So many things! This hotel is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is excellent with a huge amount of choice. Hot food, hams, cheeses, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cakes etc etc. Suffice to say, I didn't need any lunch! Other good things. I was given a quiet room exactly where I asked for it (high up and at the back) and extra bedding was immediately supplied when requested. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I thoroughly recommend this hotel which, in some ways, feels more 4* than 3*. Finally, the beautiful ladies on reception always have a nice smile.

Nothing. However, just to be aware, there are not many restaurants or facilities close by and it is a 15 minute uphill walk from the railway station.

The hotel has been renovated sooner my last stay and looks very modern. Everything is new and looks/works very well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing view at Cova da Beira (stayed at the 6th floor). Covilhã is also the best place to stay as it has lots of points of interest and is central to several others in the area. Also a safe haven during more intense snowfall because you never get locked in as in other locations closer to the Serra da Estrela's Torre (mountain top)

The hotel looked a little utilitarian from the photos. It wasn't. It was actually very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived very late at night (about 12:30am) and they were expecting us and very helpful.

The only downside of the hotel is that the parking is quite limited. There are no easy parking areas nearby which means that you really do need to get parked and claim your spot!

We spent one night in a (cozy, clean and comfortable) double room with its en-suite bathroom (8th floor). Perfect for our overnight stay! Very smooth check-in with a very welcoming lady at the reception. Excellent breakfast. We were able to park our car right outside the hotel in their dedicated spots and found an excellent Asian restaurant within walking distance. All in all, we were very happy with our choice.

The staff is great and very helpfull. The rooms are clean and spacious, and great shower, all very orgenizer and clean. The location is good for the university, train and bus station. The breakfast was very generous and tasty Recommand a lot of staying in the hotel

I had 3 bads that took all the room space, didn't let a convinient access to the windows and i was alone at the room. No vegtables at all at Breakfast

Very comfortable room and quiet. Checkin was easy. Bed was very comfortable

when I printed the reservation I should have noticed there wasn’t a complete address for the location. The street number was missing so the GPS took us to the wrong location. Fortunately we found a person who could give us the directions.

Good variety of food at breakfast. Very nice lady at reception provided us with sandwiches and juice for very early departure from the hotel.

When we arrived at 15.00 and asked for restaurant references the receptionist said "At this time?" before giving us a list of the most expensive restaurants in Covilha.

The Hotel is very nice and newly renovated it seems. Everything looks very nice. The room was large and clean. The Wifi and AC worked great and breakfast was also good. You can book Span treatments for which we unfortunately did not have time. I would have liked to stay longer.

The structure was great, comfy, and cozy. The room was super clean. The staff was also all the time friendly and helpful.

Despite the structure, the room had no minibar. And the walls were really thin, and we could hear everything in the room next to us and woke up many times during the night with flush noises coming from the room next to ours.

The room was very good with a good sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a good buffet style with a good selection to choose from. Very good value for money.

The hotel is a bit out of the way being quite a hike from the railway station uphill. It is also quite a way away from the town centre and finding somewhere for an evening meal was a challenge.
