The room was clean and spacious, provided a very big breakfast with lots of options. Location of hotel is really good as it is walkable to many attractions or a short distance from public transportation. We also like that the room was cleaned every day and the a/c made for a very comfortable stay.

Unfortuntately, we kept missing the staff as they only work limited hours. It would be great to have staff available 24 hours and on site for security reasons. We had trouble a couple times with opening front door but once we got the hang of it, it wasn't a problem. Breakfast was offered a bit late, I think for most tourists staying it would be great to have an earlier window. We had breakfast as part of our stay but only could enjoy 1 day out of the 3 because breakfast was offered at a late time and we missed the window due to our plans. We chose to get breakfast as an easy option especially because we had kids with us. If we would have known this, we wouldn't have purchased breakfast and gotten it elsewhere while we were out.

We loved that two bathrooms was for 4 ladies& patio was exelent, clean- loved this option! Location good, safe area, party places in 5 min walk, also public transport options. It was nice extra bed was added to be safe for sleaping.

We did not used breakfast service, cooked breakfast ourselves. Pan was already used, need to be changed. There was one broken glass in shelf& kichel towels not there, paper towers very limited, the same as dishwaser tablets we needed to ask extra. No salt, paper, oil or welcoming tea/coffee, what is quite cheap to have it already& would give nice welcome. Toilet paper in last day was not added& we were super limited for left one, what makes negative feelings. Eletronical key for not only one phone should be added, so there is no risk that if phone is out of battery, u can not enter.

the room is really spacious and tidy and provides varieties of facilities including a hairdryer. the front-desk clerk's service is satisfactory. there are lots of pubs and places of interest to visit,

1. the double-deck bed is put just opposite the entrance door, which does not seem like a suitable position in my view. 2. the main entrance door of the hotel is not working very well. the door cannot be unlocked immediately. 3. the neighboring street was much too noisy in midnight, which woke me up several times at night.

I checked in when the reception was closed and was given an app for my mobile to checkin, which all went smoothly. Great location - in the bustling area of Bairro Alto which comes alive at night but is still very quiet staying there. Extremely comfy bed. Staff are there during the daytime only and are very friendly and helpful. Deluxe apartment is very big and good value for money. I enjoyed my stay so much I extended for another two nights (albeit to a standard room because the Deluxe was taken - standard was also very good).

A few minor gripes, nothing too serious but some details were a bit lacking which you would expect to be better in higher-quality accommodation: - The safe didn't work properly - key code system wouldn't work so the staff ended up just giving me the master key for the safe; - Very confusing lightswitch system to operate the bathroom light - it required a certain combination of multiple lightswitches, which was pretty difficult to work out! Even the receptionist said she did not quite know how to work it. - The bin lid in the room was broken so everything time I wanted to use the bin, the lid fell off. A few little details that I feel should have been better in a Deluxe room but overall a great place!

it’s very quiet in the area. So you could have a nice ‘alone’ time. The room was nice but to me the bed could have been a little bit softer. The receptionist is very friendly and always helpful. we booked two separate rooms because the specific room wasn’t available for two nights in a row. We were helped in the appropriate way, so our luggage was moved by the staff to the new room when we were exploring the city. So the experience was very good. We were directed to a very nice Fado Dinner which was actually the highlight of our stay. Thanks so much for that!

Directions to the room was not available beforehand, our room was situated at the lower floor and then outside the main area. Had to call the 24h reception for that. Overall the service was splendid. The 24h reception was always available and we were assisted immediately.

This is a very comfy guest house in a good location. I’d suggest booking directly through their website rather than on booking.com as they were not able to help me amend or change my booking saying it was because I had booked through booking.com…. They also charge €1 per teabag, coffee pod etc so bring your own! But the beds are comfy and location great.

€1 for a teabag is ridiculous…. These are basic things that should be provided. You can do much better accomodation wise in Lisbon for the money!

The location is perfect, you have access to everything within 10min. The reception always smells good and clean. The staff are welcome to advise you in anything. The room was clean and sufficiently big even for four people. Each day you have clean towels and in general tidy room. Very beautiful aesthetically room.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and we enjoyed having a private garden. There was a daily cleaning service and the staff were very helpful.

It was quite expensive and I would have expected to have complimentary tea and coffee at the very least. There was only one cup provided and not enough cutlery. The pavement outside is a tripping hazard and needs fixed.

Great location in a great neighborhood. The entrance is on a quiet alleyway but there are lots of shops and restaurants just around a few corners. The person who helped me get checked in was great. The suite itself was amazing. Spotless, spacious, lots of natural light and windows, great amenities.
