The property is easy to get to from the airport, lying in between ‘Marquês de Pombal’ and ‘Rato’ on the yellow metro line. Take the red metro line from the airport, change for the yellow metro line in ‘Saldanha’ and get off at one of the two mentioned above. Total travel time from the airport including walking is about 50 minutes. The check-in is very straightforward and the desk is manned 24/7, so even if your flight is delayed (like ours was), you are still able to check-in whenever you get there. The room we were in (one bedroom apartment) is lovely and big enough for 4 people (we were 2 adults and 1 child). There is a sofa bed in the living room area, which was already set up for us when we got there. For a sofa bed, it’s very comfortable! The bed in the bedroom is lovely as well. There is a kitchen, which has all you need to cook some dinner (we didn’t use it for dinner, as there are great restaurant close to the apartment building) and of course a fridge. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom is spacious with a bath and shower above it, a toilet, bidet and large counter with washbasin. Plenty of space to put your toiletries down. You’ll be given plenty of towels and there is a towel rack above the bath to dry them. If you want, your room will be made every day (which we only used when needed, which was once). There are 2 TVs (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), with plenty of options to watch something in the evenings. Unfortunately, there’s no Netflix on them, but this didn’t bother us. There is plenty of wardrobe space and drawers to put your clothes in, if you don’t want to live out of your suitcase. Breakfast is absolutely amazing! There is a large buffet with plenty of food available. Of course they have the Pastel de Nata in mini form, donuts, pain au chocolate, croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheese and meats, bread rolls, cereals, juice, water and all kinds of coffee!

The only minor issue we had was that there weren’t enough hangers in the wardrobe (only 3), but this didn’t bother us. We just folded our clothes and put them in the drawers and on the shelves. There are a couple of chips to the wood throughout the apartment, but that’s just from wear and tear. While we were there, there was an issue with the water in the middle of the night, which meant we couldn’t use the water in the morning to flush the toilet or have a shower. This was swiftly fixed though and by the time we came back late in the afternoon, all was working again.

I stayed at this hotel with my family in November 2022 and we really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in a room with a living room with a sofabed, a bedroom and a kitchenette. We liked all the facilities the room had and it lived up to our expectations. The room was very comfortable, there was a lot of space and it felt like being at home. We were also very satisfied with the service by the staff at the reception and when we had our breakfast. Everyone was so helpful and smiling. The hotel is located in a quite and safe area and very close to Rato metro station (only about 5-7 min. walk) which we used very much and you can be in the centrum of the city within few minutes. We would like to stay at this hotel next time we visit Lisbon again and we can recommond it for everyone. It is especially perfect for families our a big group.

Hotel staff is super helpful with all questions answered, attention and care during my stay. Room was superb with great price, renewed (mostly) and functional. I liked having two environments so I can read on another room while my wife sleeps. Bathroom and shower worked well, comfortable and the small kitchen have some dished, appliances and fridge which is very nice for few days. Location is great for walking around, eating and a medium walk to the underground/metro system, actually two lines served from about 10 min walk, and buses stops nearer. Breakfast has a good selection of food options, coffees and as always, check for food restrictions when applicable. The whole checkin and checkout process were easy, definitely will consider another stay in the future.

Had a small issue with shower which is inside bathtub and water was slow to drain but nothing of huge issue for a 5 to 8 min shower. It should be a quick fix during next room review and did not ruin my stay.

A very well-located apartment (5 minute walk to Rato or Marquis Pombal metro stations, 15-20 minutes to the main tourist site of Restauradores, 10 minutes to the botanical garden). A decent convenience store nearby and a McDonalds across the street (we arrived on a holiday and everything else was closed). Spacious, clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast (eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, pastries, ...). The pool looks good, but it was too cold outside to use it. We had a great stay and we thank Legendary for that!

Almost every midnight, the municipal garbage service comes by and it's loud (I know, it's not the establishment's fault).

Nice room and good location. Has a pool which is a bonus in Lisbon, although it may be too deep for very young children (about 4 feet or so) . Also, the pool can get crowded in the afternoon. But there’s a nice pool area and a pool bar. Close to Rata metro station and about a 30 minute walk to Barrio Alto /Chiado. Not quite in the tourist section of town (seems to be the business district of Lisbon) but a very very nice neighborhood. Our room also had a really nice and spacious balcony but not all rooms do.

Bathroom is tiny and crammed with a bath tub and bidet. The tub/shower has really high walls and is difficult and awkward to get into . I don’t know why they didn’t just simplify the bathroom to make it easier to navigate.

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and of the bed. The kitchen had everything I needed available, which was great. The breakfast ( buffet)was very good. The location was great. Silence during the night was wonderful to have a good night's sleep. The staff ( was very nice and always available to assist in case of need).

Noisy A/C. And not very effective to be able to warm the whole room. It Should have been installed on another part of the room instead of next to the window. Tv with the channels not properly configured.( The channels display image was awful). In the bathroom, the bath should have had a curtain , so that the water wouldn't go to the floor. And only had a glass covering it only partially( it wasn't effective). The button in the Shower faucet had a special way to be pressed to be able to switch the water flow to the shower. ( And I had to figure it out on my own ) - it is expected the shower facility to work normally, as in everywhere else (Not like this).

+ Very good location. + Private parking included in the price. + A very large and comfortable apartment. + Huge and comfortable bed, I often have a problem with this in hotels. I slept like a baby here. + The room was free so we got it as soon as we arrived. + I took the car from the parking about 6 hours after check out, no extra charge. + Perfect customer service..

There wasn't much to complain about. - Soundproofing from the outside could be better. - In some places you can see that the time to refresh the hotel is slowly approaching.

It is also within walking distance (15min walk) to the nightscene area (Bairro Alto) of Lisbon. Mini market is about 3mins walk and there is a mcdonalds and other cafes within 1min walk from the hotel. The hotel has a separate bowl as bidet (like those in the Middle East) and that for me is already easily a 4* from me

Inner breakfast area can be tight when there are more people turning up. The outside area is spacious but during winter, it may be a little repulsive to eat your breakfast outside when its 6-8c in the morning. The shampoo and conditioner and bodywash were all-in-1...ugh but it wasnt too bad Thats all of the negative thing I have to say

handy for 2 metros u have Rato and Marquess de Pombal within 5 mins each way, McDonald’s on the corner they have lovely staff lovely staff I was on 7th floor and had a lovely view towards bridge near Belem as it had massive balcony which I wasn’t expecting

need manual for microwave had it working for 2 days then didn’t work, had google for a manual needs a couple flannels in bathroom they were taken away needs a tea towel in kitchen nothing to do with hotel, I came home with insect bites breakfast was okay could be better, nice gesture the other morning when the lady brought out fresh crossisnts

We arrived with a group of 4, when our booking was for a group of 5. At no additional cost they upgraded us to a larger suite. The layout was exceptional and it meant we each got our own private room as well as a common area and balcony. The pool was exceptional, and the fact that there was a bar right beside it was great. Also on checkout we were offered for the reception to call for a taxi without us having to mention. Staff were exceptional.

Only thing is very few places to plug items, but that is such a small complaint
