Thank you to Reception staff Senhor Alberto & Levi who are the most wonderful people and looked so well after us. They gave us Tipps regarding booking a taxi and where to eat. We really appreciated their dedication, they had always time for us. The Hotel is spotless clean & very quiet, even during renovation there was no noise. We booked 9 nights the premium room and it was worth every Euro! The view is breathtaking. Even you are in the buzzing Chiado district, it is very quiet. We loved breakfast in bed. A nice touch was the cake, which changed every day, wow, artisan handmade. Try the “American coffee”. The Cleaning lady Mrs Cindy did a fantastic job; each day we had a nice room spray, we want to say a special thank you Cindy 😍 The premium room is big, walk in shower (no bath) and the bed was twice of a king size bed. Mattress firm and 2 pillows per guest. We slept very well. We will come back again next year, 10 stars from Germany 🇩🇪 and Portugal 🇵🇹

The location is excellent with a lot of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing within walking distance. The Rooftop Restaurant and Breakfast had a decent variety of options, the food was good and the dining staff were very friendly. The view from our 6th floor room was beautiful.

For those with mobility issues, there are some mandatory steps/stairs, ie, the hotel is on a hill so you have to step down from the street into the lobby and climb a set of stairs to the breakfast room. Everything else is accesible by elevator. The lighting in the room and the hair dryer were just ok.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location next to lots of wonderful restaurants and shops. Would recommend the terrace room which has a wonderful view of the castle and the rooftops around chiado area as well as the Tagus river. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was a combination of cooked and continental. Trendy rooftop bar offering good selection of drinks at very reasonable prices. Bottle of Moët for 65€; a steal👌🏼

we took the room with the terrace was amazing the view is a must if you want to take room in this hotel. location wise it was in the middle of a busy neighborhood but at night the room is facing the opposite way so it’s really quite at night. clean and specious room.

the terrace balcony door the lock is traditional for us it was our first time to face this kind of lock but we managed to open it after couple of tries. later the staff were friendly enough to offer help when we complained about it so it was really nice of them. that’s the only thing I didn’t like about the hotel.

The hotel is nice and is located in a great location. We loved the big room with the terrace, with a nice view of the city.

The breakfast is not so great. Only a few options. They have containers for waffles and pancakes that are always empty. The restaurant/bar in the hotel has one of the worst menus I’ve ever seen in a hotel restaurant, with one option for mest, one for fish and one for pasta. And there isn’t much more. And the room service menu is the same thing.

The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon and the views are stunning. toiletries were lovely. the staff were great & made me feel valued as a guest.

The rooms are small, and the rooftop bar and dining room were closed for refurbishment so breakfast (at extra cost) was only available in the room which was too small to eat in. there is a balcony but the weather wasn’t warm enough in February. on the plus side, this forced us to go out and look for breakfast and we found the best place at the bottom of the hill, Dear Breakfast. it’s worth the wait in line.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and that included everyone we came into contact with, from the front desk to the housekeeping to the bar and food service people. The location is an easy walk to the train station, to buses and trams, to the river, to Alfama, and it is surrounded by lovely local shops with beautiful Portuguese goods. I would not hesitate to stay there again. We loved it!

I suspect that housekeeping wipes out used glasses and coffee cups instead of taking them away to a dishwasher. I'm not a fan of this practice, particularly since we're still in the midst of a pandemic. I would like a clean glass that's been disinfected in a dishwasher every day.

Central location, rooftop terrace, friendly snd helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

We booked the hotel mainly because of its rooftop terrace and bar; however the hotel closef the rooftop for private event on 2 of our 4 days of stay, so we were unable to use the facility at the moments we wanted. During one of the private event guests were quite loud in the corridor and elevator was dirty (but cleaned quickly by friendly staff member). Staff in the bar/rooftop was sometimes quite slow with service. Given quality/price ratio we expected beter on the two aspects noted above.

The location was perfect for our first time in Lisbon. We were able to go back to the hotel multiple times a day without it being too out of the way. The room was very large, so plenty of room for our big suitcases. The bathroom was also a good size. The breakfast had a vast assortment and was well attended. The front desk was friendly and answered our questions.

Breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before setting out for the day, lots of options. Our son actually left his smart watch in the open safe after we checked out, we realized it many hours later. We called and the wonderful staff helped us find it and held it till we are getting back to Lisbon on our way back to the states.
