If you want to be immersed in the historical centre of Lisbon, this is a wonderful location. It's an old building, but the family suite was very comfortable. The extra large king size bed was absolute luxury and the room was isolated from the noises of the city with its window facing the (small) innner courtyard. High ceilings. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits, lots of homemade pastries and other delicacies, including gluten-free options. Staff was not only very friendly but also very efficient in helping us with a few small requests.

The bathroom could use an update, but the Rituals products provided made us turn a bit of a blind eye.

Nice small hotel in the city center. The attic room facing the street was quiet, the beds were big and comfortable - the sleep was great. The location is excellent, the sights are within walking distance. If you need to move further, the metro-tram-bus is within reach. Access from the airport by subway is also easy and fast (PS. when you arrive, it makes sense to take a breather when you're lugging your suitcase up the hill ;) ). The staff was kind and helpful (special thanks to Carlos!).

I missed the spot light in the bathroom as it was a bit dim.

The room was very cozy although not spacious. The facilities were very clean, the staff was friendly. The location was great and very near to all main sightseeings.

A screeching from the floor of the room next door could be heard almost all the time. I’m usually a heavy sleeper but this woke me up couple of times. The Ginjiña at the bar is waay overpriced, don’t drink it there! It can be found for €1,50 on the street and an authentic one. the bar charged us €15.00 for 1 shot split in two! Other than that it was fine.

The location is amazing, central enough to walk to most transport and sights, especially a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable for a family, and reception helped us with booking transport, including bus, funicular, and tram.

The carpet had several stains, and was heavily scented. We had little notice a film was being shot on their street. The parking we requested was unavailable at their lot, and nearby lots they recommended were closed. It took an hour to find a garage on our own and considerable time to retrieve the car. It caused numerous complications.

Located at the heart of the centre , easy to reach the sea, main squares, shops, tram station.... Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were perfect and the staff worked their best in helping us with all our requests - they managed to prepare our room for an early check in as well ! My friend & I agree this hotel could be rated as 5 star hotel :)

I think bathrooms need more than one light bulb on its ceiling , it felt a little dark. And the shower door was leaking water outside because of problems with the rubber :(

Great location in the center of Lisbon, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. It is very easy to arrive at the hotel from the airport using the metro and there are very good connections to get anywhere in Lisbon by public transport (Oceanarium, Belem). The breakfast is good and the staff really friendly. Our plane was leaving early on a Saturday morning so we couldn't have breakfast, but they were really kind and made sandwiches for us to take. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Staff were very friendly. Room was comfortable .It was well equipped We did not eat at the hotel. Sleep quality excellent .Location for the city was very good. The area around the hotel was very steep not a problem for us but others may have found it difficult. Pre covid hotels used to have a guide to the local area this would have been useful

My only gripe was the bathroom was badly lit , Very difficult to shave etc. We had ongoing problems with the entry key. These are minor problems however and the keys were easily remedied.

The location is good, easy to access to Praca de Comercio with the public elevator, save loads of walk for my parents. Close to the shops, train station and restaurants.

The wooden floor (covered with carpet) make loads of noise, you can hear clearly the person whose walking around above my room and my parents' room. I told the hotel manager the day when we were leaving, he said because of the change of the weather.

The aesthetic of the hotel was amazing, very comfy bed and I liked the soft carpet in the room. It had a Royal feel overall. Location is central and you can avoid the hills by taking the nearby lifts. The reception staff Rita that greeted when arriving and departing was courteous and welcoming! We also got a free upgrade to a much bigger room which was a lovely surprise! Breakfast options were also very good and there was a variety of options for most dietary needs. 🥰

The displayed items at breakfast did not have a list of ingredients and as vegetarians we ended up choosing things with meat, by mistake. A kettle in the room would have been nice 🙂

I was welcomed by Carlos at the reception, which was super friendly and he answered to all of my questions and recommended some places to visit as well. The breakfast is good, you have plenty of options and the cleaning/change of towels is made daily. The area is great, you can walk from the hotel to everything you wanna see in the lisbon. Totally recommend!
