The hotel is new And in a very nice clean location with 10 minutes taxi to the airport. The hotel has only one bar and one restaurant, however there are plenty of them within 10 minutes walk. There’s a large shopping mall Also within 10 minutes work.

The check out is at 11 in the morning. So in reality what you pay it’s not for a full 24 hours stay. So you check in at three and you have to leave the next day at 11. Otherwise they will charge you 50% of the price if you stay a few hours longer.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The facilities in the rooms were amazing. The room had everything you could imagine needing right down to a small dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was put together really well. There was a lot of thought put into these beautiful rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was explained well. The craftsmanship superb. The terraces restaurant had really excellent food with a lot of creativity and the waiter staff (especially Vinden) had a wonderful presentation style and made an effort to tell the story behind the food and also the stunning art and nice decor the room. Walking around the property was a joy and the pools are great. Lots of great things for kids including a trampoline. A wonderful experience in the hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to a pharmacy, superb grocery store with excellent fresh foods and everything you need. It is walking distance to dental and medical clinic. The hotel is close to Centro commercial, the aquarium, the gondola and all the great facilities at parque das nações, the metro and busses. In short super facilities in walking distance to lots of the great things in Lisboa with great staff that really tries. If I could give them 11 stars if I would. It is a young facility (only two months old) with eager young staff trying to make it better and better. This place will give any hotel in Lisboa excellent competition and make the whole city better. More people need to try it.

This really nitpicks: some little things need to be fine tuned like the phone system and access to reception and the restaurant. I had to use my cell phone to call the main number of the hotel to change a reservation in the restaurant. I’m sure they’ll get this figured out.

This hotel is beautifully appointed and very tranquil. The location is great because it is quiet and situated away from the mad bustle of Lisbon. We preferred to get Ubers to and from the hotel to the city centre, which was very easy. The cost was a reasonable 9 or 10 euros each way and took about 15 minutes. There are lots of different restaurants around the hotel, as well as a huge hypermarket that sells a fascinating array of different fish. This holiday was booked to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and the staff at the hotel made it very special with some lovely kind gestures on our arrival. A big thank you to Nasser and Daniel Rodrigues for being especially attentive and kind.

We liked everything, the friendly staff, beautifully appointed rooms, the ambience in the bar and the restaurant, as well as its location. It was a bonus to be so close to the airport on leaving. We could not find anything about this hotel to dislike. It is truly a 5-star hotel.

Luxurious interior and exterior, marble floors and walls in bathroom, automatic electronic curtains, modern furniture, comfy wide bed. Studios hold washer, dryer, dishwasher, Hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, cutlery, plates, bowls( crockery displayed elegantly ) and basically everything you need. Every corner of the studio makes you feel good because it’s wonderful, gorgeous and clean. All areas in the hotel are wonderful, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool areas, kids play centre, gym, reception, hall ways and entrance. Local brilliant art, throughout the hotel. Incredible staff, especially I would like to mention and thank, Sharlene, Bruno and Daniel, great service.

Everything was wonderful!!!!

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was made up every day, and the room was cleaned thoroughly each day. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has a number of excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and desks for work. The personnel was very polite and helpful.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel. The selection was limited, and there were no sausages. I understand that it is difficult to cater to everyone's tastes, but I think a hotel of this caliber should offer a more extensive breakfast buffet.

The room was great, the hotel is spacious and the food in the restaunt was really tasty. There was a gym and pool services also. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfull.

Well, for starters, the restaurant had a big problem with the service. At the breakfast there is not coffee machine, you have to order to the waiter but it is really called the WAITER because you wait lot, like in one morning we were served with coffee after 40 minutes from order time. The attention of the staff is a negative point of the hotel. Also i was at a dinner with a friend and there we were 3 tables in the whole restaurant and nobody was checking on us. On the way to go , we had to go up and approach the staff so we could have the bill.

Exceptional stay! Everything is brand new (opened in June ‘23), beautiful and clean. Studio suite was perfect size for us - couple & 6mo baby. Very kid-friendly property that looks more like a cool design hotel for grown ups. Pool areas were even better than expected and always quiet, easy to get a lounger. Loved the comfy daybeds for sunbathing and relaxing. Would recommend the location if you are looking for a relaxed stay with lots of pool time and the occasional journey into the city on the metro.

The indoor baby pool was not heated consistently, some days it was quite cold. But really a small issue in an otherwise perfect stay!

The breakfast was satisfying. The staff working in the hotel is very kind and hospitable. It was pleasing that the little things were thought out very carefully which I like the most. For example: the hair dryer is more functional than standard hotel hair dryers (stronger motor power, the ability to operate it without constantly holding it down - the ability to use it without pressing your finger). there is an iron and iron table, there is a large umbrella for heavy rain (unfortunatelly the weather was very rainy and windy and we used the large umbrella all through our holiday).

Pedro - the guy working in the bar offered champaign / sparkling wine to my husband as a favor/gift. But then my husband recognised that the guy is entering the the cost into our room account. At that moment my husband stoped opening the bottle and warned Pedro accordingly. That behaviour was not nice at all. First he created a perception that it was a gift and then tried to charge it :(

Spacious apartments with every thing possible you could need. Brand new fixtures and fittings. Comfy beds. Great blackout curtains too! Loads of great facilities - indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym and kids play room. Restaurant food was delicious and one night we got delivered to our apartment which worked well for us with kids. Location for us was perfect - out of the hustle and bustle of Lisbon city centre with space, outdoor space and close to the river, aquarium, science museum & restaurants along the seafront. Ubers were cheap - €10-€14 into the centre.

Service was a bit slow in the restaurant. Gave tea bags but no milk

We were extremely pleased with our stay. It was a quick 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and artistic. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was fantastic- large, quiet, comfortable and with many extras that made our time easy and carefree. It's obvious that much attention was paid in making this hotel the highest level of beauty, comfort and service.

My only critique was of the dining room where we ate dinner our first night and breakfast the next day. Service seemed a bit chaotic and inconsistent. There were long waits for basic requests like coffee and toasted bread despite the fact that the two chefs were chatting and there were few guests eating breakfast. I thought that the portions at dinner were very small for the price. I would absolutely recommend the hotel but perhaps not the restaurant to others visiting Lisbon.
