The staff were very kind and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. However, breakfast had to be arranged 24 hours prior to so if your planner you might like that feature.

Most of my activities were in downtown of Lisbon. Therefore, there are no night activities in Alfama area. Very quiet and dark at night. If your solo traveler like myself, I would not recommend this area.

A nice and spacious room, if not a little unconventional in design. Comfortable bed and a neat clean bathroom. Great location within Alfama, right by a stop for Tram 28.

The kettle provided in the room needs a longer cable to be able to plug into the outlet OR have it placed elsewhere. The room's unconventional design (ref pic) means you have to watch your head at times! Took a while to cajole the overhead unit to produce some heat - it would help if instructions were provided in the room for the same. Lastly, and while this wasn't an issue for me, a lack of an elevator on the property might be cumbersome to those with heavy luggage.

The front desk staff were always available and always friendly. The room was huge, and had a little Juliette balcony so we could open the doors. Comfortable bed. Breakfast at the hotel is served starting at 8am and can include eggs. We were within walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see on our day in Lisbon.

The entrance is very inconspicuous until you know where it is! But very secure for that reason. The tram ran outside our room quite frequently but it stopped at a reasonable hour in the evening so it didn’t disrupt our sleep at all!

A very good location in the old city, there are supermarkets nearby, the 28 tram stop just right outside the apartment, a 10-15 min walk to the center. Fully equipped apartment with all kitchen appliances, even the coffee machine. A big comfy bed. Very helpful personnel that answered all the questions and was ready to help 24/7.

It was quite cold in the apartment. If there were “hotel slippers” it would be very helpful, as the floors were very cold. But there were 2 air conditioners, one in the bedroom and another in the living room, and they heated the place up very fast, so it wasn’t such a big problem.

Too out of the way , high up from the train station. No hairdryer in the room and when I did get one from reception the lead was so short I couldn’t see into the mirror. No bath mat in the bath and it was very skippy and dangerous. needs a grad rail too. a lot of other visitors have mentioned this but this has not been addressed and ignored. It was very expensive not to have basics, salt and pepper. maybe a bottle of water in the fridge. the local supermarket was a total rip off. I would stay in Baxia and get the Tram 28 into Alfama for the day. Disappointing stay and not good value at all.

Location in the heart of the historic Alfama. Front desk staff were always available and helpful even when busy. On the famous trolley route, with lots of sites within walking distances up and down the hilly neighborhood.

Light sleepers will want to consider the operating hours for the trolleys. Uneven pavement and sidewalks need to be taken into account. Breakfast and other food/drink offerings seem adequate but limited, but also plenty of outside purchase options.

It was very centrally located and near my conference venue. I could walk to all the places I needed to get to easily. It also had a 24hr manned reception - which was important to me.

No view out of the window as it was too high to see out of. It was convenient for the trams, as they ran right outside the hotel, but as a result it was a bit noisy. The room was also quite dark - a few more lights would have been helpful. Also the bed was very (very) low, almost on the floor, which was slightly difficult for somebody of my age.

Really nice place, great starting point for exploring the Lisbon. Room had a very efficient air conditioning, much welcomed during hot days :) The reception personel was very nice and helpful and given us some useful tips on public transportationg among others. There were some free toiletries and a daily room service. We had a room with a view at the famous yellow tram line but it wasn't as loud as one might expect.

The toilet could've used more shelves and some space for toiletries, especially in the shower cabin.

Lisbon Lounge Suites was a great stay! Our room apartment (3) was amazing as the tram 28 view was right outside our balcony. A/C and bathroom / shower worked great. Super easy to navigate, amazing coffee shop with breakfast right next door! 10/10 was affordable and perfect for our stay!

Noise does not bother me at all but the tram does run from about 0600-2300 and is quite loud.

The property is excellently located within walking distance of many of the Lisbon sites. The beds were comfortable and the seating provided was good. Even though the apt. was partly below ground, it was a nice place to stay.

The hallway leading to the room was fairly musty, although the apartment itself was not. The shower door didn't seal very well so there was often water on the floor after using it. There were no towel racks, making it difficult to get our towels dry overnight.
