The hotel is located few metro stop from the airport, easy reachable by metro, taxi, Uber. Being close to the airport, there were a lot of air flights personnel. There is literally less than 50m away from the subway entrance and in few stops you can easily reach the city center. The nice surprise was to get 2 rooms with the hallway from the main door and the bathroom in between, therefore it was plenty of space for a family of 4. The breakfast was good and fairly varied, sometimes a bit crowded, but can manage to find a table.

Even if the room was located at a higher floor, the traffic noise from outside was high and disturbing, especially in the morning. This is due to the poor windows soundproof which can and should be easily fix by the maintenance personnel. The toilet room (separated from the main bathroom by a door) should be properly cleaned and disinfected as it always had a bad odor. The parking system can be improved because every time you want to go out you need to provide the ticket to the receptionist for validation. If it's crowded there and you are in hurry...

Firstly, getting to the hotel is so simple. If you are coming via the airport, simply walk to the Metro, buy a metro ticket put a few Euros on it - then get on the train (there is only one train you can't go wrong, comes every 10 mins or less, destination San Sebastiao) - it's 8 stops, get off at Olaias. When you then go through the security barrier you will have stairs left, and stairs right. Take the right - (if you take the left you then have to cross the dual carraigeway at the traffic lights), once out of the metro the hotel is a 10 second walk! The hotel itself. I was on the 18th floor the view was amazing watching planes take off and land. The wifi is very good, there are 2x fast USB ports next to each bed which was very convenient. Big Samsung smart TV in room, beds were comfortable, bathroom was great and had shower gel. Bar was open all afternoon and evening up to gone midnight, serving hot food, I was able to get a toasted sandwich at around 3pm which was great (plus a few large Super Bock's on draught!). The breakfast was good, a self service buffet that had everything you would need... cheeses, hams & yoghurts, cereals such as cornflakes, choc curls and Weetabix. Hot food like sausages, eggs, beans, hash browns. pastries like croissants, Pain au chocolates, bread for toasting. Plenty of fruit, and also fruit juices and milk for cereals or coffee. The restaurant I didn't use on this visit as I went out with friends every evening, but it is a nice ambient setting with pleasant views. Also in these covid days, there is very little restaurant choice nearby that is open... there is a chinese just around the corner buffet style but the food is really good. There is a nice posh Italian restaurant 5 min walk away, up the hill, across the roundabout towards Alameda, rank of shops on the right and the Italian is called "Pepe Oliva". I have dined here many times over 10 years the food is magnificent. Both restaurants speak English.

Pastel De Nata for breakfast maybe?

The hotel staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The room was bright, comfortable, and clean, with a nice view. The breakfast buffet was really nice and a good value. When we first laid down we were thinking the bed didn't seem super comfortable for quite a nice hotel but in the end we actually slept really well on it and it was good! The hotel isn't right in the city centre if you wanted to walk out the door and be in the centre of the action - but it is right on top of the metro so it is quick and easy to get around, and only 20 minutes my metro to the airport - so perfect for the last few days of the trip.

I didn't think the dinner buffet was as good of value as breakfast but we did it one day anyways for convenience. I always think they could give a few more tea and coffee packets in the room each day - but that comment goes for most hotels! Otherwise everything was really good.

The cleanness is great! the rooms were neat and well organized and the staff is so nice that I would definitely come back due the amazing treatment that I had. Anything I asked they promptly solved and also helped me with tips to know Lisboa and great tour agencies reference. The bartenders Felipe and Luis were so nice and welcoming to me that made my experience an extra star!

the rooms are smaller than I expected but is was not a big issue. I arrived somewhere around 9pm and there was no one to help carry the luggages on and the same when I left - there was never no one to help us with the luggage

Location: It had a good location near the metro and bus terminals, you need although to change line in order to reach the city center but it was good. Room: Very big and comfortable with big bathroom, we liked it a lot. Reception Personnel was very kind and they also kept our bags until our departure/

Breakfast: It was just a standard breakfast, few options and the refills were very slow. It costs 10 euros per person which was reasonable price but I would not recommend it. Cleaning service: The cleaning service was entering the room but every time we had some problems, less towels or no toilet paper. It seemed to us that it was scrap work and that was the reason for missing these things.

The staff at this hotel were friendly, personable and helpful. The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood with a soccer field across the street and a school nearby. There is a metro station 2 mins walk from the hotel so you can take the metro to the airport and save money on a taxi (vice versa). The hotel restaurant is surprisingly very good. Usually, most chain hotel restaurants are mediocre but not this one. The food is tasty and fresh and prepared with care. The meals were buffet style and the prices reasonable. I had both dinner and breakfast here and enjoyed both. There is an excellent upscale super-market 3 mins away from the hotel. There is a coin laundromat 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.

There aren't many restaurants within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant is pretty good. There isn't much of anything nearby. If you stay here, you would be using it as a pleasant base to take the metro to parts of Lisbon you want to see.

Ramada Wyndham was comfortable and convenient with a Metro Station right outside, allowing for easy access to Lisbon and return to the airport when your stay in this wonderful city is done. Room was comfortable and practical; not huge rooms but effective use of space. Water was in the rooms which is always appreciated by tired travellers. Didn't get much opportunity to use the hotel facilities as we were attending a sports tournament across the city, but from what we saw, everything seemed good. Reception staff were friendly and security manning the main door was reassuring and courteous.

City view actually overlooked tenement housing; Inner city view rather than skyline. Soundproofing in the room was a real problem. Walls were paper thin and one could hear people in neighbouring room talking, coughing, snoring and using the bathroom. Maybe just a particularly bad room but hotel needs to consider soundproofing if guests are to get a full nights sleep. Or cheap earplugs as adopted by my young daughter!

The staff was very helpful and nice. We came sooner with the intnention to ask if they can store our luggage at the reception and we were able to check in sooner instead. That was great. We also didn't get the room we wanted (with 2 single beds) at first but they changed it immediatelly without any issues. Another great thing is that the reakfast is from 6:30 and you can pay at the restaurant so you can have breakfast in the city if you want to try some local pastelerias.

The shower head in our room was falling apart a bit. It was usable but delicate. Also, the water mixing didn't work that well, sometimes only really hot water was running and we didn't mamage to get cold water at all. Might be due to it being a big hotel and a lot of people running water at the same time. It was still ok to take shower, but it is better to be carefull. (better to have only hot water and not only cold :D ) I would still recommend this hotel to others and to me this was just a minor thing.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was very spacious and we had the majority of the amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful. The biggest plus point for us was the location. The metro is right in front of the hotel and takes you into the city center in less than 20 mins.

As a 4 star hotel, we were expecting some more amenities in the bathroom: shampoo, shower gel. However, there is a supermarket right next door. The breakfast was not as expected. The variety of spreads and cold cuts was rather limited. The coffee did not taste like coffee either.
