The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and of a high quality. Things such as freshly made pancakes, eggs, bacon etc where all cooked to order and served to the table with cereals and juices at the Buffett table. The staff were perfect hosts and made our trip extremely welcoming and a pleasure

I just wish there was a gym at the hotel as then it would of been perfect but for the money and location it was great. I’d definitely stay again!

WOW! One of the best stays we ever had in a hotel and I could write an essay at how amazing this hotel is. Firstly, the breakfast was so fulfilling and tasty. We loved the combination of buffet and a la carte, which gave us plenty of options to choose from. Secondly, the facilities were excellent. Our superior room was very large and the design was just perfect. The garden of the hotel is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t stop looking at it! Thirdly, the location was excellent. Everything was nearby and within walking distance. Quiet at night as well. Last, but not least, the hotel’s staff were THE BEST. Due to a planned special occasion, I asked the hotel’s staff for different things which were very specific and probably difficult to do so. However, the staff went above and beyond and did absolutely everything to help me out and made our stay unforgettable. We will never forget how much effort they put into it and how perfect they made everything for us. Special mention to Patricia, Leonor, Tiago, Bruno and Mafalda (apologies if I have forgotten anyone!), they are amazing and so helpful and kind. They deserve the best! Thank you Hotel Hotel. The staff were absolutely the best! Very kind, helpful and professional. They created a very nice atmosphere in the hotel and a comfortable one. They provide recommendations and are quickly responsive to requests. Nice location. We also liked the breakfast!

I have been to many countries and many hotels in my life but never met a more competent, kind, caring staff. Each and every one of them willing to go out of their way to help you as much as they could, with a smile on their face. The hotel itself was incredibly modern, clean and accessible. The new chef had put on an amazing breakfast.

Me and my sister spend our last day in Portugal in this hotel. All the staff were genuinely super friendly and welcoming. I asked if it was possible for something special since me&sis were celebrating an event and they out themselves (it was perfect!) The hotel was clean, modern with great design and perfect location. We managed a short breakfast before rushing to the airport. It was delicious! We never got the chance to try the pool or yoga room but they seem like perfect offers after a long day in the center. It was really a hidden gem in the middle of Lisboa!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Location-wise, the hotel was ideally situated. It was conveniently close to many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Lisbon. Additionally, there were numerous excellent dining options within walking distance, offering a taste of the local cuisine. J Overall, my stay at this boutique hotel in Lisbon was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a memorable and enchanting experience in the heart of Lisbon, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of outstanding service, charming ambiance, and convenient location make it an excellent choice for any traveler. Without any expectation this lovely hotel was full of surprises. A welcoming lobby from which you enter a pleasant dining area leading out onto a tranquil and lush courtyard. The courtyard had the most beautiful tropical plants and a vertical garden wall, interspersed with comfortable seating and access to the swimming pool. It was a haven and retreat from the busy Lisbon environment. The restaurant and serving staff were exceptional, as was the sushi and the breakfasts. In particular, we would like to call out Vera, who was a delight and made our stay most special. We cannot rate all the staff more highly and it was a wonderful place to end our vacation.
