a very good standard. We spent many a happy hour by the pool, water quality great, plenty of loungers and parasols, and not far from 3 beaches, or was it 4! Great buffet breakfast served with a smile and a conversation.  On checkout we left our bags (we were flying 10 hours after checkout!) and the team were really helpful in storing them.   We would, without hesitation, book this hotel again when we revisit Estoril/Cascais.

The only thing I didn't like is this box that I am writing in...there was nothing that we could fault with our stay at Estoril Eden.  I am sure that many other people go and stay at places with the sole purpose to find fault...if only they bothered to engage with the people who run and work in hospitality not treat them and what they do with disdain and a negative outlook.

We had a really nice stay in Estoril, the hotel is very close to the beach, train station where you can take the train to Lisbon, and there’s also a bus stop right next to the hotel. Supermarket is 10 min walk, restaurants and bars are also close. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed, great view from the balcony. It’s a huge plus that the rooms are soundproof, it was the first hotel where we didn’t hear any noises coming from our neighbors. The pool area is also great, I liked the fact that they give you clean towels to use while at the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we have nothing to complain about :)

The charm of an older hotel with large hallways and spacious rooms. Our 9th-floor room with a balcony had a magnificent view of the beach and sea. The room was very comfortable (great bathtub and shower), and with a small kitchenette (which we didn’t use, considering the restaurants within walking distance with delicious Portuguese fare). Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a lot of choices and great staff. The beach is within walking distance - a pedestrian seawall along the seaside provides access to many other beaches and coves all the way to Cascais. 😊 The swimming-pool is of a good size with enough space around it for sunbathing.

The lack of a parking lot at the hotel though there are places to park on streets nearby.

I loved this hotel. It's a bit dated but I believe it is closing in October for a full refurb. Rooms are huge with a great seaview with a small separate kitchenette area including a fridge, hob, kettle and microwave. Pleasant walk into Cascais along the boardwalk and there's a couple of restaurants and a bar in 2 minutes walking distance. The cafe in the wee park is lovely. Uber operates in the area so you can get back to the hotel for €3.50 if you don't fancy walking back late from Cascais. There's outdoor and indoor pools which was great the day we had a storm. Breakfast was great with a huge selection. The staff were exceptionally good.

There is a main road along the front of the hotel which is very noisy from the pool area and the seaview balconies, however you can't hear this when the balcony door is closed and you can always wear headphones by the pool. The main down point is that they had no meal or bar service in the evening.

The staff were all really lovely, receptionists, breakfast staff and housekeepers. Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a sea view. We had only booked a double sea view room, but were upgraded to an apartment which was great. It was well equipped, the only thing missing was a kettle, but I’m sure if we’d asked, we could have had one. Some nice coffee shops and restaurants close by so all good. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, and was available until 10.30 which suited us as we don’t like to be up too early on holiday! We had a lovely time, and hope t go again soon.THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF 😊

The bed! It was a very firm mattress, but that’s only because we prefer a softer one!
