The beds were very comfortable and location of the hotel is top, very close to the airport and other touristic attractions. The hotel was clean and staff helpful and nice. The bread and pastry varieties were fresh and tasty.

It is not about not liking. Maybe a little more attention to detail would be nice: - 1 free bottle of water/day would be nice to have in the room - even though the room we booked was for 2 people, there was only 1 chair on the balcony and in the room - breakfast could have a bit more variety (2-3 types of cheese, some salami and vegetables) - in the bathroom, where there is a lot of space on the wall, some more towel hangers would be useful Double rooms shouldn't be considered exclusively for couples, but also for friends or colleagues.

The breakfast was delicious, there were lots of options at the buffet, and we were able to order coffees and croissants to our room one morning. The staff were lovely, the room was far nicer than I expected with a spacious balcony! The location is easy to access on the metro (25mins from airport) and it's a lovely 20 minute walk down hill to the touristy/ restaurant area of Lisbon, Bairro Alto and Alfama.

unfortunately the lift didn’t go up to our floor so had to get out one before and walk up flight of stairs with suitcase which was a bit of a challenge. minor inconvenience.

The hotel is wonderfully designed. The facilities are great, everything new, even the soap is quality. The staff is very nice, helpful and kind. The location is perfect, 20 mins walk from the center, not in the middle of the tourist craziness. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, massage parlors around on half price than in the center. Great variety of coffee in the morning and even the breakfast is acceptable. With some minuses which I will mention below, we will return to this property if in Lisbon in the future.

I wouldn’t say I did not like, but I would suggest some things which I did not like. Some vegetables would be great for breakfast. As a guest, you can sort this easily, because it’s a vegetable shop across the street. One evening we went on the rooftop restaurant and ordered from the menu. The pizza was overpriced and not tasty at all, overdrawn in a cheap cheese. The chicken salad served, also was below medium quality, we asked that the roquette to be taken out, but we had to see that except lettuce, a slice of orange and some grapes no other vegetables were in it and the chicken snitzel was burned. With all this we enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel. Was travelling with a friend. We stayed in hotel for 8 nights. Location is pretty close to city centre and many cafes and restaurants. Cleaning staff was very friendly and good at their job. Hotel reception staff was super friendly and helpful with any queries. There is also a roof top bar with nice view. Bar manager Jose was was very friendly and helpful. He helped us even to book tickets to local football game as it was booked out. Can’t thank him enough with service and professionalism. We highly recommend this hotel and You will be treated well!

We found everything we needed in good order and quality. Except we missed a Prosecco for the breakfast 🫣

Breakfast not the great and the fire alarm kept going off during the night for my whole stay. Location not the best.

I was happy with the location as I enjoy walking and it wasn't too far from the main areas I wanted to visit. Ubers were also plentiful and reasonably priced. The receptionists in particular were very friendly, helpful and pleasant as were the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was only okay, not much variety. Room + bathroom was clean and comfortable and I was happy with size and price. I would stay here again.

I found my room overlooked the main street so a little noisy at night. I could also hear doors opening and closing loudly in the hallway and people talking. I had an issue with ants but I had left a muffin sitting out on the table. I was able to deal with it myself and they didn't come back. Restaurant and roof top bar are closed.

There was a good choice for breakfast. It was a good location between 2 Metro stations that serve the red and the green lines. Nespresso machine in the room which was a bonus. The sockets in the room offer USB as well as European plugs which was very handy for mobiles and laptops.

Nothing I didn't like. But it was a shame that we received 2 Nespresso pods per person for a 2 night stay. We drank them both in the first day and they were not replaced during cleaning the second day. The hand held shower hose button didn't seem to work and so the only option was the fixed overhead rain shower (when I didn't want to get my hair wet)! Some of the sockets didn't work, which we only found out after we thought we had charged our mobiles (and hadn't). The only REAL problem was that the hairdryer was plugged into a socket in the bathroom (I NEVER use an electrical item in the bathroom). The cord was so short, I could not plug it into a socket in the bedroom and then see a mirror (bearing in mind some of the sockets did not work). It did not ruin my 2 nights away though.

A very nice hotel in a good location, close to the city center and to the airport. The room was clean and nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all speak perfect English and are very professional. The best thing is that they have a 24h reception so we had no problems checking out very early in the morning! Excellent customer service and thank you for the Easter gift! 😇

The hotel is very nice however the room doesn’t provide what a 4star hotel should. The bed was quite uncomfortable due to the two joined mattresses which constantly detached and created a hole.

The breakfast was diverse, we are glad to have it. The noise cancellation of the room was perfect. The staff was exteremly helpful. Spoke good english, and let our baggages be left on the receprion after checking out.

The room seemed very fancy, but the bath didn't work, the hand-basin was clumsy, the metal desk gave loud sound when something was put on it.Also there were a lpstick mark on one of the towels.
