Location was amazing. Short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Views from balcony were epic. Breakfast was delivered every morning outside our door. The freshest orange juice, milk, assortment of meats, cheese, bread, cake, muesli and yogurt. All served in eco friendly reusable jars or recyclables. The apartment was everything and more that we needed. The photos are very accurate to what you can expect. A beautiful, stylish, spacious and light filled oasis. I loved every minute spent here. We had our 18 month old with us and after staying in various hotels throughout Europe we were thrilled to be able to have adequate space for him to crawl around. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was *chefs kiss*. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Nothing. Ok maybe the speed of the elevator - slowest I've ever experienced. But that is such a first world problem I feel stupid even writing it? ha!

We loved the location as it was centrally located where we could get other transportation to go to other places in the city. We walked a lot, but we also used Uber, bus system, tram, 28, and the funicular. All of the people at our accommodations were extremely helpful and so cordial. Everyone, from the ladies, who cleaned our rooms to the management, and owner of the look living, were outstanding it could not have been better!

We liked absolutely everything, and we would highly recommend this place for anybody traveling to Lisbon, Portugal. Also, the restaurant Planto was wonderful! The owner of the apartments also owned the restaurant. We became friends with all of the people who were working there.

Fabulous check in - we travel frequently for business and leisure and we found our check in to be one of the most personal and professional experiences we have had. Fabulous room - we were a group of 5 and stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a large living area the sofa bed made up which was super comfortable. The furniture and design of the apartment was exceptional. The kitchen facilities were fantastic and as we had an early flight the day of our check out our breakfast supplies were delivered the night before. It was delicious- muesli bread pancakes preserves milk yoghurt and orange juice. Thank you 😊

Everything was beyond our expectations.

Location was great, close to the centre, transport and Time Out market. Breakfast was very nice and was adjusted to our needs. The apartment was large and bright with a balcony. It worked really well for the three of us as there two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and professional, nothing was a problem. Excellent restaurant downstairs was a bonus.

We had a wheelchair and although there is a lift at the property, it is accessible only from the first floor. The roads around the hotel are cobbled and pavements are narrow so we occasionally had to walk on the road.

Cleaning staff is unpredictable-they come to clean at different hours suddenly even you put on “do not disturb” sign - they ignore you totally. Be aware that it is very old building and it is inhabited by cockroaches even if cleaning stuff is doing their best. It is probably why they are so offensive in cleaning. The entire house shine from cleanness. So these cockroaches must come rather from the wooden construction of the building. The fact is that in Lisbon you can meet a cockroaches walking on the street.

The apartment itself is fabulous and the owners are very hands on, interested in making connections, helping everyone have a great experience. The breakfast is also substantial and high quality. This is absolutely worth the experience overall. Connectivity is easy from the property with nice (non-tourist trap) restaurants around. I would come back here without thinking.

The property itself is great but be aware that there are a flight of steps before you can access an elevator. For anyone with accessibility issues this is worth knowing. However, the hosts are helpful with carrying the bags etc. It's more a concern for someone who may not be able to climb stairs.

We were stunned by the size of the apartment, it was very comfortable to all parties (we were 5 of us), everyone had enough living space, and never felt like we had to compromise, e.g. who's using the bathroom first, etc (my parent's had ensuite which made things easier) The soundproof windows made our night peaceful. Even though we were staying close to Pink Street where the nightlife takes place, we haven't noticed any noise or disturbance, especially myself, being a light sleeper, those windows were a life saver. There is also air condition system installed for air circulation, so when it's a bit noisy outside, you still have fresh air in your room, in fact in the whole apartment. My partner has back issues, so the mattress also plays a crucial part in our stay, and he said that he couldn't fault it and slept very well. The breakfast was generous, homemade milk, yoghurt, and jams were brought to our apartment by the time we woke up. The granola with yoghurt and honey is to die for!! The kitchen has every utility if someone fancies hot breakfast, there are also a kettle, coffee maker with pods provided and teabags. We will definitely be coming back here next time when visiting Lisbon! Perfect accommodation!

The sink was leaking slightly in our bathroom. After using the water, it made a bit of a mess. Apart from this, everything was spot on, 10/10

The apartment was very large and comfortable. House cleaning came daily and was to a very high standard. It was a very family friendly property which made our stay more enjoyable. We travelled with our 10 month old and all the staff at hotel and the restaurant downstairs were so kind and accommodating of him. The hosts are amazing, special mention to Mariana for her lively chats which made it feel like you were staying with a friend. We also used their babysitting service, who we had complete confidence in. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

The breakfast good, but could maybe change it a daily, after day two we were ready for something new!

I like the location, settings of the apartment, cleanness, and the staffs. We were a family of 5 with grown up children and the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and even the sofa-bed was comfortable. We were greeted by a staff so personally and provided with area information as local as it can get. The place was so clean, I was impressed that there was no dust on top of baseboards. It was located 3 to 15 min walking distance to main attractions and TimeOut market and metro station. Continental breakfast is deliverers at your door at 8:30am. We’d normally like omelets and bacon but didn’t miss it. Enough proteins and dairy with fresh squeezed orange juice were so nicely prepared.

After 2-3 showers, hot water didn’t come out. We spited into morning and night shower team so it wasn’t a problem.

Our luxury suite was amazing, spacious and luxurious with bedroom, living room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and tons of closet space. Breakfast was fantastic with very high quality bread, yogurt, honey, coffee, cake, orange juice and more. We loved the location, just a couple of blocks to the river and the Time Out market with all its wonderful food. Close to transportation and main tourist areas. Staff were fabulous - very hospitable, warm and helpful - Marianna and Antonio (the owner) were terrific and told us a lot about Lisbon. Would definitely stay there again. Luxury that exceeded expectations. Stayed in suite 16. Nice little restaurant, Planto, attached to the property
