Great location with convenient private parking (charged separately).

Absolutely no coffee between 11pm and 7am. (Apparently, not even the reception crew gets to have any coffee during the night until the kitchen opens.) No coffee shops open nearby either... Weak hair dryer. Bring your own. Also, there was a converter (220v-110v) in the bathroom but it was not working so we were left with no electric outlets in the bathroom.

Stayed here 1 night as a stopover. Hotel is a modern, spacious facility with nice spacious rooms and modern facilities. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel garage was easy and very reasonable. Breakfast had a good number of options. Hotel was about a 10-minute walk to the old town plaza. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Evora.

We love this hotel. This was our second time staying there, and we will come back again. It's in a great location inside the city walls and an easy walk to the central square, the cathedral, and the Chapel of Bones. The hotel has beautiful grounds and a pool, which we look forward to using when we return at a warmer time of year. The staff is incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's an easy walk to a number of great restaurants.

A very clean and well-kept central,modern hotel, just a 5 min walk to their Praca do Giraldo, city centre and just beside the city walls. Lovely spotless and modern restaurant with great food. Visited over Christmas but has pool and amenities for the summer. City centre interesting and lively.

The approach to the hotel,if you are coming by car, is a bit complicated as you suddenly face a No Entry sign. So, would recommend that the hotel inform their clients on making a reservation, to make their way to their underground garage just by the side of the hotel, where you just press a button and Reception will open the garage- door for you.

I thought the room was good-sized. The complimentary breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I remember, featuring several types of juice, a coffee machine that dispensed cappuccino, along with several other types of coffee, bacon, and a few choices of hams, croissants, breads, etc. I like the grounds behind the hotel, including the resident Peacock. The room was equipped with modern fixtures.

I wasn't able to get the A/C unit to work properly during my stay, but the room temperature was OK. I requested some extra towel that I didn't see delivered. One of the sides served with my dinner at the hotel's restaurant was cold.

Nice spacious room which led out onto a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area. Plenty of wardrobe space and a handy hairdryer located in the bathroom. We had chosen not to stay for breakfast but we did eat in the restaurant on our first night (we booked for a second night direct with the hotel) and enjoyed traditional Portuguese food and wine served by knowledgeable friendly waitresses👍 The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance from the bus station and for exploring the wonderful city of Evora, its points of interest and museums.

For us this hotel had charm and was peaceful and relaxing (until the rather loud American tourists arrived on mass and were eager to communicate with the whole of their party on the corridors and open plan staircase at the early start for their tours) Not the hotels fault, but without sound proofing, the layout of the bedrooms leading from the open plan staircase, amplified the noise!

Room was small but had a small balcony looking over grassy area. Was very quiet sitting there in afternoon. Bathroom size adequate and had all amenities needed. Breakfast was great with varied foods, fruits, cheeses, with something for everyone!

There was a large tour group present at dinner time, who lined up outside dining room, but they were slated for another larger room for their dinner, so caused some confusion for the regular guests. Not the hotels fault, as their guide showed up a bit late. Otherwise, dinner in hotel restaurant was delicious with great options.

The property was meticulously! It was the friendliness of the staff, and their helpfulness that was remarkable. I even saw the person that checked me in the night before, din town the next day, and he said ‘hi there!’ Remarkable!

This is not a reflection of the hotel, but with several solo women guests, it was curious to me that none of them talked to each other, even made eye cpontact, in the breakfast room, which I expected to be a little more casual. That is possibly a reflection of European travelers, not the property, but that was the only negative I had!

Friendly helpful staff , the location within the walls of the old city makes it ideal to explore Evora and its many sights . Great pool area and a very reasonably priced bar service all added to the enjoyment of our stay . A good buffet was served for breakfast .

Only one negative , the toaster in the breakfast room , absolutely useless , must have been put there for decoration as after 10 minutes it still hadn't turned the bread even vaguely light brown !

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location just within the old town walls. We had a great room, quiet, and with a view of the pool and city walls. Good breakfast. We could use the parking the entire day, which was excellent given parking difficulties in the old town.

The receptionist with a very active and noticeable cold/flu might have done well with some rest at home, both for her sake and everyone else's.
