Beautiful room in a fantastic location only a 2 min walk to the town square. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were given an early check in as we arrived early and we were also helped with finding a car park. It happened to be Portugal National Day on the day we arrived and the traffic was madness. Thankfully Our wonderful hosts solved the problem. we were also provided with a lovely breakfast in the courtyard the next morning. added to that the bed and pillows were extra comfy - one of the best sleeps we had on our entire trip. we can recommend this lovely accommodation very highly! An exceptional choice!!

Very helpful people, nice common rooms, location is good. We were able to drop our bags off before check in, sit in the living room for a bit and they gave us coffee while we were sitting there making plans.

We slept in a room before the reception, close to the main door. They work with a code to open the door, when the code is correct it makes a really loud buzzing noise, which is very annoying when 3 people come back to the inn when you are already in bed. What was also an annoyance, is that in the bathroom, the lights are controlled by motion sensor and they go out after about 5 seconds. So whenever you sit, you need to start waving every 5 seconds so you don't sit in the dark.

Fine small breakfast. The location and the type of building are the points which caused me to chose this place and I was very satisfied. It is not possible to park the car in the street but I prefer this on a wide street. The place has an atmosphere of middle ages. I checked in at 2AM because of a delay in flight but the atmosphere in the are was exactly as I hoped.

This place is amazing! The owner takes care of the smallest details. The shared areas are designed with a great taste. Kitchen has everything you may need. The room is simple but very clean. And there was water to drink prepared for us on a hot day. Breakfast included everything we needed, it was nicely served and perfectly on time. We also enjoyed spending time at the private patio.

It is very close to the center. 2 minutes.

I think they clean place once per day after 11am and it is up for the guests how they use it, specially the toilets. The toilets next day before cleaning were not clean. The room we stayed in was nice. If the window was closed the noise from the street was not so loud. The room has air condition.

Old charm with a modern feel. Spotless room and sharing bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Great location within the center of the old city in close proximity to all the main sites.

No parking available at the Inn. Free parking just outside the old city walls. Not the easiest walk with heavy baggage on cobbled stoned streets.

I spent two days at Patinha Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. The structure is in pristine shape and big thumbs up for the lovely breakfast I have found every morning. Congrats!

Even though I have understood what the host said, It may be useful to have someone who speaks english.

Room very nice and clean, and also all the other areas of the property, including the shared bathroom, very clean. Close to the bus station and also to all the touristic spots in the city. Staff very lovely and also includes a very nice breakfast.

This place was superbly presented; very clean and the decor was beautiful. They had a beautiful outdoor terrace and we had a full and delicious breakfast here. The staff are lovely.

Difficult to find the place as the gps/waze doesn’t know how to reach the address (streets in evora are extremely narrow).
