Great location in town centre but quiet. Lovely roof terrace and also a shared kitchen. Room was good for price point and was very clean. Air con worked well. Staff friendly. Parking for free near enough to property. Great restaurant just next door to try local meat dishes. Also a good bakery a little down street for great Portuguese Tarts. Olhao is a lovely town and worth a visit.

Bed a bit lumpy and it is a small double, slept better than we thought we would. Only one plug socket and not near mirror so issue when drying hair if you are fussy. Shower is good but just standard square so could be a tight fit and also one door broken. These things would be easily fixed.

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent location!

Window shutter needs fixing! Couldn't be opened or closed, it was windy and shutter was making banging noise. Had to wedge a towel to stop it banging on the wall. Bathroom window is opening all the way downwards and could cause a hazard. Pillows not comfortable, lumpy stuffing.

Great location, lovely staff, really cosy room

Only issue was one evening there was a group of people either staying there or friends of the owners that were up until 1am in the outside bit so it was hard to sleep. Was just frustrating as I was up at 4 for my flight time. Other than that, lovely place and would probably stay again.

Just like most booking pictures, it’s is misleading Yet, the place was very clean and they cleaned our room after one day, the staff was super friendly and polite, the location is very good, makes it very easy just to walk around, wouldn’t recommend a long stay .

Refrigerator should be emptied sometime, couldn’t put anything in😞

Clean room with x2 beds and a great shower. We liked the roof top to have an early evening drink before going out. In the town centre and near to all seafront bars and restaurants. It was festival weekend so free concert on as well.

Every thing was fine, kitchen fridge was busy and no room to put anything.

All staff were exceptionally polite and helpful,, the cleaning team do an amazing job . The reception staff were brilliant and helped with all queries, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy wherever you went inside. Felt very safe at the hotel, a super holiday !!!!!

Lack of kitchen equipment ,some fridge and cupboard food left rotten out of date... no WiFi connection in my room could only get in reception area.Also I noticed a strong drainage type smell in the bathroom at times,and the shower tray water did not drain away very well .

Fabulous roof terrace. Great to have a shared kitchen. Good central location. We got an email saying the Aircon was broken in the room we had booked but they moved us to a triple room on the roof instead and it was fantastic.

Great location, friendly staff, the room was so clean, nice roof terrace, everything I could've wanted for my couple of nights stay, wish it could've been longer, I love Olhão ❤️

No breakfast included, but there are so many cafés nearby (within 50 metres) you can take your pick

the upstairs room was very comfortable and we had the use of a fab sun terrace where we could enjoy breakfast. the use of a kitchen and drying area for wet swim wear. however lots of steep steps to get there if you had problems in that area

you would have to nit pick ! but a towel rain in the bathroom would be it😀

It is situated right at the centre of the old town and very close to the port which is good

The place needs a bit more attention... TV with no aerial, shower box inundating and more little bits and pieces that let the place down
