The hotel decor was lovely, it felt fresh and clean. The rooftop was beautifully designed and the lounge chairs were comfrtable. The bar/ pool side cafe were great and made it very enjoyable to spend hours here daily. The location of this hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the waters edge. Walking through the old fishermen village was beautiful with all the individual stone tiles that pave the streets and the colourful portugease tiles on some of the buildings. I would stay here again and also come back to Olhao, which I actually preferred to Faro.

Everything! The styling was lovely, the rooftop bar was reasonably priced for a hotel and the pool was beautiful! We had a lovely spacious and clean room, which as with the rest of the hotel was styled beautifully. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful!

The only minor quibble was amount of sun beds available. These sometimes would fill up and you may need to wait for some to come available - however this seemed to be the maximum amount you could fit around the pool area anyway before it became bar area seating. I’m not sure how this could improve, however we did manage to eventually get a sun lounger each time we visited the pool, even if we did sometimes wait a bit for one to come available.

I was really so impressed with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful, really went above and beyond. From check in to check out, I was blown away by the service provided by the staff. Every single staff member that I encountered was very welcoming, kind and friendly. All the girls at reception and the guys working behind the roof top bar, nothing but top service throughout. Want to say a special thank you to Beatriz Grilo & Marta Rodriguez, who helped us so much throughout our trip. They helped us book two fabulous tours and patiently went through all the options available and helped us select the best tour available for us. They were so accommodating letting us leave our luggage and letting us up and down from the pool after we had had checked out and were lating for our late flight. They helped me retrieve a bag I accidentally left in the room after checkout! I was probably doing there heads in but they were so kind, smiling and eager to help with any query or request. Really these girls went above and beyond, give them a raise, they deserve it!! The facilities in the hotel were very good, the roof top bar is really the key attraction. Lovely atmosphere, food and drinks. Rooms were a decent size, modern and clean. Good selection at breakfast and nice times offered for breakfast too, 7.30am, 8.15am, 9.15am and 10.15am. I liked how the breakfast was just 15 minutes after the hour, cause I usually find myself rushing when it's on the hour. The staff, the decór, the cleanliness, the entire atmosphere really makes this place, if you're considering staying, absolutely do!! :)

There was honestly nothing, I enjoyed everything about my stay

The location was great. Has been tastefully decorated in the rooms, pool and the lobby. Comfy bed. The staff were really friendly and great, especially the reception and bar staff. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool!

Have to pay for parking but the staff pointed out where the free parking was - 3 minute walk away. The first day we got there, we went to the pool and there were no pool seats available, and had to wait 45 for one. But every other day there was a seat available. Not enough seats for the amount of people staying there. Overpriced drinks at the roof bar and the food was average. One night the room next door was having a party and their music and talking were very loud - thin walls. Also the pool was filthy and needs a really good clean.

Cocktails were amazing and have easily pushed my rating up to 5 star top marks!!!! Staff truly exceptional and went above and beyond helping me and making sure I was happy. I stayed in a premium double room and then because I had a dreadful time at my next place I’d booked, I came back to spend the rest of my holiday back here in a premium room with balcony. The price difference is negligible between balcony or no balcony; the balcony room seemed a bit smaller (but you do get a balcony!) Still a perfect size room for my needs. Not a great view but I enjoyed the street sounds and I liked looking into the other buildings. Not much privacy between balconies but still great to be able to sit outside and I did a little yoga session out there. Also as the balcony room was at the back of the hotel it seemed to be less busy (in the original room I had been woken up by guests slamming their door at 2am though I’m a light sleeper so probably not their fault) overall rooms were quiet. Beds and pillows supportive; comfortable room very clean and modern. Fridge in room very useful. Great hairdryer, nice shower, endless towels as you can get more from pool. Pool area wasn’t busy my first few days but then became rather busy. When it was quiet I went for a swim albeit it’s a small pool it was still enough to do a few laps and feel I’d had a little swim. You can get cocktails to have by the pool but I preferred to have them at a table. Hotel feels glamorous, nice soft afrobeats soundtrack in bar. I wish I had names of staff to single them out. They are the reason I had no hesitation coming back here and I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone. The hotel was absolutely so generous to me letting me leave my luggage even when I was in limbo. They truly saved me and I can’t thank them enough 🙏

Breakfast was ok but I would say next time I wouldn’t include breakfast. Lots of very cheap coffee shops around. Basically the coffee isn’t great it’s from an automated machine. It was a good breakfast and fair value but for me the main important thing in the morning is a good coffee. There were fresh breads croissants yoghurt fresh juice definitely nice aside from that coffee lol. Music in bar excellent but a little repetitive you need a longer playlist ;) but I loved the afrobeats chillout mix so I’m just being fussy. Even though it was a mixup and nothing wrong happened I was upset with something (a very minor thing which wasn’t even their fault) but anyway I want to say that I was so so impressed with the manager’s reply that it became a non issue. Basically —> NOTHING ☺️

The hotel was so stylish and decorated beautiful and was always spotless. The staff left a birthday message in our room which was a nice touch. The rooftop pool was really beautiful and relaxing, there are not too many beds so sometimes you couldn't get one but you could sit in the rooftop bar if this was the case. It was a beautiful hotel, and the location was great. A really short walk to the busy front where all the restaurants and bars were.

I have no negatives to say about this hotel, it was exceptional and I would definitely stay there again!

New hotel, small but perfectly ok room size Great location - walking distance to ferry, restaurants, art centre and lovely old church, friendly courteous staff, exceptionally clean, great bed and bedding. breakfast lovely fresh fruit, pastries, green juices, scrambled or hard boiled eggs. Roof terrace fabulous views - especially the storks nest on the church roof! didn’t use pool as prefer the wonderful beaches

Plumbing in the shower very loud - can hear neighbors as well as your own. Self-service check a weird experience as needed a receptionist to help - quicker to do it without machine Water not refilled nor teabags etc - strange policy But overall lovely stay and great staff

Stylish, modern hotel which is ideally placed for exploring the area. The staff were exceptional, all were friendly and cheerful and seemed to work well as a team. Pedro, Alice and the whole of the breakfast team got our day off to a good start every morning with their smiley welcome. We were there for 15nights and I think the only member of staff who didn't check up us and say hello was the guy who seemed to be the manager. Housekeeping were great too. If we return to Olhao, we would definitely stay here again.

The property is so nice and clean, Amazing stuff member. Great rooftop with a really nice view. Everyone was welcoming from my check in to my check out. 24/7 reception services available. Short walk from restaurants and ferry to go to other islands. Clean bedsheets and towels every day unless you do not want.

The fact that they do not service any form of food not even little snacks after 10am, only breakfast from 7-10:30am and drinks from 12-9:30pm. They will give you a plate if you order food but have to eat in your room and not common areas. The concept of the hotel is designed for relaxation but no spa apart from the pool which is really COLD.
