Lots to pick fromAmazing Hotel and wonderful views staff was Super and the door men so very good at there jobs. Breakfast was just OK. Room service we good and tasty

Breakfast was just ok lots to pick from but cold to warm and eggs like rubber so that was sad. And the young staff very slow to serving you and had to keep asking for Coffee. So the rooms we asked many times for milk or creamer for our morning coffee over 6 times and still none. In the evening we was given one chocolate and a small water. Should have been two of each as two persons in that room last nite we got two Chocolates 🤣🤭. That needs to be looked at the evening service.

Very modern hotel with excellent very well trained staff. The location is great if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the City centre. It was quite reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Lovely views out onto the River Tagus. The spa was a bit small (and crowded at times) but very nicely done. I had an excellent facial there. The breakfast service was excellent - great choice and great quality. The best meal of the day in my opinion. A special shout out to Cristina, Sofia and Manuel for their warm professionalism and service with a genuine smile. Gorgeous people! The three of them area credit to the hotel. They collectively made our stay.

The wifi speed could be improved. It was a bit slow which made having a good-quality seamless FaceTime with family very difficult. The bath robes were a bit flimsy and not especially warm or cosy. It would be nice to have thicker fluffy ones.

Loved everything about the hotel. Great room, wonderful bed and all the extras in the room like iron etc. Please note that the shower door in our room 1120 does not close properly and therefore the shower water leaks onto the floor. The liquours and tradition Portuguese cakes that were left for us in the room were fantastic and tasty. Thank you for the room upgrade!

Went up to the 23rd floor to have a look at the swimming pool. The SPA receptionist was on the phone when we exited the lift. She didn't look at us or pay any attention to us what so ever, for more than 5 minutes, just kept talking on the phone. We gave up on getting any information from her regarding the spa and didn't get to see the swimming pool. This was our only NEGATIVE experience during our stay.

As soon as we arrived by taxi two members of staff came to greet us and took our bags to the recption.Very nice people. Reception was good. Then some one took us to our room. He was trying to say that this is the best room you have ever stay,? I said no we have been better hotel for example OBEROI,Delhi,Jaipur and Agra and Ritz in Sydney.All of them had beautiful view and bath tub and shower in a different adjacent large room. Never the less the room was beautiful. Fantastic view. Nice bed with fine linen. Breakfast was good.Good quality food and fine china. The restrurent was Just on top of the Tagus river. Beautiful view. Staff were excelent. Girl at rhe reception of the resturent was very nice.Always smiling and friendly.

Beautiful bath tub just in the centre of the room and no seperate shower. They have economize with the space. I know the space is money but if you want a upgrade hotel then you have to provide it.I am prepare to pay for it and I do expect it.There is nothing to hold on to get a shower and no facility to sit down after a hot bath or shower.

Location is super nice, rooms are spacious, great breakfast and all of the staff is professional and polite. Valet parking is easy (charged extra) and everything went smoothly overall.

The restaurant River Lounge and Deck has an amazing setting and the food is tasty but the staff needs training and to be more attentive - e.g. wine was served only when we're already in the middle of the meal (and we had starters) - they brought the wine but left it closed on the ice bucket for ages - no glasses, nothing. We had 2 or 3 incidents of employees dropping cutlery and breaking plates/glasses around us. We asked for an ashtray, there were 4 employees there, smokers lit up cigarettes after that, all of them could see it and not one of them moved, we had to grab it from another table. Nothing serious happened and they are all very nice and polite, but this is not the experience you expect of a 5* hotel/restaurant in these type of prices especially.

The hotel is fabulous. Wonderful surroundings, lot of restaurants next door. Great staff. The room is fantastic, quiet, with a beautiful view, and very comfortable, with all the necessary details and amenities. The bed is also comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, staff welcomed us and took me around the place so i seated in a place that I really like., the food was well presented, lots of different choices, served in the restaurant which has a wonderful view. Concierge staff greeting upon arrival, helping with luggage, assisting with car park and the check-in and check-out processes.

The pillows should have better quality, though.

The view from our room was spectacular, we felt we were on a ship. The breakfast was amazing, the spa facilities were fabulous. We loved our stay and will stay again. The parking was so easy, drive on to the forecourt and leave the keys with someone to park the car.

The only thing we would mention that could be improved was the waiting time for service in the bar and the restaurant. Friends arrived to meet us and had a coffee, they had to wait a long time for it to arrive.

It was wonderful the breakfast was great the staff so friendly and accomadating, the spa was lovely, nice sauna, steam room , pool and gym. Loved when we had s drink the almond and choc combo as a free treat. Nespresso maker in room....just absolutely loved it and our room, one of my favorites, loved looking at the bridge The interent worked perfectly for us...didn't have issues.....

Just the communication on the transfer but we got sorted with a taxi outside which is better choice more reasonable in price...besides that everything was super!

EVERYTHING exceeded expectations. The hotel building is a work of art by itself - one of a kind, right on the water. It has a 20 story wall of glass overlooking the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked the front desk for advice on local tours. Instead of just giving us a brochure they engaged us in a conversation to find out our likes and dislikes. We chose a all day hop on - hop off bus tour of the city. Here's the best part - when we came back to the hotel some hours later the desk staff asked us about our day. We mentioned that the bus had problems and didn't pick us up as advertised. The staff got on the phone and got a refund for us. It was amazing to be so well treated and appreciated THIS IS the place to stay in Lisbon

The staff is accommodating, friendly, and overall positive. Nice restaurant terrace. Excellent breakfasts. Fantastic breakfast host, Sofia. She deserved skills and passion to manage more things and take mere responsibilitis

The initial room was tiny and uncomfortable. If one person is working, another can't even go. The toilet. Hefty blankets The water switches did not work well, were tight, did not turn off, and water flowed. The shower stalls were leaking. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the shower.
