A fantastic location next to the church in Fuseta. Really helpful, obliging staff. Self catering with a well equipped kitchen. The local supermarket is only 5 minutes walk. We had no car as we didn't need it. All the amenities were within walking distance - the beach, the shops, cafes, restaurants. Would really recommend Fuseta for a quiet break away. Just a 20 / 25 minute taxi from Faro Airport. The roof terrace with panoramic views is a real bonus. On our last day when we checked out we were allowed stay on the terrace and chill out until it was time to head to the airport. Will definitely be back next year. Just make sure windows and doors are closed before turning on the air conditioning as sensors on the windows and doors prevent the aircon from turning on if windows or balcony door is open.

Swimming in the Atlantic off Fuseta beach was a little chilly for the time of year. Still very refreshing though.

The apartment was excellent, we were welcomed by a friendly lady on reception who gave us tips about eating out and parking. The air con worked well and beds/pillows were comfortable, the room was very quiet so we always got a good nights sleep. The apartment was very clean and the maid came in every day. There is a car park out so we could park our hire car safely - albeit it can be busy at times. It’s a short walk into the town. We drove to Tavira a few times which was only 15 mins away by car. The only small complaint we had was the fridge wasn’t working properly - it wasn’t very cold. We would come here again and recommend to friends.

The room was very clean and had everything you needed for the self-catering room. Washing up liquid and sponge included. Our room was downstairs by reception, and only the odd occasion you could hear people coming and going. I think this would depend on how courteous your fellow travellers are. We found the reception staff very helpful and friendly. We mainly saw Sofia, whose English was very good. The apartments are by train tracks, though you don't hear them. The location is good for both train stations and walking distance of local village and beach. Fuseta is a quiet village, but an ideal location to explore surrounding areas via trains. I would recommend using the shuttle service via apartments cost €30 each way. A 7 seater mpv. We shared with another person, which then made it half price as we shared the cost. Taxi were €30 from the airport. Roof terrace was peaceful. Please note if you normally use local transport. You rarely see taxis and buses around. We used trains. They were a good price, but not frequent.

The only thing I would recommend is for the roof terrace to have some plants to make it less plain looking.

Spacious room with well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and somewhere to sit and eat a prepared meal. The concept of these studio apartments is excellent and very convenient location for walking around Fuseta. This was our second visit and we aim to use the apartments again as a base for further exploring the Algarve. There are a couple of takeaway shops nearby serving basic but cheap Portuguese dishes.

A coffee cafetiere would have been nice instead of having to make proper coffee in a pan! The apartment doors are noisy when being closed and many of the other residents seem to be unable to close them quietly. A discrete request for guests to use the door handle instead of slamming the door shut would be helpful.

We have stayed here many times and we will return. This time we were upgraded to a much bigger apartment but even the standard studios are very spacious. Salinas apartments provide you with everything you need for a very comfortable stay - good mattresses, piping hot showers and kitchens well equipped to prepare simple meals. The reason we have given this review a 10 is because the woman on reception went above and beyond with trying to get us a taxi during the recent train strike. She could not have been more helpful. We would absolutely recommend to friends and will always stay here when we visit Fuzeta

Clean, spacious apartment with everything we needed. Nice balcony and view over the salt pans. Quiet location and a good base to explore surrounding beaches and walks.

Staff weren't always there if we had questions. I asked for a double bed, but it was two singles, though they did change it. I would've liked a coffee machine and the kitchen could've been better equipped. Next time I would ask for a room on the other side of the building - no sea view but more sheltered and sunny. We were there in November though!

Helpful staff, clean rooms and hallways.

We arrived around mid-day - a little disappointed that it was after 15.30 that we were allowed access to our room. Some slight confusion over cleaning arrangements that maybe could have been better handled. Turns out that guests need to display the "please clean" notice outside their door - we thought it was similar to elswhere, i.e. routine.

The hotel is rated as two stars on the web sites I looked for reviews, despite the reviews being outstanding. I suppose this is because they don't have the amenities of a five star hotel. Yet, I found the rooms cleaner, the staff more sincere and the quality of service better. Perhaps it is because they don't have five stars that the hotel tries so hard. Whatever the cause there is no doubt that I rate this alongside the very best hotels I have been at.

I cannot think of one single aspect to dislike, and I think most people would disagree with the statement that I have few demands.

Very spacious room. Very clean. We were able to borrow an umbrella and a beach umbrella at the desk. That was extremely helpful. There are car parking slots right next to the entrance. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. The bathroom is spacious. The place looks in real better than on pictures. The beds are large. At least 180x200. We slept three people with our toddler in it comfortably.

Comfortable, spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped. Excellent housekeeping and friendly, efficient reception staff. Good location. Will visit again. Fuseta was lovely with plenty of little bars and restaurants serving great seafood.

Only the over bath shower, which was a little slippy.
