We stumbled upon Parque das Nações by a chance comment from a Lisbon taxi-driver. After our various flight cancellations and delays we needed to spend an extra night in Lisbon so we chose this hotel. Check-in was perfect - 24hr reception - we arrived at 1:30am and all went smoothly. Two rooms - double for me and my wife, twin room for our sons - both spotless, comfortable beds, great A/C, lovely shower. The breakfast was very good - a self-service buffet - more than adequate. We used the hotel's luggage store the following day. All was good.

There was nothing we did not like. Perfect for our family.

This was our 2nd stay at the Moxy. It's a great hotel; part of the Marriott Bonvoy collection. A bit on the expensive side for a night before departing for the airport, but well worth it. The hotel is clean, super modern, professionally run and has a cool, humorous hipster vibe which we liked so much, we wanted to enjoy a 2nd time. The room isn't terribly big, but spotlessly clean and very functional. Both stays we looked out over the train station, which was awesome. I know that sounds crazy, but the Oriente Train station has beautiful architecture, especially at night. (The photo below was taken from our hotel window). Bed, bathroom and wifi all excellent. Also, if you are arriving back from another area of Portugal, be SURE to check out the Flixbus (download their app. It is a fabulous bus system: spotless, comfortable, free wifi/charging and such a great deal). The bus station is right across the street from the Moxy making it super convenient for an overnight stay before departing from the airport in the morning. Also, the Moxy is very close to the shopping center and river walk with lot's of restaurants to pick from. BTY, our cab ride to the airport was 10 euros.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable. Funky, cool style. Excellent location right across from Oriente Station.

The wifi is terrible, almost non existent. My partner was not able to use her device at all. My device barely worked. Not very convenient in this day and age! The staff explained that this issue is a common problem. Now we see why so many people were downstairs in the lobby lounging. Albeit, the lobby is beautiful, but one should have the option of lounging in their room.

Honestly, the Moxy was a surprise to me. My husband and I both loved it. The whole first floor is reception/lounge/food/drinks/seating with lots of different areas to sit and relax. The interior design is very interesting and modern with lots to look at. The variety of seating offers something for anyone. The business area upstairs is well appointed and private but not too far from everything else. We didn't expect the welcoming drink, which was delicious and satisfying after a day of travel. Our room was a good size with the best blackout drapes I've ever seen. We had a view of the Oriente train station that is lit up at night. Its architecture is definitely unique. Breakfast had a good variety of savoury (eggs, meat), cereals, breads, juices, etc. I would definitely book again.

Everything was really great.

Located close to Oriente station, and Vasco da Gama bridge. A lot of restaraunts on the riverside. It takes about 10 minutes to get to/from airport by metro. Bed was super comfy, and in general room looked nice. They alsi have an ironing room on each floor

It took 20-30 minutes by public transport to get to the city center (including possible connections).

The Hotel was perfect for what we needed to do, from the booking to the greeting when we came to the hotel the front receptionist Catarina was unbelievable, so caring about details and making sure everything was taken care of for us, also we loved the touch of the poker chip Joao was absolutely fantastic in taken care of things we needed and served a mean drink which we all enjoyed. I would say that the day staff was unbelievable the night staff was a bit colder but still good.

The only thing we could say when we came back at the night time we were told during the day food would be served at all time but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I recently had a memorable stay at MOXY Lisboa Oriente. Although an unexpected inconvenience occurred during my visit, I was impressed by the exceptional response and compensation provided by the hotel team. The hotel's vibrant atmosphere, friendly staff, and modern amenities made for a delightful experience. However, there was an incident that disrupted my stay. I was pleased with how quickly and efficiently the hotel staff handled the situation. The management demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction by promptly offering compensation for the inconvenience caused. This exceptional service and their ability to handle the situation well left a lasting positive impression. I would like to emphasize that this was an isolated incident and should not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at MOXY Lisboa Oriente. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, stylish rooms, and attentive staff.

It is very convenient to the airport so it was a cheap Bolt ride, and it is right across from the train and bus station. Staff are very nice, room was clean and comfortable. It is dog friendly and they even gave my dog a gift! Breakfast buffet was nice. The stay was a good value for the money.

Check in takes forever, I'm used to walking up to a reception desk and showing my ID and getting my key and being on my way. There were three people ahead of me that took forever and then my own took a long time as well. Also, there's no coffee or hot water in the room, I have never stayed in a room that didn't have that.

The room was modern, fresh, and well appointed. The staff let me check in really early which was so nice because I had travelled all night to get there from Canada. I loved that it was so convenient re catching the bus and metro and close to the airport. My bed was comfortable and I had a nice view of the water. It had a fun, youthful vibe.

It was a good 25 min by metro to the city centre. There were sites to see locally, though, so it wasn’t too bad. I was there briefly (2 nights). If I was in Lisbon longer I would have split my stay between there and downtown.

The hotel has a good atmosphere, with a very young vibe. From the moment you get in, it feels like you're entering a bar and not a hotel lobby. There's a bar right behind reception and a little shop where you can get bottled drinks and snacks. The staff are relaxed, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I particularly liked the lighting which gives a modern and relaxed atmosphere in the room.

The corridor was quite loud. Whenever someone opened and closed a door in their room, it sounded like someone was trying to open our door, possibly due to the air flow in the corridor. This woke us up a few times though. The towels were also very tough on the skin and they were falling apart.
