Friendly and helpful staff, big room with a nice balcony, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Nice garden, pool and bar. Very close to city centre (a few minutes walking) with lots of restaurants and bars. Convenient car park.

The noise during cleaning of the rooms would not let anyone sleep late (constant dragging of beds). The pool area is shared by adults and children, so when there are children (which was the case) it does not provide a relaxing ambiance.

Great location with convenient private parking (charged separately).

Absolutely no coffee between 11pm and 7am. (Apparently, not even the reception crew gets to have any coffee during the night until the kitchen opens.) No coffee shops open nearby either... Weak hair dryer. Bring your own. Also, there was a converter (220v-110v) in the bathroom but it was not working so we were left with no electric outlets in the bathroom.

Stayed here 1 night as a stopover. Hotel is a modern, spacious facility with nice spacious rooms and modern facilities. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel garage was easy and very reasonable. Breakfast had a good number of options. Hotel was about a 10-minute walk to the old town plaza. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Evora.

We love this hotel. This was our second time staying there, and we will come back again. It's in a great location inside the city walls and an easy walk to the central square, the cathedral, and the Chapel of Bones. The hotel has beautiful grounds and a pool, which we look forward to using when we return at a warmer time of year. The staff is incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. It's an easy walk to a number of great restaurants.

Need wash clothes. Bigger bottled water. Coffee or tea service in lobby if not in room. Why single beds for a couple?

A very clean and well-kept central,modern hotel, just a 5 min walk to their Praca do Giraldo, city centre and just beside the city walls. Lovely spotless and modern restaurant with great food. Visited over Christmas but has pool and amenities for the summer. City centre interesting and lively.

The approach to the hotel,if you are coming by car, is a bit complicated as you suddenly face a No Entry sign. So, would recommend that the hotel inform their clients on making a reservation, to make their way to their underground garage just by the side of the hotel, where you just press a button and Reception will open the garage- door for you.

Location and breakfast were great. The staff were as helpful as they could be. The property was nice for a large hotel, and the pool was pretty.

The property is a bit understaffed, and our room was not ready at the appointed time. The pool was very loud and crowded - unpleasantly so. Also the parking instructions ahead of time were not clear - they offered "paid parking if available" on site and "limited paid street parking nearby" but also not mentioned by the hotel and far easier than navigating the streets was plentiful free parking just outside the city wall (5 minute walk from the hotel).

This hotel was absolutely the best. Big room, comfortable bed, great deck with lounge chairs, fast internet, really pretty lobby and bar. We walked to everything we wanted to see and loved Evora. Your hotel and the town has been a highlight of the trip. I also want to thank the girl in reception who helped me change a different reservation that I accidentally booked for the wrong night, it was such a relief to get her help. If we had time, we would have stayed longer just because the hotel, itself, was so fine.

nothing could have been better.

I thought the room was good-sized. The complimentary breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I remember, featuring several types of juice, a coffee machine that dispensed cappuccino, along with several other types of coffee, bacon, and a few choices of hams, croissants, breads, etc. I like the grounds behind the hotel, including the resident Peacock. The room was equipped with modern fixtures.

I wasn't able to get the A/C unit to work properly during my stay, but the room temperature was OK. I requested some extra towel that I didn't see delivered. One of the sides served with my dinner at the hotel's restaurant was cold.

Nice spacious room which led out onto a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area. Plenty of wardrobe space and a handy hairdryer located in the bathroom. We had chosen not to stay for breakfast but we did eat in the restaurant on our first night (we booked for a second night direct with the hotel) and enjoyed traditional Portuguese food and wine served by knowledgeable friendly waitresses👍 The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance from the bus station and for exploring the wonderful city of Evora, its points of interest and museums.

For us this hotel had charm and was peaceful and relaxing (until the rather loud American tourists arrived on mass and were eager to communicate with the whole of their party on the corridors and open plan staircase at the early start for their tours) Not the hotels fault, but without sound proofing, the layout of the bedrooms leading from the open plan staircase, amplified the noise!
