This hotel was a surprise. We were looking for a chilled weekend to refresh and recharge and that's what we got. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. Bedroom was big and the bed very comfortable. The facilities were clean and modern and we enjoyed the Pool and Spa areas, all included with no extra fee, as well as Gym and Parking too so.. Cool! Staff was friendly and welcoming!

I would like to see the Gym area being either expanded in area or reduced on the amount of machines because it was a very small space for everything that was in there. The pool boundaries area need some fixing, some stuff came off, not a big concern tough. The parking area was good to have since it was hot outside during our stay, however it was quite dark, dusty and not matching the awesome interior of the hotel. It kinda needs to be addressed to match the modern look of the overall facility.

It was a one night stay with the family. We arrived late in the night and everything was ready with no fault at all. Very nice spacious room with comfortable beds and linens and two types of pillows. Excellent water pressure (top floor). Excellent continental breakfast, with fabulous local products included. Super smooth check-in and check-out; both shifts desk personal were super friendly. Excellent parking (indoor and outdoor). We had no time to check other conveniences, but the very well sized indoor pool was being attended really early in the morning by the staff and looked great from the outside (too bad we hadn't had the time to enjoy it).

Liked everything 🥰 As it was a trip to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary the hotel had decorated the bed with rose petals !!! For the first time ever we used Room Service for dinner 😊 Wow, it was excellent, hot, tasty and well presented (we had the steak). Otherwise the hotel, staff, facilities, everything, just as you would expect it to be. Well, this is Portugal and the Portuguese still believe in service with a smile 🤫

I had an amazing stay at Dona Maria. The bedroom was really clean, spacious with a very large and cozy bed. The hotel in general was meticulously clean, with a great spa area and one of the nicest indoor swimming pools I've been in Portugal. Breakfast was also very good, with a lot of nice options. Spacious parking lot and a great location. I'm definitely coming back.

Nothing, everything was very good.

The suite was very nice, clean and very comfortable. The bed was massive comfy and the room was stylish and modern. The swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi is well sized. The gym and coaches will help you stay fit..if you wish too but the restaurant is very good and the staff very friendly!

The balcony will need some extra bottom protection for young kids. The bar wasn’t always staffed but if you ask you’ll get everything you want and prices are very reasonable. The most annoying thing was the same Leona Lewis album played again and again at the swimming pool… I’ll bring a few CD’s next time I’ll go there!!!🤣

Great location if you with the car - close to Serra da Estrella, but not in the city centre. Good SPA zone and sauna, we enjoyed it every day. Child zone with a lot of toys...in front of bar (parents, think about it😁)

Quite strange lighting switchers in the room. Our room was quite dark as it was the last one with one small window.

The breakfast was lovely there were always more than enough to eat .I enjoyed the Portuguese music while eating

Ridiculous swimming cap rule and no service for the pool area. Restaurant closes way to early. Breakfast was not a must, quite poor actually. No water boiler.

Very nice hotel, room very comfortable. We were a family group, and we had a great time there. Breakfast was very good with different options. Supermarket across the street, located in a good area. Pool is big, and the kids enjoyed it. Covilha is very nice!!!

Sure reasonable price to the all facilities which they have. Nice and friendly stuff. Great location - u are able to reach any distinction. Electrical charger! And most important - if you have a kids - they can play at kids room while you are at the bar and you can see them!
