Friendly staff, clean room, great choice at breakfast, airport transfer booked worked perfectly, which all made for a great place to stay. We had a couple of early starts before the breakfast time, and the hotel offered us a breakfast box where we could choose from a good selection of items. We were not expecting that, which was great.

The hotel is perfectly situated, only 7 minutes walk to the market area. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was a little warm at night. We couldn't leave the air con on as it was noisy, so we had the window open. Everything else was great!

Small and friendly, staff were so nice, delicious breakfast especially scrambled eggs, lovely decor, quiet, very nice pool and lounging areas. Bus services just around the corner. Train station was also close by. The Hotel provided a parasol that you could take to the beach. That was a lovely idea.

There was only one chair in the bedroom.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were always polite and went out of their way to help you. The hotel was excellently situated by the bus station and the railway saraion was also only 500 metres away. The hotel was very clean and your room was cleaned and towels changed every day . The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of choices for you to eat and plenty of it. Would definitely stay there again.😍

There were different time slots that you could choose for breakfast, and although you could change your time slot throughout the day, sometimes the scrambled egg in the Ban Marie was cold.

The room was spotless, and there were ample towels provided. The pool next to the breakfast room provided a nice ambiance. The breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was unrelated to the hotel: there was an electricity blackout in the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The light blue walls in the hotel and the interior decor were beautiful and the place made me feel cheerful.

The only food they can provide after 11 pm is Pringles chips. The pool was a bit dirty. The water was unclear, so I didn't swim very much.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were great with lots of choice and loads of fresh fruit. My bedroom was very clean and very recently well refurbished. Plenty of clean fluffy towels and a decent fridge was provided.

The quilt on the bed was very heavy and warm even though it was very hot during my stay. Also, although a kettle and beakers were provided there was no tea or coffee to use and this wasn’t really made clear in the description of the room facilities.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Olhão, Portugal, for six days with my wife and son, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service from the incredible staff members Thais, Irilda, and Mariane. Their friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay special and memorable. Our suite was absolutely lovely, boasting excellent facilities that catered to all our needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights, and the high-pressure shower was invigorating. The suite also featured a cozy sofa, two TVs, a cooktop, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay even more convenient. Every morning, we looked forward to the amazing and tasteful breakfast that was provided. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making each meal a delightful experience. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean, which we greatly appreciated. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was evident and commendable. The location of the hotel in Olhão is perfect! It’s close to supermarkets, the ferry terminal, and offers free road parking, making it easy to explore the area. The convenience and accessibility added to the overall enjoyment of our holiday. In summary, our stay was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful staff, excellent facilities, and prime location. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Olhão, Portugal. We will definitely be back, and we are already recommending to our friends! Best place stayed ever! Thanks. Everything was great!

The style of the hotel and having a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area/Olhao. The very friendly and effiecent staff. Location of the Hotel.

I am aware that the hotel is a three star - but it would really benefit from utilising the breakfast area in the evenings into a nice chill out, bar lounge area for guests. The Bathrooms are very basic and the shower unit is not the best.

This hotel has been renovated in the past few years, and the rooms are nice and clean, with good air conditioning. The location is a little bit far from the marina, but the town of Ohlao is small and nice to discover walking. We didn't use the pool, but it is just off the lobby and has lots of nice space for lounging on a nice day. Breakfast was simple, but good. Staff was very helpful and could help with tourist plans for the town. Parking is free nearby.

Location is a little hard to find, and parking is not obvious and close to the hotel. But we found parking when we searched. Price might not match the value as well, but we visited at the end of high season and booked late.

Hotel was lovely & clean., nicely decorated, looks modern & felt relaxing. Great facilities & breakfast. Staff were friendly & helpful. It was lovely having the little pool to dip in after a hot day. Easy walk to the pretty shopping area near the church & marina area of Olhao. Would highly recommend a ferry over to Armona for the day if you have time.

Only issue we had was parking, we couldn't find anywhere close by to park, as it was very busy. However there is a hotel space to drop luggage & paid street parking wasn't too expensive. Immediate surroundings of the hotel are a bit run down but walking distance to prettier areas.

The hotel is strategically located a few minutes from the train station, a few steps from the bus terminal, 10 minutes from the waterfront. Pleasant and helpful staff, exceptional cleanliness, good breakfast, perfect and obviously new equipment not only in the room. They recommended me a perfect taxi service to the airport. I had a wonderful holiday, thank you.
