Breakfast was very nice. Fresh bread, good coffee and plenty of food. Fruit, yogurt and bread basket was delicious.

The variety of breakfast could be improved upon when staying multiple nights. We were given the exact same breakfast each & every morning. Although it tasted great and was fresh, perhaps switching up the choices on different days would be lovely. Maybe add a day with oatmeal or granola or maybe omelettes or muffins?

Clean, modern, eco-friendly. Lovely personal touches, pasteis de nata on arrival, and a lovely little chocolate cake on the morning of my birthday! We always go away for our birthdays and this is the first hotel where it has been recognised. The breakfast was beautiful, fresh, and plentiful, we were so full it kept us going all day! The lady who served us was so friendly and cheerful she is an asset to the hotel as are all the staff. The location was great, we walked everywhere. We were on the 5th floor and it was so quiet, used the gym facilties and we were accomodated as we wanted to go in before they officially opened which was not a problem. Would highly recommend The Leaf

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff throughout from the room cleaners to front of house. We would like to thank Diego in the restaurant as he was very helpful with our allergy requests when we were eating breakfast. The selection of food for the breakfast is great value. It is a little out of the way of the main central area, however they have lots of great transport links and it is around 15 mins to walk to Rossio square down the main boulevard. We really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

If I was to visit again I would not have a double room as they are very small, we had to cram our luggage inside the wardrobe as we had nowhere else to store the bags. The bathroom was very small, the shower door was very frustrating. I would get a superior double or deluxe double room instead as I’m sure that it would be a better size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and gave us a great nights sleep.

All brilliant especially the large comfortable bed, shower and large balcony. Very helpful staff. Breakfast excellent (apart from the coffee!) but waiter service slow to actually take the order and then bring it to the table due to lack of staff - usually just one person for a potentially full breakfast room with approximately 15 tables to deal with. This caused delays most mornings and was frustrating.

Breakfast service! Positioned well out of the city centre up a long and steep cobbled hill so be prepared for a sweaty hard walk back or take an Uber!

The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was good, every morning a little bit different. Healthy options. We walked basically everywhere. The busstop is around the corner, but walking was just as fast. But we are young, so easy for us to walk. The rooms were on the smaller side, but enough for a city trip. Very clean and very comfortable! The airco is nice. Close by are little shops for a snack, pastelarias for your sweet tooth and a little walk over also some places to eat if you don't eat in the city. Overall we veryyyy much enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants to look out for nice budget options. :)

My partner wasn't happy with the emergency light above the door.. but I personally didn't mind. There is also a small TV, but it isn't a smart TV. But because it is not a necessity for us, we didn't mind.

I felt as though all the staff really cared about me having a good experience during my stay. The front of house and the restaurant staff. The breakfast was lovely. I like that I had a balcony.

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the gym. I loved the fact there was a gym when I saw the hotel on Bookng so I took my gym clothes but ended up doing exercises in my room as there wasn't really enough room in the gym.

Everything. The hotel is extremely overwhelming, with a great green-impact. Shout-out to the behaviour of the staff, thanks to which our stay was really unforgettable. The place is well-connected with the centre and other parts of the city. The breakfast is good and abundant: great food and service. The spaces are comfortable, both in the room (the big bed is a bijoux) and in common spaces. The hotel let you deposit your luggage both before the check-in and after the check-out without adding costs of any kind. The price fit the stay perfectly. I would recommend it to anyone, for both long or short stays.

We didn't personally find any remarkable bad aspect.

The hotel is well located close to Marques de Pombal, 15-20 minutes walking distance to Rossio / Baixa. The rooms are not too big, but quite cozy !

While the rooms are really clean, the smell of the detergent is really extreme in the room - sometimes it was hard to breathe without opening the windows (even at night, the blankets had a very strong smell) The breakfast concept is really nice, however, the breakfast is highly inefficient; 2-3 waiters standing in the room, running in and out of the kitchen, sometimes unsure who to serve which table.

The hotel is very new and the staff is super, they really take care of any need. Breakfast is superlative, kudos to Diego who is a real professional.

Our room was at 5th floor, the last one. Space is not enough, room was really small. Air conditioning was struggling with exceptional 40⁰C in early august 2023, but the small fridge functioning inside the closet was also speeding up temperature increase of the room. Room was suoer clean, it would be useful to do specific cleaning also of the little balcony.

Tasty and plentiful breakfast. 5-10 min walk from the metro, gets you into the old parts of the city within 10-15 mins! The 68 bus is right around the corner too, use the LisboaCard to get on and you're in the city centre in 20 mins! Safe area, 10 min walk from El Corte Ingles shopping centre. Nice staff, comfy beds, quiet at night. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

My room was small. Fine for a single / couple but space would be an issue if one brings a lot of luggage!
