Overall a decent property. Absolutely nothing spectacular there, but price/amenities ratio is fair. Good choice for just 1 night in transit or company group meeting. I would not book it for longer stays if were a tourist because off the location.

Insane gym policy. I do 120+ nights a year, I'm or was top tier at 3 different hotel chains and yet I had never to pay extra for gym access before. I had to book it at reception, get a voucher, go with the voucher to the gym, where I was not even given a towel. Lady at the gym said that towels for the gym I have to get from the reception. 😂 Air conditioning is old and quite laud. Mattress is too hard - without a topper.

Everything was very good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything inside and outside the hotel was immaculate. We didn't get to use the spa but we could see that it was large and clean. We took breakfast both mornings and there was a good choice of well presented foods. We only ate in the restaurant on one evening and we had an excellent buffet meal in comfortable surroundings.

Nothing not to like, we would stay again if we were in that area.

We had stayed in the Hotel years ago, so we were familiar with it already. This time round, we came back for a weekend away and stayed in a king suite. Facilities are awesome, everything super clean and mega comfortable. The suite has loads of space and I highly recommend it! We had dinner at the hotel both nights and the food is simply amazing! Breakfast equally delicious with plenty of choice! The pool area is lovely and great for either families or couples. The gym is also well-equipped and clean.

The extra charge for using the gym is. Considering it’s a 4 star hotel, it should be included in the price of the accommodation.

Tucked away location on the outskirts of Evora. Very quiet (apart from the Saturday night/early Sunday morning party in one of the rooms but that's life!). Restaurant has great buffet for breakfast and evening meal and good value at 20€ pp for the evening meal. Safe parking and ideal for touring Evora. Hotel does feel a little tired - it's really a business/conference hotel but nonetheless would happily stay again

Perfectly clean but needs a little updating. Also shows a shuttle being available on Booking.com .....there isn't

Easy to find.We had a large bedroom with air conditioning,a tv,and a balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom was also large and well stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer.The hotel was spacious and airy.The food was good..varied breakfast options,lunch in the restaurant was excellent.We ate in the bar one night,really good value food.We used the indoor pool early every morning before breakfast.This was clean and well maintained,as was the outside pool which had plenty of sun loungers and different spots to relax in the well kept gardens.The staff were all friendly and helpful.We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Evora.We left the car in the car park and used taxis and Uber to go into Evora centre(about4/5 euros)

The quiet and peaceful location, the breakfast, the hotel common areas, the availability of abundant free parking and the easy access to town. The staff were very solicitous and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and cared for.

Mattress was hard and worn-out. The pillows were outdated but abundant and that allowed us to find a comfortable compromise. The TV was VERY (22") small.

The hotel was well located and was exactly what my friend and I wanted from a hotel for our skydiving trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the reception team who greatly assisted with a luggage issue, after arriving from Lisbon airport with another passenger's 'identical bag. The foyer, restaurant, poolside and bar area were excellent as was the gym.

Our room was a little outdated but was extremely clean and comfortable. We would have liked a kettle in our room so we could make tea or coffee in the morning before breakfast. We used the gym through our stay but were slightly disappointed that there was an additional small charge of €5 per person for this facility. Most other hotels include the use of their gyms as part of the room charge.

The facilities of this hotel are amazing. There are a lot of activities to choose from. The domain is huge, and all the corners are maintained beautifully. Room was spacios, well supplied. I have enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool, as the weather was great. Beds and pillows very comfy. Restaurant anf bar well designed.

The sauna wasn't on the two times I have tried to enter it. The food was ok but not exceptional.

The fact that you can use the heated inside pool without any limitation (such as "kids only allowed in the morning" or paying for towels, etc.) and even towels for the pool are given to you at check in without any extra cost. Also being able to charge my Phev at a normal plug on the outside parking with no additional cost was really great. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. No "nonsense" rules and they stay out of the way of your enjoyment. The food was better than most of the times at hotels however not amazing. Breakfast may lack a bit of options for British or German people, but generally ok, nothing to write home about. Rooms are good. Hotel amenities are in good shape and are slick and modern. There's some nice cosy corners and sofas around the place to rest, with different ambient.

Charging 5€/hour for bike rental seems completely off and excessive, considering all other hotel policy and free amenities and friendliness. Something to rethink. I took my kid's bike with us but not adult bikes so we were thinking on renting adult bikes. In the end my kid did not want to ride his bike as he was most interested in turning into a prune in the pool, but if he did, shelling out 5€ per hour per two adults seemed a little off considering the context of this hotel.

The hotel is amazing and it is surrounded with beautiful trees, to have this size needs to be a bit outside of the centre which is totally fine and the stuff is amazingly nice, plus all the amenities are in good shape free of queues. The only up side down, not the hotel fault, it is the connection to the city centre, uber or bolt act really poor on alentejo and the taxi app is the worst that you ll experience in your life and expensive option for a daily basis. It is highly recommended to hire a car or walkings for people who enjoy walkings
