The hotel is new And in a very nice clean location with 10 minutes taxi to the airport. The hotel has only one bar and one restaurant, however there are plenty of them within 10 minutes walk. There’s a large shopping mall Also within 10 minutes work.

The check out is at 11 in the morning. So in reality what you pay it’s not for a full 24 hours stay. So you check in at three and you have to leave the next day at 11. Otherwise they will charge you 50% of the price if you stay a few hours longer.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The facilities in the rooms were amazing. The room had everything you could imagine needing right down to a small dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was put together really well. There was a lot of thought put into these beautiful rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was explained well. The craftsmanship superb. The terraces restaurant had really excellent food with a lot of creativity and the waiter staff (especially Vinden) had a wonderful presentation style and made an effort to tell the story behind the food and also the stunning art and nice decor the room. Walking around the property was a joy and the pools are great. Lots of great things for kids including a trampoline. A wonderful experience in the hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to a pharmacy, superb grocery store with excellent fresh foods and everything you need. It is walking distance to dental and medical clinic. The hotel is close to Centro commercial, the aquarium, the gondola and all the great facilities at parque das nações, the metro and busses. In short super facilities in walking distance to lots of the great things in Lisboa with great staff that really tries. If I could give them 11 stars if I would. It is a young facility (only two months old) with eager young staff trying to make it better and better. This place will give any hotel in Lisboa excellent competition and make the whole city better. More people need to try it.

This really nitpicks: some little things need to be fine tuned like the phone system and access to reception and the restaurant. I had to use my cell phone to call the main number of the hotel to change a reservation in the restaurant. I’m sure they’ll get this figured out.

This was my second time at this lovely hotel. The rooms were lovely and staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked/prepared. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. I had a swim and was the only person in the pool so it was very tranquil and relaxing. Will definitely return.

On booking I requested rooms on the garden side and on the same floor. On arrival the room that was ready for our check in was on the busy road side of the hotel, but was a larger room than booked. The room that had not been ready on time turned out to also be on the road side. I returned to reception and eventually received a garden side room on the same floor. Due to the hotel being busy, it was a smaller room than we had booked, so we didn't end up with what we had actually booked and requested. This was the only disappointing element of our stay.

Hotel is really modern and comfortable. We had 64 sq. m apartment with bedroom and living area with kitchenette ... it's great ! everything is manageable by electronic (including curtains)... bed mattress was super comfy. Breakfast was really nice and tasty. Service level was high as it should be in 5* hotel. Indoor swimming pool was also good opportunity to relax (it was heavily raining that time). parking option was OK especially when it was raining outside. When we came reception team met us very friendly with welcome drinks (coffee , water). What is important - hotel location. It's so easily connected to highways and close to Airport and Railway station. Taxi to the downtown is about 10 EUR. The hotel is highly recommended. Definitely, we would come back again for the next visit to Lisbon.

Practically nothing ... though... exactly in the day of check-out receptionist started to call just at 11:05 worrying that we have to leave... and in about 10 min again.. we were just packing our luggage to leave (I felt rather sick). it was first time when in 5 starts hotel reception started to alert just few minutes after 11:00.. But of course, everything was very polite... so, no problem !

Exceptional property, I can't recommend it enough. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was impressively large and spacious, offering a sense of luxury and plenty of space to unwind. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and comprehensive—everything from a fully equipped kitchenette to cozy seating areas and modern appliances, ensuring every need was met. The buffet breakfast was great, the variety and quality of the food were superb, catering to all tastes. The staff deserve a special mention for their warm and friendly service. From check-in to check-out, they ensured our stay was really enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

This hotel is beautifully appointed and very tranquil. The location is great because it is quiet and situated away from the mad bustle of Lisbon. We preferred to get Ubers to and from the hotel to the city centre, which was very easy. The cost was a reasonable 9 or 10 euros each way and took about 15 minutes. There are lots of different restaurants around the hotel, as well as a huge hypermarket that sells a fascinating array of different fish. This holiday was booked to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and the staff at the hotel made it very special with some lovely kind gestures on our arrival. A big thank you to Nasser and Daniel Rodrigues for being especially attentive and kind.

We liked everything, the friendly staff, beautifully appointed rooms, the ambience in the bar and the restaurant, as well as its location. It was a bonus to be so close to the airport on leaving. We could not find anything about this hotel to dislike. It is truly a 5-star hotel.

everything esp the staff

I knew the hotel was able to do hot chocolate as it was on the drinks menu and had one in the evening. However at breakfast time it was not available. This was disappointing, esp as it was a family halloween week and I heard several families ask for hot chocolates for their children at breakfast time and had the same negative response as I got. Also for the cost of the stay it was again disappointing that if I wanted porridge for breakfast it was an extra charge.

I recently stayed at Martinhal Lisbon Oriente Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Also Big thanks for Senhora Chitra Stern for her hospitality. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions public transportation and mall. Overall, my stay at Martinhal Lisbon Oriente Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!

Bright welcoming reception, extremely efficient staff, who took time to welcome us with a drink and explain the concept of the aparthotel and its dedication to the environment together with the latest technology. The curtains opened automatically when we entered our room to reveal a bright, spacious studio with a large, comfortable bed, wall to wall windows, a kitchen area furnished with SMEG equipment, including microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer and everything else needed in a modern kitchen. The bathroom was beautiful with divine toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a clever recyclable non-slip mat for the shower. The wardrobe contained iron and ironing board and other items that catered to every need. On the tv was a QR code which accessed various things, and all lighting was dimmable. Floor was warm hardwood with a sumptuous rug under the bed area. Breakfast was just delicious with a superb choice and very pleasant, attentive staff. No help-yourself coffee or tea here but made fresh to order. Likewise with ordering hot food. We both wished we could have stayed longer, and this will definitely be our choice of hotel next time we are in Lisbon.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Luxurious interior and exterior, marble floors and walls in bathroom, automatic electronic curtains, modern furniture, comfy wide bed. Studios hold washer, dryer, dishwasher, Hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, cutlery, plates, bowls( crockery displayed elegantly ) and basically everything you need. Every corner of the studio makes you feel good because it’s wonderful, gorgeous and clean. All areas in the hotel are wonderful, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool areas, kids play centre, gym, reception, hall ways and entrance. Local brilliant art, throughout the hotel. Incredible staff, especially I would like to mention and thank, Sharlene, Bruno and Daniel, great service.
