The location is excellent. Cleaning and service was outstanding. Food was very good with a very generous verity of choices. Restaurant exquisite.

The pool is exaggerated as presentation in the pictures and the reality is disappointing (dimensions and capacity of the room). The pictures are misleading

Everything! I loved our room with private balcony (overlooking pool area) I loved access to fresh air. The decor was stunning. Photos don’t do it justice. Soft lighting but good for reading if needed. I loved the bathroom design - it has the wow factor, I loved textured walls, I loved the beautiful linen, feather pillows and comfortable bed. I loved the wave design of the cabinetry. I loved the light in the wardrobe and plenty of full length mirror. I loved the space of the suite and the sound proofing and air conditioning. I liked the design of lit up recessed room numbers that would make for easy way finding for visually impaired person. I liked 2 lounge areas on my floor. I liked that even though we were close to pool I could not smell strong chlorine. I used the pool area and the gym, the breakfast and dining room. At all times staff were helpful and pleasant. Food at breakfast and dinner was beautifully presented and delicious. We felt so relaxed and welcome that the first day we didn’t leave the hotel as intended. Instead we recharged and rested. We were so grateful. Thankyou

loved the location! staff were extremely helpful and friendly including front desk and bar staff. beds were comfortable and rooms were cleaned every day. kettle and coffee maker and water in the room made for easy morning. equipped with slippers and robes too. breakfast was awesome and they had Prosecco! there’s a restaurant and bar in the hotel too and a metro stop just outside. there’s a gym in the hotel and a pool but from what I saw the pool is very small. but there’s a beautiful mermaid tile in the pool that matches the beautiful tile in the Turkish bath upstairs by the gym. loved this trip and would return if staying in Lisbon again.

I got a Suite because I've worked whilst staying at Bessa. It was the best decision because the living room area was massive, the bedroom massive and beautifully designed too. I also got 2 balconies and I loved that. The whole staff were amazing, from cleaning, to reception and restaurant /lobby area.

I stayed here with a friend. The location is perfect a short walk to all the main areas. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. The staff were lovely and we both felt very safe in the hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the city. A taxi from the airport with Bolt or Uber only cost between 7 to 15 euros and takes less than 20 minutes.

The only faults I would say is that the lamps beside the beds were too big so you could not leave personal items on the bedside tables and they had no storage.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Location was good. The cleanliness was very good. Breakfast choice was sufficient for most tastes.

Slight wait to be checked in for breakfast but appreciate it is a busy time keeping food supplies topped up. The rounded table seats were difficult to get into and out of --a space issue. Bedside table lamps were often hit with your head as you placed items on the side tables. Would have liked English TV channels to watch but may not be possible. Wonder if home country newspapers could be arranged??

good location, walking distance to all the major attraction in downtown Lisbon. good room size, love the high ceiling, and contemporary design. housekeeping is doing great job, we return to hotel with clean and fresh room to enjoy.

Breakfast can be improved, hope to have more choices in the near future( it is my personal opinion only, other guest may like the way it is) Is it possible that hotel can give clear instruction for how to control AC? I was stay in IHG Porto for 2 days trip, and they have clear instruction note added to AC control panel for guest understand, maybe Bessa can study as well.

We were blown away by the helpfulness of the staff. We had forgotten an apple device in our room, and called the hotel from the taxi. Not only did they quickly find the device, they also called me back and arranged for another taxi to bring the device to Terminal 2 of Lissabon airport, where we waited and paid the driver. Outstanding! Also, breakfast is amazing, and the breakfast staff is super friendly and helpful.

Actually the room service menu is a little bit basic. Which is surprising, given the amazing variety and quality of the breakfast buffet.

The room is spacious and hotel is located centrally - almost near the tourist area/restaurants/metro/trains, Though central, we didn't hear any noise coming from the streets. The hotel staff are friendly and even were welcomed with free bottled water and pasteis de nata :) Lastly, our beds and room were made and cleaned everyday. Overall, our stay has been an enjoyable one! P.S. we ordered an aromatic massage for an hour at the hotel and it was well worth it! the massage room was just 10 steps away from our room which enabled us to leave our children with peace of mind :)

Just language barrier for one or 2 staff but otherwise, no complaints :)
