We booked the superior studio. It was updated and clean. Lots of space for two people. It was in a safe area that was also very walkable to all the landmarks. The washer was an additional bonus to us. We had a good stay.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. We would have liked a thicker blanket as well. Since the apartment is located in a busy area, you can hear people walk by in the alley way throughout the night. We could also hear the unit above us, which woke us up throughout the night. Ear plugs would be beneficial. Finally, the window right by the bed needs to have a proper blackout curtain or cover. Light shines through very easily and disturbs your sleep.

Fab location in Alfama. The apartment definitely exceeded our expectations in terms of it's size, cleanliness, and new-feeling. Accessing the flat is easy with a digital keypad (they also give you a physical key in the event the digital keypad breaks). There was loads of storage space in the bedroom for clothing, smartTV, very good & cold AirCon in both the main area & bedroom, big fridge/freezer, nice size kitchen & dining space, and full functioning sitting room. On top of that, the hosts are lovely and easy to communicate with AND they allowed us to check-out 2 hours late being that they didn't have new guests checking in that same day.

Bathroom is quite small with the door opening inwards so it's nearly impossible to stand inside. The bathroom is very clean and new, however! The floors are incredibly thin so if there is someone staying above you, you'll hear every single step.

We stayed in the studio apartment and WOW. Decor was so modern and clean. Absolutely everything you could need. Perfect size for a couple. The communication with the staff was amazing too. Location was perfect! About a 10 minute walk to the centre. After spending 4 days walking almost the entirety of the city we really feel like alfama in general but especially around where the apartment is, was extremely safe. Could not fault this place one bit

At absolutely no fault of the apartment, just said I’d leave this as a heads up. We got the underground from the airport to martim moniz and the walk to the apartment, with luggage and in the sweltering heat is not ideal so an uber would definitely be a better idea. A fine walk otherwise

The cute studio apartment is great for a couple. The small space is compensated by the terrific view of Lisbon's rooftops and the location. It's close to the atmospheric Alfama neighbourhood and walking distance from places that tourists would be interested in. The little kitchenette is well-equipped and the folks who manage the property are quick to respond and very helpful. We had left something behind in the apartment, and one of the managers personally delivered it to us.

The location was very authentic. Right in the heart of Alfama.

I was very happy with this location for a young person but I rented this room for my mom who is advanced in years. It was difficult for her to get up and down the stairs and with Sao Antonio it was quite loud. Again, I don´t mind this at all. It was my fault for booking in a location like this. It would be nice to have a warning for people that it is not accessible for elderly and the noise can be a problem.

smooth check in. great location. newly renovated apartment. all appliances worked well and the air-con and the fridge were really quiet. we had a comfortable stay.

There’s nowhere to charge our phones next to the bed. There’s no curtain for the small window next to the bed to keep the light out (although it’s frosted glass so not a problem otherwise).

The apartment was just fine. We used the 2 beds and the pullout couch which was comfortable. The kitchen was good and we used the washing machine. There is a rack to hang the clothes to dry.

The walkway by the apartment was very dirty especially the lower part. The apartment is stuffy. There is a window but it is not safe to leave it open unattended.

Fantastic location, and spotless room. The hosts were helpful and incredibly responsive when we asked for extra bedding

The only small glitch, inevitable maybe in an old building, is some noise from the apartment above.

The view is great and the place is new and clean. Everything worked great!

Gets tiring to duck under the roof :D
