Breakfast was excellent! Great assortment and well served.

For a 4 stars hotel the mattress was too bouncy and not comfy. Pillows were also too high and hard. In addition, it was not a good value for money since I was charged extra 200 euros for a TRIPLE room that already provided a double bed and a single bed. The room was actually the result search from booking algorithm and I decided to pay the triple room so that I could comfortably cover my family (wife and and children - 7y and 1y9m). It was not transparent.

Decent breakfast, room was nice n clean. The massage machine provided in the room was great.

Didn't find the staff friendly. The reception staff looked unwelcoming and so were the breakfast serving staff. At around 10pm we waited at the reception for around 10mins to look for a phone charger or an adapter ( we had UK charger) but there was no sign of the receptionist. We went to the room and tried to call the reception several times, but still no answer.

the area is quite nice, it is possible to get a quiet room; staff is friendly; overall nice hotel for a city trip to Lisbon

floor wasn’t really clean; pillows weren’t comfy; when booking a double-room you get two separated beds; bathroom door has a weird hole as a handle; CANNOT RECOMMEND THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE: our driver was clearly drunk when driving us to the airport, the hotel did not answer my e-mail regarding this issue

Nice butique-like "ecohotel" with 4-star service. Breakfast was good and plenty, the bar is open late. You can have bikes to explore the city. WiFi is free and good, room air conditioning is working on the top floor rooms as well. There are bakeries and small restaurants around the corner (a good Korean!). Check-out time until 12 - very good if your flight is in the afternoon. A good choice for 1-2 (adult) persons for a couple of days.

Location is not ideal, if you want to use "wired" public transport, metro station is about 15 mins to walk (uphill/downhill). However, there is a bus stop right outside the building. Breakfast area not very big, can be crowded, and the selection is the same every day. Mostly for adults and bigger kids, not very suitable for small children (I wouldn't come here with younger than 10 years old). They offer a "day spa" at the 1st floor, mostly massages but there is a hydropool, however, you will be charged, it is not free (I didn't try it, but I think the pool could be free, especially if it has be booked prior).

Breakfast was OK. Coffee Machines seem to have issues. Space was tight.

The rooms were very small. Mattresses and pillows good. No counter space in the bathroom and not even a shelf. The employees were excellent! The evening person at front desk ( his name was like Diego) was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable.

We have been staying at Neya Lisboa for 12 years. Hotel close to the city center, clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff. The breakfasts are tasty and the neighborhood is quiet.

Mattresses - I know it's hard to meet all expectations, but the mattresses are too hard.

The hotel & room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful all through the time. The breakfast is good and there is enough choice to select it. The small lounge is very cozy.

The beds were quite hard and i don't think the rooms are noise proof. We could hear some random sounds all night which was annoying.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good as well. Staff was very polite, they have bicycles for free use.

the need to surrender credit cars details at the front desk to safeguard the room. That never happened to us before in any hotel or resort and it is a rather dubious practice in my opinion.

I like the central location and how clean everything was. The rooms were big and spacious! I loved that very much

The shower had a weird odour. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the drain but it doesn’t smell nice at all

Very friendly staff upon arrival! Upgraded our room for free which was very kind!!

Breakfast could have been slightly better, hot food and was cold on most mornings and toaster needed fixed. Good selection of food though!
