The staff we’re wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The location was also very good. Outside of the busy touristy areas but very accessible with lots of local restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s a bus stop a minute away and the metro station is also a few minutes away. The hotel is recently renovated and the rooms were clean and fresh. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety.

The room lacked some basic amenities that I expected to find in a 3 start hotel: -No kettle or a coffee machine -No tissue papers (only toilet paper) -No iron/ironing amenities -No fridge/minibar I also couldn’t get the safe or the phone to work..

The hotel is very clean, the room was cleaned daily. There is a lift. Bathroom is very clean, good drain, very good hand-held shower. Toiletries, hair dryer provided. Coffee machine in the suite. Reception staff is very friendly, good information provided regarding tourist places. Breakfast was good, usual food, hot and cold, good assortment of breads and pastries, coffees, juices. Bottle of water in the room. Ice-cream shop next door, and bakeries down the street, Monte Rei is best.

Hotel stay was excellent, no complaints.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel was clean. We had a suite and it was pretty spacious, we had space for all we needed. The bed is ok, could be better

Breakfast was kind of poor, I was expecting the famous pasteis de nata, but we had just in the last day. The hairdrayer wasn’t working. I just washed my hair and I had the surprise (I would not imagine that I have to check it before shower) and went to the reception for a solution. I had an issue with the guy who was working the night shift. He told me to come back in the morning, that he cannot to anything, he was laughing. I did not like that atitude. After I asked for the manager and insisted for a solution because I paid for this service, he found out where was the extra hairdryer. So there must be an issue in more then one room.

Fabulous staff, particularly Anna who worked during the day and Adil who worked at night. Upon our arrival we were surprised by an offer to upgrade our hotel room at no extra cost by the manager. Room was larger than what we booked. Anna helped us secure tickets to visit the Monastery and Adil secured an Uber for us on Lisbon day when Bolt, taxis etc. were not responding to our request at 5am. We truly appreciated the terrace where we had brought 2 lights suppers bought at a grocery store. Great gelato place (Pairs) next door! Hotel was safe and clean. Kudos!

Generally a very safe neighbourhood but there were some homeless people who were more present in the evening.

The highest score is related to the behavior of the personnel, all of them are friendly, persistent and regular. Especially the hotel manager. After that, the highest score is related to the cleanliness and discipline of the hotel, which was really felt. The location of the hotel was also very suitable and with good access to the city center. The quality and size of the room was also good.

The only negative point was related to the additional facilities of the room, such as having a refrigerator and a kettle, which I hope the hotel management will pay attention to in order to improve the quality.

The location of the hotel is suitable for the people who are involved in the business trip, because there are public, infrastructure and transport facilities are close to the hotel in walking time and time to transport to and from the airport is about 20-25 min. Bus and suburban train stations are close to the hotel. The breakfast looks like a standard European breakfast. Coffee unlike chain hotels is available from a coffee machine and I would say of a fairly high quality. The room is cleaned daily, the service is not intrusive and does not disturb guests. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

It seems to be unusual that there was only one chair presented in the room for two persons was presented.

Very stylish, clean hotel with great breakfast and very friendly staff

It was rather central, close to Marques de Pombal square where you can find hop on and off busses and close to Rossio metro station which takes you to other places of interest. It was clean and comfortable, the mattress was a bit hard for me but it is personal preference. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff for any recommendations. Useful information for travellers, the room has got shampoo, shower gel and body wash dispensers and bathrobes.

The room was very small and not too much of a place to the suitcases. The location is not as good.it takes 25 minutes but Uber or Taxi from the hotel to the most locations. Bathroom maintenance: water in the shower drains very slowly.shower door was loose and so was the glass shelf by the mirror.had to ask to fix it which they have done after 48 hours.

Staff on reception was very friendly. Whole hotel was freshly renovated. I had cozy room with big confortable bed but apparently they didn‘t have time or money to make new bathroom. Breakfast was good.

It was quite cold in my room and I was struggling with that air conditioning. I had very early check-out (at 4:00 am) so I asked for a small snack to take away with me to airport, the staff promised to do it for me and when I asked for it in the morning, there was nothing ready for me so it was little dissapointing, but he turned on coffe machine for me at least.

The Staff were extraordinarily helpful, providing cost effective transportation options (Metro) to efficiently get where I wanted to go. They were pleasant and always available. The lobby was beautiful and the breakfast options were plentiful, reasonably priced and offered in nice surroundings, inside and out. The bedding and lined were lush and comfortable.

The bathroom in my particular room was extraordinarily cramped. Little to no counter space, the curved shower doors were never on their tracks, making opening and closing an adventure and problematic. As well, the proximity of the sink vanity to the toilet prevented sitting on the toilet in a straight manner, but rather on an angle. There was no toilet roll holder. On a minor note the hotel’s location did require taking public transportation to travel to the ‘touristy’ areas. However, by not staying in those touristy areas likely cost less and allowed one to explore a local residential areas that did offer some unique dining and shopping options.
