The location is perfect to explore the Alfama neighborhood. The hotel is very cosy and quiet and has a beautiful courtyard, basic rooms but they are very clean and have everything you need for a good comfortable stay. Let's not forget it's a 3 star hotel, but a very very good one. Will definitely come back if we return to Lisbon.

The breakfast buffet is not very conveniently located in a narrow corridor, which creates a bit of a ' traffic ' in the morning even if there's 2 3 people there. Breakfast was ok, quite basic and lacked any veggies at all, but had some fruits.. Good coffee though and pasteis de nata :)

In alfama so safe district 20 mins walk to main square with various resturants and shopping area. Very near to balcony with great views. Tram 28 runs right by it. Rooms and bathrooms are small but are modern and kept clean. Beds are comfy and have air con. Slept well no noise. Breakfast is expensive so go elsewhere. Lisbon is a great place aswell as belem and sintra. We used open top bus and train to get around aswell as tuktuk which was a great experience.

The rooms were quite small and breakfast expensive. Cant complain about anything else.

great location in the heart of Alfama- ancient heart of Lisboa , but the fact that rooms in an old convent arranged around a courtyard, gives it a sense of calm and quiet amongst the bustle. Very cl;ean and comfortable . Nice to have access to shared courtyard space to for relaxing in some shade or eating own picnic food.

would have liked to have had window open rather than use air conditioning , but too noisy as trams just over wall. Air conditioning noisy and rather too cold , but as a Brit who never needs air conditioning I always find ac uncomfortable. Breakfast very expensive so didn't use this feature which is a shame as in all other Portuguese hotels we stayed in the breakfast was a good deal and a great start to the day.

The hotel was but we had to climb steep roads & stairs everyday to reach the hotel but it is more about the city than the hotel. We took a family room which was on the ground floor and it was like duplex apartment. Rooms were really nice. The breakfast was also nice. I find it a bit expensive according to the services & breakfast.

Walking around the city and climbing steep hills to reach hotel. It is more about the city & not Hotel. Next time I would prefer to rent a hotel in Cascais & then visit Lisbon.

It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel interior is very white and very contemporary. There is an amazing tile mosaic on the lobby wall. Look at if from across the lobby to appreciate it. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, and there is a courtyard with a pool, if you have time to use it during your visit. The views of the river and buildings of Lisbon were beautiful from some rooms.

Although it is in the Alfama close to many sights, It is located on a very narrow street on a steep incline. If you are traveling with more luggage than a backpack, it is next to impossible to carry suitcases up and down. The cruise port is very close by, but a taxi was still required.

The location is excellent - right in the middle of Alfama and the narrow streets. And yet there was no noise from the street when we were in our room. The staff is very nice The breakfast was very good. The coffee was delicious! The courtyard is very nice.

The rooms are a bit small, there is not much room to move around… There were pigeons in the courtyard and they were really aggressive. They came and sat on the table while we were eating, trying to steal food from our plates. We moved inside but could see the birds sitting on the empty tables, picking at the table mats and cutlery laid out. We found that very unhygienic!!

Hotel is centrally located in Alfama, 5 min walk from Se Cathedral. Room was decent size with all thats needed. I appreciate high quality of cosmetics provided. Breakfast is very good, and the cleanliness of the breakfast table and area is something that I was amazed with. Guys who serve the breakfast are extremely clean. Staff is very helpful plus there is an option for transfer to the airport for flat rate of 20E. I do not recommend getting to the hotel by car as streets are narrow and you need a code to enter the street by the hotel (hotel did provide it). Metro station is 15 min walk. There is no option for parking.

Nothing !

very clean stayed in junior suite for 3 of us . on arrival thought it was a bit cramped as the sofa bed (super comfy)was down and left little space for walking around but upstairs bedroom was roomier and had seats which were ideal for the little time we spent in the apt. Continental breakfast was more than ample and of a great quality. bacon scrambled egg and sausage also available if required. staff were very helpful. all in all we would love to go back and would recommend without any hesitation.

think more could be available on the courtyard but perhaps they do more as summer approaches

This is an interesting hotel, in Alfama. Right by the 28 Trolley line, which is convenient. Lots of cool alleys and small streets in the area and this is pretty close to the St. George castle. As with much of Lisbon, one will need to be ready to walk and do some hilly sections in the area. Breakfast area was limited, but well stocked and re-filled. Nice courtyard in the property. Room was good.

A bit hard to drive up to. The street has a bollard, and one needs to phone the hotel to have it lowered. They properly suggested we park in the cruise ship area, which is about 1 km away, but not too far for us to walk.

Breakfast had a wonderful choice of food to suit everyone’s tastes. The addition of local tarts was an added surprise, I love them. You couldn’t ask for a better location to enable you to explore Alfama and access to the 28 Tram. Our room was inviting and comfortable, the terrace doors overlooking the courtyard was beautiful. The staff was helpful, we arrived before checking time and took our luggage so that we could start our exploring, our bags were in our room when we came back, staff was helpful with arranging our ride to the airport.

Nothing, you have customer service perfected.
