1 Hotel quality is even better than the price for it. 2. New facility, clean inside and outside. 3. Good breakfast. 4. Close from the station, metro and airport.
1. The family flew before me and they tried to check-in in the hotel. The reception staff could not find my reservation either by last name or by the booking link. My wife had to rebooked 2 rooms and re -pay them. On the next morning, a more experienced reception officer found my booking number, said that the hotel would return the money. But the money has not yet been returned. 2. The windows of our room took the side of the railway and we were well heard by passing trains all night.

Modern clean hotel Very secure.. you need to use your room key to choose floor in elevator - no you can't try any other floor Corridors have CCTV .. so very secure Rooms have good WiFi (open) and secure safes that fit a large laptop+ other stuff. Comfortable beds and pillows Good number of hangers, irons available on request. I have a significant glutten intolerance and I was easily accommodated for Breakfast. Very friendly staff that can speak English Spanish, Portuguese, French so should be able to resolve issues. Hotel is about 10 minute walk away from oceanarium, science park and river promenade. Location is a bit further along than the Hubbub of the Gare de Oriente train/Metro/ Bus depot BUT this had the advantage of having a really quiet location that is conducive to good sleep :) It's walkable about 15-20 mins straight down.. did that walk a few times to do retail Therapy in the Vasco da Gama shopping Center.
TV channels but didn't bother me too much as there is so much to do around area. Location not as close to the Oriente as others but see comments on Positives!

Breakfast was great. There was a variety of choices of breads, meats, fruits and eggs. The hotel was perfectly situated to walk around the Parque das Nacoes, a modern neighborhood on the water, very close to the airport. It was also conveniently located a block or two from the Oriente Station where you can catch trains to almost anywhere in the country as well as to within the greater Lisbon area. A shopping center is connected to the station. It offers an authentic snapshot of Portuguese weekend life (as well as essential services and products--phones, groceries, beauty salons, clothing and shoes). The locals love strolling around shopping centers, and they avoid the touristy old city. There is an affordable "fast food" court with Portuguese food that was decent. They serve wine and beer at fast food restaurants in Portugal. A couple of large museums/aquariums are great if you have children traveling with you, and you can also take the gondola ride from one end of the riverfront promenade to the other. This promenade is lined with nicer restaurants than at the shopping center, but they are aimed at tourists.
I was disappointed to see the coffee machine shut down in the lobby, apparently because of a malfunction---although it was working again in the morning! There are no coffee machines in the rooms. The room was not large but comfortable for a single traveler. The view of the Tagus is blocked by high rise buildings, and there was a loud construction site next door. You might try to ask for a room on the other side of the building to get farther away from the site (but this might put you next to the rail line); or if a view is important, ask for a room on the upper floors.

The location was out of the centre of the city, so not so crowded in August. Close to Oriente station, good for connections. Close to the river and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Breakfasts were very good, lots of variety of food, constantly replenished, and staff always working to keep it cleaned and ready for the next customers. Reception staff very helpful and efficient. Showers in the rooms were great. We were on the 14th floor and the lifts always working well.
Slightly strange to have the wash basin outside the bathroom.

It is clean, comfortable and well located (close to the metro and train station). the hotel is just several stations from the airport (or Uber will cost ca. 6 euro). Shopping center with good food corner and live music is just nearby. it is on the short distance to Oceanarium and river with a cable car. despite the construction work in front, it was relatively quite.
The breakfast is 14 euro! I found that it is very expensive. In the nearby bakery, the good breakfast is 4,5 euro! Also proposed taxi from airport was 35 euro, but it is less than 7 min of driving.

I liked the space, layout and design of the room with river view. I loved the location, because it is close to the oriente railway and metro, with restaurants and cafes close by. There is also a beautiful walk along the river and a shopping centre. Also the hotel is the quietest one I've stayed in (and in the last 3 months , I've stayed in 9) The room is set up to be quiet, no wardrobe doors that bang, silent light switches and soft closing doors.
I need a dark room to get a good night's sleep. The blue lights on the bedside light switches that stay on all night together with the light on the standby TV, light up the room too much. The pillows, only 2 thin ones in a big bed of low quality were uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well. If it wasn't for these 2 things I would give the hotel 10 out of 10.

Breakfast was delicious and extensive. Had many choices and the food was delicious. The location being close to the airport was the reason we chose the hotel so it satisfied that requirement. We went to a nice Thai restaurant for dinner, nearby, in the neighborhood, which was a pleasant surprise. The food there was wonderful. We highly recommend it. The neighborhood was quiet and desolate. Not many people on the streets. It was a neighborhood of modern highrise hotels and buildings. very sterile. But perfect for being close to the airport. The room was clean, quiet and generic. Again, exactly what we were looking for at the end of our long vacation. Air conditioning and comfort.
Would have been nice to have had access to a pool. It was so hot and humid it would have been nice to relax and take a swim after our travels. But other than that the hotel was fine.

I asked for a quiet when I booked but when we got into the room, we were put the side next to the trains tracks so I went to reception for a change of room. They did give us another one without a fuss.
There were no USB plugs for device to charge so if you’re not carrying a plug adapter then you’re cellphone might just have to die out. Also, the light switches are a bit confusing. There’s no explanation how the switches work so trial and error a lot. The air conditioning didn’t go much cooler in our room. The a/c panel also is a bit of work. I suppose they could provide an instruction manual to do the switches.

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of various and delicious food. W've especially liked Portuguese dishes and delights.
Just some small items which could be easily fixed. It would be great if omelettes would be prepared all the time during breakfast hours, not only early in the morning. It would be also good to consider separating breakfast area in the lobby from the hotel entrance & reception area with nice natural separator (made of wood, plants, etc.) as sometimes if large groups are coming there is a lot of noise during breakfasts. Please consider offering milk (latte) w/o lactose as unfortunately there are many people intolerant to lactose nowadays.

Hotel is amazing, should be more than 3 stars. Guessing 3 stars as no pool or bar but this suited us. we were on the 13th floor, views unreal. Bed was massive and so comfy. Place is like a new pin. Staff were beyond brillant. Breakfast fabulous. Location exceptional. Bus outside hotel to city centre €2. Short walk to a massive shopping centre. Aquarium is 3 minute walk and defo worth a visit along with the cable car ride. Plenty of cafes around and so reasonable priced. food delisious.
