I really liked the large and very comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room was not too hot or cold, and noise isolation was excellent. I only heard traffic when I had the window open. I picked this hotel for the proximity to Oriente station (and the airport), but the nearby river was a nice added bonus. Ample hot water and good quality shower products. Having an armchair in the room made me choose this hotel over another nearby hotel, and I'm glad I did. The breakfast room was nice and big so I never felt crowded or rushed.

Nothing I would mark the hotel down on, but I did have the housekeeping parked outside my room one day, which caused a bit of noise for a while. This is part of staying in a hotel though. The complimentary snack on arrival wasn't really to my liking. Maybe the hotel could have an option of asking guests if they would like one or not prior to arrival to avoid potential waste?

The view from our room is spectacular. The staff were very attentive, polite and doing their best. They always clean up the room and refill beverages. The toiletries are delicate and have a very nice scent. Bed is so comfy and room is quiet. They even gave us wine and cake for my birthday (Thank you so much 😍) For breakfast, you have to book the schedule, which I can understand for them to organize the bulk of guests. The location is so good , very close to metro (Oriente), bus and train station. You can go easily to the center, airport, sintra, etc. In summary, our stay is fantastic. Indeed, a place where being happy is effortless.

The room was spacious (we got a free upgrade to the river view) and the bed comfortable, though it was surprising to see a very unsafe window that could be easily opened at the 14th floor, which could let a kid or adult pass through the unguarded outside.

The parking was really small, tight, and difficult to use. It also wasn't initially obvious to find. The electric charging spaces are also very narrow and charging speed is slow (45 km/h) and requires you bring a type 2/mennekes cable. Finally, breakfast options are very slim, and though we'd scheduled our breakfast time (they ask for it, and it's a rather short 45min window), we had to wait 10 minutes to get in, as it was too crowded. Staff isn't always easily available, friendly, or useful, unfortunately.

Good big room with all the facilities that we needed. Staff was very polite and super attentive. The housekeeping staff was also very very nice, they always treated us very well, the rooms were extremely clean!! That was a great team work.

We booked a twin room, and we got a double bed, no problem, but we prefere twin bed as we are friends. There was an Asian airline crew members at the breakfast one day, they were not nice with the other guests.( not a hotel/ staff problem, just a note) Also: At the check out the front desk staff asked us if we consumed something from the mini bar, which we did NOT. They believed in us, as our room as not checked to garante that we were actually saying the truth.. so we left the hotel. Since we did not leave any garante such as credit card or money deposit, in case we were lying what would you do? The hotel would be in loss, and wasting money, since there was no way to have them back. (This is not a bad review, I am just genuinely curious, as not everyone is sincere)

Quiet sleep, even on a area which can become very busy and noisy! Very clean room. We got a free upgrade to 12th floor with a fantastic view over the river! Thank you! It made our stay very special! Room was extremely well equipped and with a lot of nice touches as welcome gifts as well (sweets, notes, crayons and coloring paper, coffee/tea, and even an indoors-bicycle on the room!) Small details but altogether it made the stay very pleasant.

Minor detail, gluten free bread requested at breakfast for celiac needs, was really not good (heavy, hard, tasteless...maybe change supplier?), but we were happy that at least they thought on having an alternative, so thanks!

We had a room on the 16th floor with river views , the views were out of this world amazing, the bed was huge and so comfy, also some lovely welcoming gifts. Breakfast was fabulous, they have set breakfast times you choose an option, for example we had 7:45 to 8:30, it really works as the hotel is incredibly busy. The staff both on reception, in the restaurant and bar were so professional and helpful. The house keepers were great. The hotel is in the perfect location, with the train station across the road, as well as a massive shop centre across the other side, restaurants everywhere, short walk to the water and aquarium. Tapas is a must.

There was nothing we disliked.

The room was very comfortable; nice little extras like welcome treats for us and our child. Room was very clean and larger than expected. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've had. After staying in a string of self-hosted apartments during our Europe trip, it was nice to feel taken care of. It's very proximal to the aquarium and airport, reasons why we chose it for this portion of the trip. This area of the city has a very different feel from other areas of Lisbon that we explored, so it was nice to see the contrast.

Short distance to the bus station Oriente, easily can go walking. The area isn't beautiful but practical if you want to have some coffees/restaurants around and go to the airport. 10min drive from the international airport. The room service was quite good, reasonable prices too, room was spacious and gym was very good/clean and open 24/7. Wifi worked very well, big TV, power next to the bed, etc. Overall pretty fair.

The toilet could have a better "revamp", some small things could be replaced by new ones, but details.

The family room was incredible, immaculate and good value. A real treat!

Front desk staff could have been a lot more friendly and welcoming. The lady serving me asked another lady at the desk, who seemed to be the manager (initials RA), for advice on a question I had. She was really unwilling to help and had a hostile manner, didn’t even look up. There was no room service at 11ish and when I called for a few bits (that should have been in the room) they asked me to come down and get them myself (from 16th floor). Was in pjs and managed to convince them in the end.
